Ferrocenecarbothioamide (1) and its N-ethoxycarbonyl derivative (2) were synthesised by a Friedel-Crafts type reaction of ferrocene with potassium thiocyanate and ethoxycarbonyl isothiocyanate, respectively, in a strongly acidic medium. The X-ray structure of 1 was determined and shows conjugation between the ferrocene moiety and the thioamido group. Compound 1 reacts with chloroacetylferrocene affording 2,4-diferrocenylthiazole, whose structure was determined by X-ray diffraction and electronic properties studied by cyclic voltammetry.  相似文献

An iterative extended Hückel molecular orbital calculation was used to obtain wave functions for the ground state of ferrocene and several low lying states of the ferrocenium ion. Photoemission spectra in terms of relative ionization potentials and the electric field gradient at the iron nucleus were calculated for ferrocene andg values and the electric field gradient were calculated for the ferrocenium ion. These values are in good agreement with experiment. The nature of the molecular orbitals was compared with results of previous semi-empirical andab initio calculations.  相似文献

Cyclosiloxane and silsesquioxane-based ferrocenyl and permethylferrocenyl polymers have been used as mediators in amperometric enzyme electrodes for the detection of glucose. Biosensors have been prepared by electrostatically immobilizing the enzyme glucose oxidase (GOx) on electrodes modified with the polymers. The steady-state amperometric response of the sensors is investigated as a function of the applied potential and substrate concentration. The dependence of the sensors response on the structure of the siloxane-framework and on the presence or not of methyl groups on the ferrocenyl units is discussed.  相似文献

[Re(CO)6][BF4] reacts with HMPA to form [Re(CO)3(HMPA)3][BF4] (4), whose structure was determined by X-ray crystallography and proves to be a key intermediate in the ligand exchange reaction between three CO and Cp; and may be related to other cations such as [Re(CO)3(H2O)3]+, [Re(CO)3(CH3CN)3]+, [Re(CO)3(DMSO)3]+, obtained by different ways, and important in the field of organometallic radiopharmaceuticals.  相似文献

A series of four meso-ferrocenylethynyl (5,15-diphenylporphyrinato)nickel(II) derivatives have been synthesized by Sonogashira coupling reactions. Three of these compounds contain the electron-withdrawing groups including -CHO, -CHC(CN)2, and -CCC6H4NO2 at the remaining meso position, with a view to preparing push-pull chromophores, in which ferrocene serves as the electron donor. All the new compounds have been characterized spectroscopically and the molecular structure of one of these porphyrins (compound 11) has also been determined. The studies show that although the ferrocenylethynyl group can extend the π system of the central porphyrin core, the cyclopentadienyl rings of ferrocene are almost orthogonal to the porphyrin ring. This hinders ferrocene serving as a good electron donor in these systems.  相似文献

Electrochemical properties of Fc‐PEM films have been studied by changing the chemical structure of the polymer chains and the content of Fc moiety in the film systematically. We have prepared a series of PEM films by a layer‐by‐layer deposition of polycations, Fc‐modified poly(allylamine) (Fc‐PAA) and poly(ethyleneimine) (Fc‐PEI), and polyanionic poly(vinyl sulfate) (PVS) on the surface of a gold electrode. The redox properties of the Fc‐PAA/PVS and Fc‐PEI/PVS films depended significantly on the content of Fc moiety in the polymer chains and on the polymer type. Fc‐ PAA and Fc‐PEI polymer chains can penetrate 3 or 4 PAA/PVS bilayers inserted between the redox polymers and electrode. The Fc‐PAA film‐modified electrode can be used for electrocatalytic oxidation of ascorbic acid.  相似文献

A new ferrocenyl-N-heterocyclic carbene ligand precursor 1,1′-bis[(1-tert-butylimidazolium)-3-methyl]ferrocene dichloride has been synthesised and structurally characterised. The imidazolium salt was readily deprotonated in situ with KN(SiMe3)2 and reacted with [PdCl2 (cod)] to afford the structurally characterised palladium (II) complex trans-[PdCl2(CfcC)], where (cod) = 1,5-cyclooctadiene and (CfcC) = 1,1′-di-tert-butyl-3,3′-(1,1′-dimethyleneferrocenyl)-diimidazol-2-ylidene.  相似文献

The dehydro[3](1,1)ferrocenophanes, 1,1-(1-propene-1,3-diyl)-ferrocene (3a), and 1,1-(3-phenyl-1-propene-1,3-diyl)-ferrocene (3b) were synthesised under Shapiro conditions from the tosylhydrazones of the corresponding α-oxo-[3](1,1)ferrocenophanes. Electrochemistry shows 3a is oxidised at smilar potential to ferrocene; according 3a can be chemically oxidised using silver trifluoromethanesulfonate. The structure of 3a shows a ring tilt of 11.3°. Attempts to polymerise 3a using the ROMP initiator Mo(CHCMe2Ph)[N(2,6-iPr2C6H3)][OCMe(CF3)2]2 led to a mixture of insoluble material and a soluble mixture of apparently cyclic oligomers ([3a]n).  相似文献

The complex (ptppf)Fe(CO)3 has been prepared in high yield by the reaction of ptppf, l-(diphenyl-phosphino)-l'-(phenylthio)ferrocene, with (cis-cyclooctene)2-Fe(CO)3 in THF at ?60°C. The complex has been characterized by IR, 31P NMR, mass spectrometry and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. This compound is the first example of a ferrocenyl ligand having both sulfur and phosphorus donor atoms bound to a Fe(CO)3 moiety. X-ray crystallography shows that the two cyclopentadienyl rings are approximately eclipsed, a rotation of 13° from exactly eclipsed conformation. The tricarbonyl iron center has a trigonal bipyramidal geometry with sulfur occupying the equatorial site and phosphorus the axial site. Crystals of (ptppf)Fe(CO)3 are monoclinic, with a = 11.645(2), b = 14.304(1), c = 17.075(2) Å,β = 109.23(3)°, Z = 4, and space group P 21/n. The structure was solved according to the heavy-atom method and refined by full-matrix least-squares procedures to R = 0.037 for 2098 reflections with I ≥ 2.5σ(I).  相似文献
