A novel method for the synthesis of highly fluorinated benzoxazines in a high yield derived form a α,ω-diamine-polyfluoroalkane and α,ω-dianiline-polyfluoroalkane is described. The synthetic method increases the yield by 20% and reduces the reaction time by 90% in comparison to the currently known method, allowing synthesis of large quantity of highly fluorinated diamines. The diamines are used as the precursors for benzoxazine compounds. The diamines and benzoxazines are obtained in high yield and purity. The structures are characterized by nuclear resonance spectroscopy (NMR) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR).  相似文献

Monofluorinated cyclopropanecarboxylates are available in racemic or optically active form by transition metal-catalyzed reactions of vinylfluorides with diazoacetates. From α-fluorostyrene and tert-butyl diazoacetate in the presence of 2 mol% of an enantiopure bis(oxazoline) copper complex, a 81:19 mixture of tert-butyl trans- and cis-2-fluoro-2-phenylcyclopropanecarboxylates was obtained with high enantiomeric excess (ee) of 93 or 89%, respectively. The corresponding racemic ethylesters were used as starting materials for the synthesis of carboxamides, of the cis- and trans-isomers of analogues of tranylcypromine, an anti-depressive drug and several of its homologous fluorinated cyclopropylmethyl and cyclopropylethyl amines. Corresponding enantiopure cyclopropylmethanols and several of their derivatives were synthesized also. Solid state structures of a selection of these compounds were examined by X-ray crystallography. Particularly, the cis-configurated fluorinated phenylcyclopropane derivatives showed extremely close intermolecular CH?FC contacts. The shortest of such distances (2.17 Å) was found in the N-(4-bromophenyl)carbamate of (1S,2R)-(2-fluoro-2-phenylcyclopropyl)methanol.  相似文献

Several fluorine containing polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons with exact carbon atom topology of the C60 fullerene have been synthesized. Different numbers of fluorine atoms were introduced in the key positions, as needed for an efficient intramolecular condensation to the fullerene molecule. The polycyclic aromatic compounds obtained represent attractive precursors for rational, high-yield fullerene synthesis by flash vacuum pyrolysis.  相似文献

Iodine was used to catalyze the hetero-Diels-Alder reaction of pentafluorobenzylidineaniline (C6F5CHNAr 1) with enol ethers to afford the corresponding tetrahydroquinolines derivatives as a mixture of cis/trans stereoisomers in moderate yields. These products could also be prepared by one-pot, three-component reaction of pentafluorophenylaldehyde, anilines, and enol ethers under the same reaction condition. Mild and neutral reaction conditions, facile experimental procedure, and low price of iodine should make this method attractive for practical synthesis of many fluorinated tetrahydroquinoline derivatives.  相似文献

The synthesis of new polyfluorinated dendrimeric metallophthalocyanines (M = Zn, Ni, Co) bearing 3,5-bis(2′,3′,4′,5′,6′-pentafluorobenzyloxy)benzyloxy moieties (24) was achieved by cyclotetramerization of phthalonitrile derivative 1 in the presence of zinc, nickel or cobalt salts in DMF. All the target phthalocyanines were separated by column chromatography and their spectroscopic, fluorescence and energy transfer properties, and aggregation behavior were investigated in different solvents and at different concentrations in chloroform. The compounds were characterized by Fourier transform-infrared, fluorine, proton and carbon nuclear magnetic resonance, mass, ultraviolet–visible and fluorescence spectral data. The phthalocyanines (24) were extremely soluble in various organic solvents, such as tetrahydrofuran, acetone and dichloromethane.  相似文献

Synthetic approach based on mediated addition of different trifluoromethylated building blocks to selected acyclic imines giving access to a variety of β-hydroxy-β-trifluoromethyl imines are elaborated. A reaction between fluorinated adducts and imines proceed easily giving the condensation products in good to excellent yields. β-Hydroxy-β-trifluoromethyl imines possessing trifluoromethyl group and exhibiting strong intramolecular hydrogen bonding are great precursors to different β-hydroxy-β-trifluoromethyl ketones and alcohols.  相似文献

The synthesis of several 2-(substituted fluorobenzoylimino)-3-(substituted fluorophenyl)-4-methyl-1,3-thiazolines (2a-t) was carried out by base-catalyzed cyclization of corresponding 1-(fluorobenzoyl)-3-(fluorophenyl)thioureas (1a-t) with 2-bromoacetone in aqueous medium. The structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by spectral and elemental analysis. All synthesized compounds were evaluated for in vitro antibacterial activity using Gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis) and Gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa). The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was determined for the most active compounds. In vitro antifungal activity was also determined against the five fungal species (Rhizopus oryzae, Fusarium oxysporum, Aspergillus terreus, A. niger and A. fumigatus).  相似文献

CF3CFBr2 was employed in catalytic olefination reactions of aromatic aldehydes. In situ prepared hydrazones of aldehydes were transformed to β-fluoro-β-(trifluoromethyl)styrenes by reaction with CF3CFBr2 under CuCl catalysis. Based on this reaction, a novel stereoselective approach towards β-fluoro-β-(trifluoromethyl)styrenes was elaborated. Nucleophilic vinylic substitution of fluorine by secondary amines, thiolates and alkoxides in β-fluoro-β-(trifluoromethyl)styrenes was also tested.  相似文献
