建立波长切换技术同时测定血必净中芍药苷、羟基红花黄色素A、阿魏酸含量的高效液相分析方法.采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.7%磷酸水溶液为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,波长230nm(0-25min)、321nm (25-35min),柱温30℃.所检测的3种成分线性关系良好,精密度、重复性、稳定性的RSD都低于2%.平均回收率分别为102.6%、100.6%、98.10%.该方法简便、准确、重现性好.  相似文献

To increase the thermal and mechanical properties of poly(l-lactic acid) (PLA), a nontoxic biomesogen PFBH derived from ferulic acid (FA), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (HBA) and 1,6-hexanediol (HD) was introduced into the PLA backbones by solution polymerization of PLA, PFBH and chain linker hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). The content of PFBH was varied from 0 to 30 mol% so that the effects of the biomesogen content on the thermal and physical properties, morphological textures and enzymatic degradation were examined, respectively. The synthesized materials were characterized by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), polarizing light microscopy (PLM) and mechanical property measurements. It was found that introducing biomesogenic units could increase the thermal stability and reinforce the elastic properties, while reduced the melting temperature, the degree of crystallinity and the enzymatic degradation rate. The nontoxicity and biocompatibility of degradation would make the products promising candidates for medical applications in the area of tissue engineering.  相似文献

在pH 4.2的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,甲基紫与阿魏酸反应生成具有负吸收峰的紫色络合物。其最大负吸收波长位于565nm,阿魏酸的质量浓度在0.1~3.9mg·L-1范围内与吸光度呈线性关系,服从比耳定律,表观摩尔吸光率(ε)为4.36×104L·mol-1·cm-1。方法用于市售药物中阿魏酸钠含量的测定,回收率在99.5%~103%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.3%~1.5%之间。  相似文献

To improve aqueous solubility and anti-ischemic activity of 3-n-butylphthalide (NBP), we designed and synthesized the ring-opened derivative of NBP-ferulic acid-glucose trihybrids (S1-S8). These hybrids inhibited adenosine diphosphate (ADP)- or arachidonic acid (AA)-induced platelet aggregation, among them, S2 was 30-fold more water-soluble, and over 10-fold more potent in inhibition of platelet aggregation, as well as reduced ROS generation and protected primary neuronal cells from OGD/R-induced damage, in comparison with NBP. Additionally, S2 was more active than its three moieties alone or in combination, suggesting that the activity of S2 may be attributed to the synergistic effects of these moieties. Importantly, in vivo studies indicated that S2 not only possessed good pharmacokinetic profile, but also improved NBP distribution in rodent brain, suggesting that the glucose moiety in S2 may be recognized by glucose transporter 1 (GLUT1) on blood-brain barrier (BBB), promoting it to penetrate through BBB. Our findings suggest that S2 may be a promising candidate for the intervention of ischemic stroke, warranting further study.  相似文献

Ferulic acid (4‐hydroxy‐3‐methoxycinnamic acid), a phenyl‐propenoid derivative of cinnamic acid, can undergo photolysis upon UV irradiation. The photodegradation kinetics of ferulic acid were thus investigated in different systems. The micellar solutions did not protect the acid from photodegradation. On the contrary, they catalyzed its degradation at a variable extent depending on the surfactant structure. The photodegradation of ferulic acid in microemulsions was slower than in micelles and near to that in water. TiO2, habitually employed as a physical sunscreen, showed photocatalytic action toward ferulic acid degradation especially at higher initial concentration of ferulic acid. The action of ferulic acid on the peroxidation of linoleic acid in micelles and microemulsions also was evaluated. When the ferulic acid is absent the peroxidation is continuous while when it is present an induction time of 40 minutes or higher was observed. Accordingly, it is likely that linoleic acid acts as photosensitizer for ferulic acid, and that in turn ferulic acid acts as an antioxidant for linoleic acid, reducing the rate of peroxidation.  相似文献

采用电场增强胶束扫集-电动色谱-毛细管电泳法对升麻中异阿魏酸、阿魏酸和咖啡酸的含量进行了测定,电泳缓冲体系为90 mmol·L~(-1)SDS-20 mmol·L~(-1)NaH_2PO_4(pH 2.20)-甲醇(10+90),分离电压为20 kV,检测波长214 nm。在优化的试验条件下,胶束扫集-电动色谱法对异阿魏酸、阿魏酸和咖啡酸富集倍数为4.3,4.8,2.9,3种有机酸均在14 min内出峰,线性范围分别为0.50~20.0,0.50~20.0,1.0~40.0 mg·L~(-1)。应用此方法分析了升麻样品并进行了回收率和精密度试验,测得回收率在93.2%~113.3%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)小于6%。  相似文献

本文建立了一种同时快速测定水溶性迷迭香提取物中迷迭香酸、阿魏酸和咖啡酸含量的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC/MS/MS)分析方法。以甲醇和0.1%乙酸铵溶液为HPLC的流动相;MS/MS使用多反应监测(MRM)扫描方式,在3 min内可完成迷迭香酸、阿魏酸和咖啡酸三种化合物的分离分析。上述三种分析物在5~500 ng/mL范围内线性良好(r>0.999);检出限均低于5.0 ng/mL。本法操作简便、分析速度快、灵敏度高,可用于水溶性迷迭香提取物中迷迭香酸、阿魏酸和咖啡酸含量的测定。  相似文献

We have theoretically studied the interaction of a commonly used drug, Metformin, with the herb, Ferulic acid, applying density functional theory (DFT). The complex was optimized at various positions and confirmed to be in their local minima through vibrational analysis at B3LYP/6–311++G7 level. Study on the molecular geometry along with the interaction energy of the complexes confirmed the presence of interaction between the hydroxyl and amine group of the herb and drug respectively. The calculation of Gibbs free energy and entropy exhibited the stability of the interacting structures along with the vibrational assignment which showed significant red and blue shifts in the complexes. Additionally, NBO analysis and molecular electrostatic potential (MEP) revealed the charge transfer between the complexes identifying an electrostatic interaction prevailing between the herb and drug.  相似文献
