原子相干效应是光与物质相互作用的结果,它导致了一系列重要的物理现象。目前原子相干的实验研究工作主要在原子气体中开展,而与之相比固体材料中的相关实验研究具有更实际的应用前景。本文系统介绍了近年来固体材料中原子相干效应的研究进展,主要涉及电磁感应光透明、光速减慢与相干存储、存储光信息的可控制擦除、基于光存储的全光路由、双光脉冲的速度减慢和可逆存储和基于原子相干的增强四波混频等基本内容,最后还讨论了其在相关领域的应用。  相似文献

The absorption spectrum of water vapor in “natural” isotopic abundance has been recorded between 7408 and 7920 cm−1 by high sensitivity cw-cavity ring down spectroscopy (CW-CRDS). This region covers the low energy part of the 1.25 μm transparency window and corresponds to weak water absorption of the first hexad of interacting vibrational bands. The achieved sensitivity – on the order of αmin ∼ 2 × 10−10 cm−1 – has allowed one to newly measure 2028 weak transitions with intensities down to 2 × 10−29 cm/molecule at 296 K i.e. more than two orders of magnitude lower than previous observations. Three hundred and fourty-one new and corrected energy levels belonging to 26 vibrational states of H216O, H218O, H217O, and HD16O could be determined from the vibration–rotation analysis based on variational calculations by Schwenke and Partridge. The previous investigations in the studied region by Fourier Transform Spectroscopy and existing databases have been critically evaluated. 在TC2理论框架下,计算了在高能正负电子对撞机(LC)上,TC2动力学对味改变中性流过程e+e→tc产生截面的修正和TC2理论预言的中性top–pionπ0t对该过程产生截面的贡献.计算结果表明:TC2理论对LC实验中tc夸克联合产生的贡献主要来自中性top-pion π0t.在TC2理论的绝大部分参数空间内,可达10-2ph.若假设LC的积分亮度为500fb-1,则每年可产生数千个tc事例.因此,将来的LC实验可作为检验TC2理论的重要工具.  相似文献

为在硅基光波导上实现类电磁诱导透明效应,设计并加工了基于绝缘体上硅的串联双环结构.通过300℃到1 200℃热氧化退火、缓冲刻蚀液湿法腐蚀以及1 000℃高温氮气退火等波导结构的后期处理,利用垂直光栅耦合的方式输入及输出信号,观测到了类电磁诱导透明效应.分析了两环间不同间距对类电磁诱导透明效应的影响,结果表明:工艺中单环Q值达到5.1×104,类电磁诱导透明效应透明峰的带宽约为500MHz.  相似文献

Solution-deposited carbon nanotube layers for flexible display applications   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
We have investigated two possible fields of application for carbon nanotube (CNT) networks in flexible displays. Transparent and conductive layers of CNTs were spray coated onto glass and plastic substrates. The spectral transmission of the produced layers is almost even for all wavelengths in the visible regime. A sheet resistance of 400 Ω/□ at a transmittance of 80% was achieved.Thin-film transistors (TFT) were created on silicon wafers and glass substrates using low-density CNT networks as a semiconducting layer. The process used for device fabrication on glass substrates is fully compatible to application on plastic foils. The transistors reach on/off ratios of more than five orders of magnitude and show device charge carrier mobilities in the order of 1 cm2/Vs. These values promise an application in active matrix liquid crystal displays (AMLCD). Issues that need to be addressed are the homogeneity and reproducibility of the device properties.  相似文献

In this work, semi-IPN films, composed of cellulose acetate(CA) and crosslinked poly(acrylic acid), have been synthesized via benzophenone (BP) induced free radical photo-polymerization of acrylic acid (AAc) in the presence of dissolved cellulose acetate (CA) using N,N’ methylene bisacrylamise (MB) as the crosslinking agent. The mechanical properties were tested for the films having different compositions of MB, CA and AAc in the feed mixtures. The tensile strength (TS) and percent elongation (PE) were found to increase with a concentration of CA in the films, but showed decreasing trends with concentrations of CA in the films. However, with AAc content in the films, the TS increased and PE showed just the opposite trend. The film samples were also studied for water vapor and oxygen permeation studies. The water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) decreased with MB and CA contents, but showed an increasing trend with AAc contents in the films. Finally, a representative sample showed fair antibacterial and antifungal action against E. coli and Aspergillus flavus when studied using the ‘Zone of inhibition method’.  相似文献
