通过二乙氧基硫代磷酰氯与对苯二胺反应生成了标题化合物N,N'-二(二乙氧基硫代磷酰基)-1,4-苯二胺,并应用元素分析, FTIR及1H NMR对标题化合物进行了表征. 利用X射线单晶衍射测定了其晶体结构, 同时应用TG分析法对其热性能进行了分析. 标题化合物的相对分子质量Mr=412.42, 为正交晶系, Pbca空间群, 晶胞参数为a=0.86936(16) nm, b=1.2787(2) nm, c=1.8897(3) nm, β=90°, V=2.1006(7) nm3, Z=8, Dc=1.304 g/cm3, μ(Mo Kα)=0.425 mm-1, F(000)=872, S=1.052. 最终偏离因子R=0.0628, wR=0.1860, 可观测衍射点1852个[I>2σ(I)]. 该晶体通过对苯二胺连接并以中心对称分布, 并形成层状结构, 且存在弱的分子内氢键N—H…S. TG分析表明该化合物有很好的热稳定性及成炭性, 通过其阻燃聚丙烯腈表明, 该物质是一种高效能的膨胀型阻燃剂. 相似文献

The oxidative degradation of HET-acid (1,4,5,6,7,7-hexachlorobicyclo [2.2.1] hept-5-en-2, 3-dicarboxylic acid) is studied by the combination of TG, FTIR, MS and GC-MS. The gases evolved during the decomposition of this flame retardant are investigated on-line by FTIR and by MS. Simultaneously the evolved gases are collected by an adsorbent and, after the thermal experiment, desorbed to release the volatile products for identification using GC-MS. The combination of these techniques offers the unambiguous identification of the evolved products as a function of temperature. The main identified products are CO2, H2O, Cl2, HCl, C2Cl4, maleic acid anhydride, HET-acid anhydride, chlorinated cyclic hydrocarbons and chlorinated unsaturated linear hydrocarbons. 相似文献

A flow injection (FI) method with flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) detection was developed for the determination and speciation of nitrite and nitrate in foodstuffs and wastewaters. The method is based on the oxidation of nitrite to nitrate using a manganese(IV) dioxide oxidant microcolumn where the flow of the sample through the microcolumn reduces the MnO2 solid phase reagent to Mn(II), which is measured by FAAS. The absorbance of Mn(II) are proportional to the concentration of nitrite in the samples. The injected sample volume was 400 μL with a sampling rate of analyses was 90 h−1 with a relative standard deviation better than 1.0% in a repeatability study. Nitrate is reduced to nitrite in proposed FI-FAAS system using a copperized cadmium microcolumn and analyzed as nitrite. The calibration curves were linear up to 20 mg L−1 and 30 mg L−1 with a detection limit of 0.07 mg L−1 and 0.14 mg L−1 for nitrite and nitrate, respectively. The results exhibit no interference from the presence of large amounts of ions. The method was successfully applied to the speciation of nitrite and nitrate in spiked natural water, wastewater and foodstuff samples. The flame retardant effect of newly synthesized phosphorus-containing reactive amine, which can be used both as crosslinking agent in epoxy resins and as a flame retardant, was investigated. The effect of montmorillonite and sepiolite additives on the fire induced degradation was compared to pristine epoxy resin. The effect of combining the organophosphorous amine with clay minerals was also studied. It could be concluded that the synthesized phosphorus-containing amine, TEDAP can substitute the traditional epoxy resin curing agents providing additionally excellent flame retardancy: the epoxy resins flame retarded this way reach 960 °C GWFI value, 33 LOI value and V-0 UL-94 rating - compared to the 550 °C GWFI value, 21 LOI value and “no rate” UL-94 classification of the reference epoxy resin. The peak of heat release was reduced to 1/10 compared to non-flame retarded resin, furthermore a shift in time was observed, which increases the time to escape in case of fire. The flame retardant performance can be further improved by incorporating clay additives: the LOI and the HRR results showed that the optimum of flame retardant effect of clay additives is around 1 mass% filler level in AH-16-TEDAP system. Applying a complex method for mechanical and structural characterization of the intumescent char it was determined that the flame retarded system forms significantly more and stronger char of better uniformity with smaller average bubble size. Incorporation of clay additives (owing to their bubble nucleating activity) results in further decrease in average bubble diameter. 相似文献

A multidimensional GC-system containing two capillary columns of different polarities, operated within a double oven instrument, was used for the optimized separation of complex isomeric mixtures of various types of chlorinated aromatic compounds such as PCB, PCDD, or PCDF. Electron capture was applied parallel to flame ionization detection to obtain sensitive signals of the PCB or PCDD and the n-alkane standards required for identification by Kovats indices, respectively. Electron capture detection within a valvelessly operated MDGC system forced changes in the usual instrumental set-up, the live-switching coupling piece being located within the second oven of the double oven instrument. This oven is operated isothermally to ensure optimal and interference-free detection, for stable flow conditions within the coupling piece and for the determination of the isothermal retention indices (Kovats), which are much more suitable for identification by retention than the so-called “linear” indices. 相似文献

