Determining PPARγ-ligand binding affinity using fluorescent assay with cis-parinaric acid as a probe

Upon the study of small-molecules binding to proteins, the traditional methods for calculating dissociation constants (Kd and Ki) have shortcomings in dealing with the single binding site models. In this paper, two equations have been derived to solve this problem. These two equations are independent of the total concentration or initial degree of saturation of receptor and the activity of the competitive molecule. Through nonlinear fitting against these two equations, Kd value of a probe can be obtained by binding assay, and Ki value of a ligand can be obtained by competitive assay. Moreover, only the total concentrations of receptor([R]t), ligand([L]t) and probe([P]t) are required for the data fitting. In this work, Ki values of some typical ligands of PPARγ were successfully determined by use of our equations, among which the Ki value of PPARγ-LY171883 was reported for the first time.     

表面修饰二氧化锡纳米微晶的制备与表征

制备了硅烷偶联剂KH-570表面修饰的SnO2纳米微晶，通过FT-IR、XPS、TEM和TG-DTA对其结构和表面特性进行表征和研究. FT-IR和XPS分析结果确证了KH-570与SnO2表面是以化学键合或物理吸附方式相结合,粒子表面存在酯基等有机官能团的红外吸收特征；观测到KH-570中Si原子的Si2s和Si2p谱线. TEM分析表明，表面修饰反应增强了SnO2纳米微晶的疏水性和分散性.由XPS和TG的实测数据探讨了纳米粒子具有较低包覆量的可能原因.     

Asymmetric Intramolecular Hydroalkoxylation of Unactivated Alkenes Catalyzed by Chiral N‐Triflyl Phosphoramide and TiCl4†

By using a combination of a chiral N‐triflyl phosphoramide and TiCl₄ as the catalyst, a new process for asymmetric intramolecular hydroalkoxylation of unactivated alkenes was developed, producing various chiral tetrahydrofuran derivatives in 51%—99% yields with 30%—71% ee's.

神经网络法用于多元混酸同时测定

利用多层神经网络误差反向传播算法处理酸碱电位滴定数据，求得出多元混合酸各组分的浓度，优化了神经网络的结构和参数，测定了三组分有机酸混合样品，结果良好，平均相对偏差ＲＳＤ≤４％。     

L-赖氨酸锌兔体内生物利用度研究

用原子吸收分光光度法和氨基酸自动分析仪法分别测定兔血清锌浓度和血清L-赖氨酸含量．结果表明．L-赖氨酸锌中锌的相对生物利用度明显优于硫酸锌．而其中的L-赖氨酸的相对生物利用度与L-赖氨酸组比较无明显差异．     

The 2-(4-trifluoromethylphenylsulfonyl)ethoxycarbonyl (Tsc) amino-protecting group: use in the solid-phase synthesis of pyrrole-imidazole polyamides

The development of the 2-(4-trifluoromethylphenylsulfonyl)ethoxycarbonyl (Tsc) function, a novel base-sensitive amino-protecting group, and its application to the preparation of DNA-binding polyamides are described. Pyrrole-imidazole polyamides were synthesized by an efficient solid-phase method under conditions compatible with Fmoc chemistry using two Tsc-protected amino acids, Tsc-Py-OH 1a and Tsc-Im-OH 1b.     

白钨酸研究——Ⅶ.K3W2Cl9的制备及反应

用粉状白钨酸作原针,在一般条件下制备K₃W₂Cl₉,产率达53%,证明白钨酸是比黄钨酸优越的钨化学试剂。研究了K₃W₂Cl₉经离子又换转化为酸的形态后与Ndz₂(C0₃)₃的反应。得到了新的化合物NdW₂Cl₉,提出了一条新的制备溶解度大的各种金属离子与W₂Cl₉^3-的化合物的途径。 对K₃W₂Cl₉和NdW₂Cl₉进行了紫外可见尤谱和X针线粉末衍射的测定。     

Selective two-phase hydrogenation of sorbic acid using [Cp*Ru(sorbic acid)]+ catalyst?

Summary Unsaturated hexenoic acids are important compounds due to their utilization for specific aromatic alcohol (leaf alcohols) preparation. The influences of the reaction conditions on the sorbic acid hydrogenation to cis-hex-3-enoic acid are given. [Cp*Ru(sorbic acid)]CF₃SO₃ was used as a catalyst in two-phase hydrogenation.     

固体超强酸SO_4~(2-)/SiO_2-TiO_2催化合成异维生素C钠

在异维生素C钠(D-VcNa)的合成过程中,以SO42-/S iO2-TiO2复合固体超强酸作为酯化反应催化剂,2-酮基-D-葡萄糖酸(2-KGA)和甲醇为原料,采用精馏脱水酯化工艺,不断除去酯化过程中产生的水。催化剂的最佳焙烧温度为550℃,催化剂用量为2.5%;反应时间3~4 h,产品收率为88.6%,催化剂的重复使用性较好,催化体系优于硫酸法。
