RS和GIS技术在新疆地质和矿产资源评价中的应用

发展宏观、快速、高效地资源管理及评价方法是开展现代地质找矿工作的需要，“3S”技术由于具有上述特点而在地质找矿领域得到越来越广泛的应用。本文针对新疆地质找矿现状，通过对“3S”技术特点的介绍，在以往新疆地质找矿工作的基础之上，系统的提出了在新疆运用RS和GIS技术建立遥感本底数据库及进行矿产资源评价、地质灾害预测的主要内容、方法，同时指出了存在的问题和发展前景。     

Synthesis of distillation trains with heat integration by a combined fuzzy and graphical approach

After passing some results of fuzzy synthesis of heat exchanger networks in review the application of this approach to the synthesis of distillation trains for the separation of multicomponent mixtures is demonstrated. The available heuristic rules are transformed into fuzzy implications dependent on different criteria and that competing rule, which is to be applied, is selected by the fuzzy algorithm.The theoretically possible amount of heat recovery within the networks generated in this way is estimated by a graphical method and included in the final cost evaluation. Regarding operating parameters like column pressure and reflux ratio, according to the mathematical effort at least qualitative statements can be made in result of the estimation of possible heat recovery.As already in the case of heat exchanger networks a following learning algorithm can serve to overcome the disadvantages of this sequential approach, representing at the same time the first step of a further evolutionary improvement of the initial distillation train.     

盐岩样品中钙的分析不确定度评定

对EDTA容量法测定盐岩样品中Ca2+含量的分析过程,详细地分析了引入的不确定度来源:分析结果的不确定度由标准溶液配制及EDTA溶液的标定、样品的制备及样品的分析过程、样品均匀性及检验重复性等分量引入的不确定度组成,求得测量结果的标准不确定度和扩展不确定度分别为0.70%和1.40%。     

基于数据驱动加权的模糊评价量化方法

模糊评价改变了量化打分的评价方式,使评价者能够更加客观的进行评价,因此在各行各业有着广泛的应用。但是如何将模糊评价转化为量化分值,以便对被评价者进行评价一直是不少学者研究的重点。本文提出一种将模糊评价进行量化评分的新方法,并提出了一种以评价数据来驱动各项指标权重的方法。     

我国高端工程机械产业基地评选研究

分析了高端工程机械产业基地应具有的特点;给出了高端工程机械产业基地评选的基本原则;建立了合理的候选高端工程机械产业基地评价指标体系及评价方法,并将该方法应用于我国高端工程机械产业基地的评价与选择.研究结果表明:在国内高端工程机械行业已形成10个主要产业集群的情况下,若在全国范围内设立三个高端工程机械战略性新兴产业基地,则这些基地应分别在徐州、柳州和长沙组建.     

A novel non-uniformity evaluation metric of infrared imaging system

Non-uniformity (NU) evaluation metric of infrared thermal imaging system is important for evaluating the thermal imager and also can help to improve existing NU correction methods. However, in existing evaluation metrics, there are still some problems, such as not objective enough and not comprehensive enough. This paper brings forward a novel NU evaluation metric, in which we adopt the average derivative of the response of thermal imager with the temperature of test blackbody as a new parameter. A metric-temperature curve which shows the change trend of the NU with the temperature of test blackbody was achieved to enhance the performance of NU evaluation metric. Both the subjective images and objective data indicate that the new method raised in this work is much more objective and comprehensive. Our work is expected to become a general NU evaluation metric in the future.     

Towards a new framework for evaluating systemic problem structuring methods

Operational researchers and social scientists often make significant claims for the value of systemic problem structuring and other participative methods. However, when they present evidence to support these claims, it is usually based on single case studies of intervention. There have been very few attempts at evaluating across methods and across interventions undertaken by different people. This is because, in any local intervention, contextual factors, the skills of the researcher and the purposes being pursued by stakeholders affect the perceived success or failure of a method. The use of standard criteria for comparing methods is therefore made problematic by the need to consider what is unique in each intervention. So, is it possible to develop a single evaluation approach that can support both locally meaningful evaluations and longer-term comparisons between methods? This paper outlines a methodological framework for the evaluation of systemic problem structuring methods that seeks to do just this.     

Synthesis of Novel 3-(5-(Alkyl/arylthio)-1,3,4-Oxadiazol-2-yl)-8-Phenylquinolin-4(1H)-One Derivatives as Anti-HIV Agents

Novel quinolone derivatives featuring an 1,3,4-oxadiazole ring as a metal-chelating component and a benzyl group base on HIV-1 integrase inhibitors pharmacophore were designed and synthesized. An antiviral assay revealed that most analogues inhibited HIV-1 replication in the cell culture. Our results showed that compounds bearing small alkyl groups as R group were inactive in anti-HIV-1 assay, whereas compounds possessing benzyl or substituted benzyl at the same position showed good anti-HIV activity with the range of 20–57% at 100 μM concentration. Among them, 3-(5-((2-fluorobenzyl)thio)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)-8-phenylquinolin-4-(1H)-one (compound 13) showed reasonable cell-based antiviral activity (EC₅₀ = 50 μM) with no considerable cytotoxicity (CC₅₀ > 100 μM) in the cell viability assay, suggesting that it may be amenable to further development for identifying new anti-HIV-1 agents. Docking studies using the later crystallographic data available for PFV integrase corroborate favorable binding to the active site of HIV integrase, providing a basis for the design of more potent analogues.     

Al-Li合金光谱标准样品制备和定值

本文叙述了Ａｌ－Ｌｉ合金光谱分析用标准样品的制备过程和定值结果。在制备过程中采用了先进的氩气保护、新型熔剂覆盖盖技术防止锂元素的烧损,首创作了“间歇式半连续铸造法 ”、“分步调整成分法”等先进的工艺,解决了Ａｌ－Ｌｉ标样铸锭不锡成形、成易偏析等技术难关;最后采用多家协作分析定值法和科学的数理统计方法对数据处理给出定值结果和不确定度。