2-{[1-(3,4-Dihydroxyphenyl)methylidene]amino}benzoic acid (DMABA) was loaded on Amberlite XAD-16 (AXAD-16) via azo linker and the resulting resin AXAD-16-DMABA explored for enrichment of Zn(II), Mn(II), Ni(II), Pb(II), Cd(II), Cu(II), Fe(III) and Co(II). The optimum pH values for extraction are 6.5-7.0, 5.0-6.0, 5.5-7.5, 5.0-6.5, 6.5-8.0, 5.5-7.0, 4.0-5.0 and 6.0-7.0, respectively. The sorption capacity was found between 97 and 515 μmol g−1 and the preconcentration factors from 100 to 450. Tolerance limits for foreign species are reported. The kinetics of sorption is fast as t1/2 is ≤5 min. The chelating resin can be reused for 50 cycles of sorption-desorption without any significant change (<1.5%) in the sorption capacity. The limit of detection values (blank +3 s) are 1.12, 1.38, 1.76, 0.67, 0.77, 2.52, 5.92 and 1.08 μg L−1 for Zn(II), Mn(II), Ni(II), Pb(II), Cd(II), Cu(II), Fe(III) and Co(II), respectively. A phosphorus-containing oligomer, bis(3-hydroxyphenyl) phenyl phosphate (BHPP), was synthesized through the reaction of phenyl dichlorophosphate and 1,3-dihydroxybenzene, and characterized by elemental analysis, Fourier transform IR spectroscopy, and 1H NMR and 31P NMR spectroscopy. Consequently, the phosphate-based epoxy resins with a phosphorus content of 1 and 2 wt % were prepared via the reaction of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A with BHPP and bisphenol-A, and were confirmed with Fourier transform IR spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography. Phenolic melamine, Novolak, and dicyanodiamide were used as curing agents to prepare the thermoset resins with the control and the phosphate-based epoxy resins. Thermal properties and thermal degradation behavior of these thermoset resins were investigated by using differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis. The thermoset resins cured with phenolic melamine exhibited higher glass-transition temperatures than the other cured resins owing to the high rigidity of their molecular chain. Thermogravimetric analysis studies demonstrated that the decomposition temperatures of the thermoset resins cured with Novolak were higher than those of the others. A synergistic effect from the combination of the phosphate-based epoxy resin and the nitrogen-containing curing agent can result in a great improvement of the flame retardance for their thermoset resins. 相似文献

A microorganism Agrobacterium tumefacients as an immobilized cell on a solid support was presented as a new biosorbent for the enrichment of Fe(III), Co(II), Mn(II) and Cr(III) prior to flame atomic absorption spectrometric analysis. Amberlite XAD-4 was used as a support material for column preconcentration. Various parameters such as pH, amount of adsorbent, eluent type and volume, flow rate of sample solution, volume of sample solution and matrix interference effect on the retention of the metal ions have been studied. The optimum pH for the sorption of above mentioned metal ions were about 6, 8, 8 and 6, respectively. The loading capacity of adsorbent for Co(II) and Mn(II) were found to be 29 and 22 μmol g−1, respectively. The recoveries of Fe(III), Co(II), Mn(II) and Cr(III), under the optimum conditions were found to be 99 ± 3, 99 ± 2, 98 ± 3 and 98 ± 3%, respectively, at the 95% confidence level. The limit of detection was 3.6, 3.0, 2.8 and 3.6 ng ml−1 for Fe(III), Co(II), Mn(II) and Cr (III), respectively, by applying a preconcentration factor of 25. The proposed enrichment method was applied for metal ion determination from water samples, alloy samples, infant foods and certified samples such as whey powder (IAEA-155) and aluminum alloy (NBS SRM 85b). Hyperbranched polyphosphate ester (HPPE) and phenolic melamine (PM) were blended in different ratios with a commercial epoxy resin to obtain a series of flame retardant resins. The thermal decomposition mechanism of their cured products in air was studied by thermogravimetric analysis and in situ Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy. The degradation behaviours of epoxy resins containing various flame retardant components were found to be greatly changed. The incorporation of phosphorus and nitrogen compounds improved the thermal stability at elevated temperature. The kinetics of thermal decomposition was evaluated by Kissinger method, Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method and Horowitz-Metzger method. The results showed that the activation energy at lower degree of the degradation decreased by the incorporation of flame retardant components, while increased at higher degree of the degradation. 相似文献
