空间相机中变形镜的结构设计

设计了一种适用于空间环境的变形镜装置,以校正高分辨率空间相机中大口径主反射镜的波像差.讨论了空间相机用变形镜的设计准则,确定了该变形镜的结构形式;给出了具体的结构组成和材料组合,并设计了柔性结构.仿真结果表明,该结构在z向重力工况下RMS值仅17.2nm,4℃温升时的RMS值仅为3.7nm,且一阶频率为1 015Hz,各模拟空间工况下的反射面经主动展平后,均可获得近似的标准平面;该结构能够较准确地拟合前36项泽尼克多项式所对应的基元波面,残留误差较小,不仅具有良好的力学性能和热稳定性,还能保证变形镜的像差校正能力得到充分发挥,从而满足空间相机的使用需求.     

Highly flexible,transparent, conductive and antibacterial films made of spin-coated silver nanowires and a protective ZnO layer

We prepared highly flexible, transparent, conductive and antibacterial film by spin coating a silver nanowire suspension on a poly (ethylene terephthalate) (PET) substrate. The ZnO layer covered the conductive silver nanowire (AgNW) network to protect the metal nanowires from oxidization and enhance both wire-to-wire adhesion and wire-to-substrate adhesion. It is found that the number of AgNW coatings correlates with both the sheet resistance (R_s) and the transmittance of the AgNW/ZnO composite films. An excellent 92% optical transmittance in the visible range and a surface sheet resistance of only 9 Ω sq⁻¹ has been achieved, respectively. Even after bending 1000 times (5 mm bending radius), we found no significant change in the sheet resistance or optical transmittance. The real-time sheet resistance measured as a function of bending radius also remains stable even at the smallest measured bending radius (1 mm). The AgNW/ZnO composite films also show antibacterial effects which could be useful for the fabrication of wearable electronic devices.     

Recycling of undiffracted laser light for reconstruction of holograms

When a laser source is used to illuminate a transmission hologram, the zero order beam is not utilised and is just wasted. The paper describes a new technique for economical utilisation of laser light by recycling the transmitted light to reconstruct a number of holograms simultaneously for viewing by a large number of observers. There is no danger to viewer who is exposed to the undiffracted laser beams transmitted through the hologram. The paper also discusses the diffraction efficiency requirement of successive hologram and the limit of number of holograms in the scheme.     

LIQUID CRYSTALLINE POLYMERS. IV. THERMOTROPIC LIQUID CRYSTALLINE POLY(ARYLIDENE-ETHER)S AND COPOLYMERS CONTAINING N-METHYLPIPERIDONE LINKED TO THE MAIN CHAIN THROUGH SPACERS OF VARIOUS LENGTHS

Two novel series of poly(arylidene-ether)s and copoly(arylidene-ether)s were synthesized from N-methylpiperidone and/or cyclohexanone respectively. The first series (homopolymers) was derived from 4,4′-diformyl-α,ω-diphenoxyalkane or 4,4′-diformyl-2,2′ dimethoxy-α,ω-diphenoxyalkane with N-methylpiperidone. The second series (copolymers) was derived from the diphenoxyalkanes (I–VIII) with N-methylpiperidone and cyclohexanone. The inherent viscosities of the polymers thus prepared were in the range of 0.37–0.98 dI/g. The majority of the polymers and copolymers are soluble in chlorinated hydrocarbons. DSC measurements and microscope observation under polarized light demonstrate that this type of poly(arylidene-ether)s form nematic mesophase over a wide temperature range in contrast to the corresponding copoly(arylidene-ether)s. All of the polymers and copolymers exhibited thermotropic liquid crystalline properties. In most cases, the mesophase extends up to 315°C, where thermal decomposition prevents further observation. The morphology of polymer IXb and copolymer XIb as a selected example was examined by scanning electronic microscope.     

Development of novel flexible black silicon

We report a new type of black silicon: flexible black silicon. A silicon-on-insulator (SOI) wafer is irradiated by automatically scanning a femtosecond laser and then split by etching out the SOI silica middle layer. Large-area, uniform micro spikes on the surface of a very thin flexible silicon layer are obtained. The black silicon shows good flexibility and optical properties. The absorption spectrum of the flexible black silicon is as high as 97% in the visible and insensitive to the change of the incident angle of the light, which makes it a potential good candidate as an absorber for the solar-thermo generator.     

Design rules of flexible assembly and inspection cells

Every leading institution and manufacturing company in the world is dealing with some aspects of flexible automation. This is because they have found that designing and making goods and products on order rather than for stock is the key issue in cutting manufacturing costs and lead time, and eventually staying in business in the future. This paper discusses the way in which this above outlined goal can be implemented in the assembly business, as well as giving design rules on how to design flexible assembly and inspection cells and systems. The rules are justified by solid model simulation and the author's industrial and laboratory experience.     

A Luminescent Cage‐Like Complex Constructed by Bidentate Pyridine‐Containing Ligand and Silver Nitrate

The cage‐like complex, Ag₄L₄(NO₃)₄ ( 1 ) [L = 1, 4‐bis(pyridine‐2‐ylmethoxy)benzene] was synthesized by the reaction of the flexible bidentate ligand and silver nitrate. It was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, TG, and single‐crystal X‐ray analysis. Complex 1 is reported as the first cage‐like cluster constructed by four nitrate anions bridging two [2+2] macrocycles. A blue luminescent emission and luminescent enhancement effect are observed in complex 1 .
