Two New Diterpene Alkaloids from the Roots of Spiraea japonica var. Acuta

Spiraea japonica L. (Rosaceae) is widely distributed in Yunnan Provence, P. R. China. Previous chemical investigations on S. japonica and its varieties have led to the report of 7 new atisane-type diterpenoids and 38 new diterpene alkaloids of atisine- and hetisine-type1-11. This paper describes the isolation and structure elucidation of two new diterpene alkaloids named spiratines A and B (1-2). Sesquiterpenoids from the Aerial Parts of Inula japonica

Fourteen sesquiterpenoids with an eudesmane C‐atom skeleton, including four new ones, (1β,5α,7β,8β,11β)‐5‐hydroperoxy‐1‐hydroxyeudesm‐4(15)‐eno‐12,8‐lactone ( 1 ), (1β,5α,7β,8β)‐8‐(acetyloxy)‐5‐hydroperoxy‐1‐hydroxycostic acid methyl ester ( 12 ), and a mixture of (1β,3β,4β,7β,8β)‐1,3‐dihydroxyeudesma‐5,11(13)‐dieno‐12,8‐lactone ( 7 ) and (1β,3β,4β,7β,8β,11β)‐1,3‐dihydroxyeudesm‐5‐eno‐12,8‐lactone ( 8 ), were isolated from the aerial parts of Inula japonica (Asteraceae). Their structures were determined by extensive spectroscopic methods, and those of 7 and 12 confirmed by means of single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis.     

Determination of Phenolic Acids and Flavones in Lonicera japonica Thumb. by Capillary Electrophoresis with Electrochemical Detection

Capillary electrophoresis with electrochemical detection (CE‐ED) was employed to analyze active ingredients of Lonicera japonica Thumb., an important crude herb frequently used in Chinese medicines. Hyperoside, chlorogenic acid, luteolin and caffeic acid are the major important active ingredients. Operating in a wall‐jet configuration, a 300 μm diameter carbon‐disk electrode was used as the working electrode, which exhibits a good response at +0.90 V (vs. saturated calomel electrode) for four analytes. Under the optimum conditions, the analytes were baseline separated within 20 min in a 50 mmol L^?1 borax buffer (pH 8.7). Notably, excellent linearity was obtained over two orders of magnitude with detection limits (S/N=3) ranging from 0.1 to 0.5 mg L^?1 for all the analytes. This method was successfully used in the analysis of Lonicera japonica Thumb. with relative simple extraction procedures, and the assay results were satisfactory.     

A new dimeric secoiridoids derivative,japonicaside E,from the flower buds of Lonicera japonica

A new dimeric secoiridoids derivative, named japonicaside E, together with six known compounds were isolated from the flower buds of Lonicera japonica. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by the analyses of mass spectrometry and NMR spectroscopy. All compounds were evaluated for anti-inflammatory activity in vitro.     

枇杷叶果冻的研制

为了拓宽枇杷叶制剂的剂型和果冻的种类,研制了枇杷叶果冻,并探讨了其制备工艺．结果表明：枇把叶果冻基料的：最佳配比为：0．5％卡拉胶、0．3％魔芋胶、0．05％柠檬酸和25％白砂糖;在62．5g果冻中添加10g枇杷叶提取物的浓缩物时,制成的果冻在口感、凝胶强度和色泽等方面都令人满意．     

粉花绣线菊复合群的化学与生物学

本文综述了我国特有的粉花绣线菊复合群7个变种化学与生物学研究,以新生物碱的发现为起点,从二萜与二萜生物碱化学结构、化学转化、化学合成、仿生合成与生源途径、植物化学分类与生物地理、生物活性等方面阐明了相关的科学问题,从宏观、微观层次形成了较系统的学术观点。     

杭州地区日本刺沙蚕的初步研究

日本刺沙蚕在杭州市及其郊县的淡水和半咸水水域中都曾发现.本文对其形态、分布和生态习性,特别是在淡水中群游的现象作了 观 察和 描述,并报告了采自淡水的日本刺沙蚕的水分、蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪和矿质元素的含量,以及用它作幼鲤饲料的初步试验结果,提出了对该资源的利用意见     

Two thymol derivatives from the flower buds of Lonicera japonica and their antibacterial activity

A new monoterpenoid, 7-acetyl-8,9-dihydroxy thymol (1), together with a known one 7,8-dihydroxy-9-buyryl thymol (2), were isolated from the dried flower buds of Lonicera japonica Thunb. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic data analyses. The potential antibacterial effects of these compounds on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Micrococcus luteus, and Bacillus cereus were evaluated. Interestingly, both compounds 1 and 2 exhibited significant antibacterial activities with IC₅₀ values range from 27.64 ± 2.26 to 128.58 ± 13.26 μg/mL.     

Triterpene Glycosides of Fatsia japonica. VI. Structures of Glycosides D3a and D3b

Seeds of Fatsia japonica (Araliaceae) yielded the new glycosides of gypsogenin: 3-O--D-glucopyranosyl-(12)-O--D-glucopyranoside and 3-O--D-galactopyranosyl-(12)-O--D-glucopyranoside. The structures of these compounds were established by chemical methods and NMR spectroscopy.
