二茂铁化学修饰电极测定丙二醛的研究

报道了在玻碳电极上共价键合二茂铁的新型化学修饰电极。研究了该电极对丙二醛的电催化作用。以微分脉冲伏安法测定丙二醛，方法具有较好的灵敏度和选择性。丙二醛的峰电流与其浓度在２０×１０－６～２０×１０－３ｍｏｌ／Ｌ呈良好的线性关系。

Synthesis and Characterization of Ferrocene Derived Cyclic Carbaphosphazenes

Dialkylamino substituted cyclic carbaphosphazenes, (R 2 NCN) 2 (NPCl 2 ) were prepared and reacted with the ferrocene derived hydroxymethyl phosphine sulfide FcCH(CH 3 )P(S)(CH 2 OH) 2 after dilithiation to yield a series of new spirocyclic derivatives of cyclic carbaphosphazenes having ferrocenyl pendant groups. To confirm the formation of six membered spirocycles and to compare their spectral features, transesterification reactions of FcCH(CH 3 )P(S)(CH 2 OH) 2 also were carried out with P(NR 2 ) 3 , yielding the six membered heterocycles FcCH 2 P(S)(CH 2 O) 2 PNR 2 (R = Me, Et). The compounds were characterized by 1 H, 31 P, 13 C NMR, mass spectra, and elemental analysis.     

Self Organization and Redox Behavior of Poly(vinylferrocene)-block-Poly(isobutylene)-block-Poly(vinylferrocene) Triblock Copolymer †

Self organization and redox behavior of a ferrocene containing triblock copolymer, poly(vinylferrocene)-block-poly(isobutylene)-block-poly(vinylferrocene), with narrow molecular weight distribution in solutions and in thin films were investigated. Dynamic light scattering studies of the block copolymer in dilute solutions indicated that the polymer chains aggregated at relatively low concentrations. The aggregations of polymer chains were observed in toluene, as well as in tetrahydrofuran at concentrations as low as 0.014 mg/mL and 0.0045 mg/mL, respectively. Thin films of the copolymer showed reversible single electron redox behavior, similar to that of ferrocene. Morphology and micro-phase separation of the copolymer was analyzed by transmission electron microscopy.     

Simultaneous Voltammetric Determination of Captopril and Hydrochlorothiazide on a Graphene/Ferrocene Composite Carbon Paste Electrode

In this work, a voltammetric method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of captopril (CPT) and hydrochlorothiazide (HCT) in pharmaceutical combinations and clinical samples using a graphene/ferrocene composite carbon paste (GR/Fc/CP) electrode. The electrochemical behaviors of CPT and HCT were individually and simultaneously investigated at the surface of the GR/Fc/CP electrode. In differential pulse voltammetric (DPV) mode and under optimized experimental conditions, CPT and HCT gave linear responses over the concentration ranges 1.0–430 µM and 0.5–390 µM (r²>0.99), respectively. The prepared electrode could be used for simultaneous determination of CPT and HCT in some real samples.     

Combining ferrocene,thiophene and a boronic acid: a hybrid ligand for reagentless electrochemical sensing of cis-diols

A redox-active affinity ligand suitable for reagentless sensing of cis-diols was synthesised and characterised. 4-[(Ferrocenylamino)methyl]thiophene-3-boronic acid (FcTBA) was allowed to interact with the model cis-diol, sorbitol. A discrete, cathodic shift of the redox potential was observed upon interaction of FcTBA with sorbitol thus providing simultaneous differentiation between the free and bound forms of this sensor molecule. Similar behaviour was observed also for FcTBA co-immobilised with thiophene in a mixed self-assembled monolayer on a gold electrode.     

1′-Acetylferrocene amino acid esters and amides. A simple model for parallel β-helical peptides

In this study we present a synthesis and conformational analysis of 1′-acetylferrocene amino acid derivatives of type Ac–Fn–CO–AA–Y (Fn=ferrocene-1,1-diyl; AA=Gly, Ala or Val; Y=OMe or NHMe) as a simple model for parallel β-helical peptides. Derivatives with only one amino acid adopt a reduced number of total conformations and allow a more exact analysis of intramolecular hydrogen bonds (IHB) close to the ferrocene unit. Conformational analysis of these bioconjugates was performed by a combination of spectroscopic techniques (IR, NMR and CD) and corroborated by solution-phase DFT calculations. The investigation of ester conjugates 1–3 indicates the coexistence of non-bonded (an open forms) and hydrogen bonded NH_a group forming a 7-membered ring (γ-turn). The amide derivatives 4–6 with an additional NH_b hydrogen bond donor are mostly constituted of conformers with a 10-membered ring (β-turn) as a single IHB pattern or the β-turn accompanied by a 7-membered ring (γ-turn) containing NH_a group. The exchange of the amino acid side-chain does not significantly affect the conformational properties and IHB pattern of the studied conjugates 1–6.
