This paper reports the development of a dual immunosensor using magnetic microcarriers (MBs) and amperometric transduction at dual screen‐printed carbon electrodes (SPdCEs) for the simultaneous determination of two biomarkers: interleukin‐13 receptor α2 (IL‐13Rα2) and E‐cadherin (E‐CDH), with both extracellular and soluble fraction; oncogenic and tumor suppressor markers, respectively, of great relevance in metastatic processes. The implemented methodology involved the formation of sandwich‐type immunocomplexes using specific capture antibodies immobilized onto carboxylic acid magnetic microbeads (HOOC‐MBs), and biotinylated detector antibodies labeled with streptavidin?horseradish peroxidase conjugates (Strep‐HRP). The amperometric detection was performed by addition of hydrogen peroxide in the presence of hydroquinone (HQ) as the redox mediator. The dual immunosensing platform provided linear calibration ranges suitable for the determination of both biomarkers in liquid and solid clinical specimens as well as excellent selectivity against other cancer biomarkers. This simple handling dual bioplatform was applied to the determination of the soluble and extracellular fraction of the target biomarkers in serum and paraffined‐embedded tissues from colorectal cancer (CRC) patients diagnosed at different tumor grade. The obtained results reveal great potential of this configuration to improve the reliability in diagnosing metastatic CRC.  相似文献

Scanning electrochemical microscopy is a family of techniques that probes the local electrochemical surface environments with micrometer- and nanometer-scale space resolution and sub-picoampere chemical sensitivity. A recent growing trend uses these probes to investigate surface systems related to lithium-ion batteries, yielding a prodigious amount of new information. In this review, we give an overview of the recent progress on the scanning electrochemical microscopy and related techniques’ breakthroughs on lithium-ion battery electrodes research.  相似文献

Graphene‐supported Si‐TiO2 (Si‐Ti‐GE) composites have been synthesized by a simple polymerization and sintering method. In the Si‐Ti‐GE composites, many small Si‐TiO2 particles are scattered on the graphene sheet, which can mitigate the agglomeration of the material and further reduce the particle size. The initial discharge capacities of Si‐TiO2, Si‐Ti‐GE‐1, Si‐Ti‐GE‐2, and Si‐Ti‐GE‐3 are 336.9, 337.2, 339.8, and 356.6 mAh g−1 at the current density of 200 mA g−1, respectively. The discharge rate capacities of TiO2, Si‐TiO2, and Si‐Ti‐GE‐3 composites retain 57.5%, 41.7%, and 82.1% at the current density from 100 to 400 mA g−1, respectively. Therefore, the introduction of graphene not only could facilitate the Li+ diffusion and electron transport but also could make better electrical conductivity.  相似文献

Chemical gardens are self-assembled tubular precipitates formed by a combination of osmosis, buoyancy, and chemical reaction, and thought to be capable of catalyzing prebiotic condensation reactions. In many cases, the tube wall is a bilayer structure with the properties of a diaphragm and/or a membrane. The interest in silica gardens as microreactors for materials science has increased over the past decade because of their ability to create long-lasting electrochemical potential. In this study, we have grown single macroscopic tubes based on calcium carbonate and monitored their time-dependent behavior by in situ measurements of pH, ionic concentrations inside and outside the tubular membranes, and electrochemical potential differences. Furthermore, we have characterized the composition and structure of the tubular membranes by using ex situ X-ray diffraction, infrared and Raman spectroscopy, as well as scanning electron microscopy. Based on the collected data, we propose a physicochemical mechanism for the formation and ripening of these peculiar CaCO3 structures and compare the results to those of other chemical garden systems. We find that the wall of the macroscopic calcium carbonate tubes is a bilayer of texturally distinct but compositionally similar calcite showing high crystallinity. The resulting high density of the material prevents macroscopic calcium carbonate gardens from developing significant electrochemical potential differences. In the light of these observations, possible implications in materials science and prebiotic (geo)chemistry are discussed.  相似文献

Electrochemical oxidation of malonic esters in acetonitrile in the presence of iodides follows two different pathways depending on the nature of the cation. In the presence of Lil, alkyl 1,1,2,2,3,3-propanetetracarboxylates were obtained in 85–98% yields. In the presence of Nal, Kl, or Bu4NI, the formation of 1,1,2,2-ethanetetracarboxylates and their subsequent dehydrogenation to ethenetetracarboxylates was the main reaction pathway. A novel sensor for detection of trace gallium ion [Ga(III)] was created by stepwise modification of a gold electrode with β‐cyclodextrin (β‐CD)/multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and an ion imprinted polymer (IIP). The sensor surface morphology was characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The electrochemical performance of the imprinted sensor was investigated by cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry and chronoamperometry. The sensor displayed excellent selectivity towards the target Ga(III) ion. Meanwhile, the introduced MWCNTs displayed noticeable catalytic activity, and β‐CD demonstrated significant enrichment capacity. A linear calibration curve was obtained covering the concentration range from 5.0×10?8 to 1.0×10?4 mol·L?1, with a detection limit of 7.6×10?9 mol·L?1. The electrochemical response of a glassy carbon electrode modified with carbon nanotubes (CNT) dispersed in two solvents, water and DMF, and two polymers, chitosan and Nafion is reported. The films were homogeneous when the dispersing agent was water or DMF. In the case of polymers, the surfaces present areas with different density of CNTs. A more sensitive electrochemical response was obtained when CNTs are dispersed in the solvents. In the case of CNT dispersed with polymers, the nature of the polymer demonstrated to be a critical parameter not only for dispersing the nanotubes but also for the electrochemical activity of the resulting electrodes.  相似文献

以三聚氰胺(MA)作为功能单体, 制备了一种检测环境中农药残留绿麦隆(CH)的分子印迹膜电化学传感器. 基于CH与辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)标记绿麦隆(HRP-CH)的竞争反应实现对CH的检测. 利用聚三聚氰胺膜(PMA)和HRP对过氧化氢的催化效应产生的双放大效应有效地提高传感器检测的灵敏度. 采用计时电流法测量, CH浓度与峰电流差值在0.01~0.8 μmol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系, 检出限为2.64 nmol/L. 传感器对CH具有很好的选择识别性能.  相似文献

Nano-crystalline FeOOH particles(5~10 nm) have been uniformly mixed with electric matrix of single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs)for forming FeOOH/SWNT composite via a facile ultrasonication method. Directly using the FeOOH/SWNT composite(containing 15 wt%SWNTs) as anode material for lithium battery enhances kinetics of the Li+insertion/extraction processes, thereby effectively improving reversible capacity and cycle performance, which delivers a high reversible capacity of 758 mAh g-1under a current density of 400 mA g-1even after 180 cycles, being comparable with previous reports in terms of electrochemical performance for FeOOH anode. The good electrochemical performance should be ascribed to the small particle size and nano-crystalline of FeOOH, as well as the good electronic conductivity of SWNT matrix.  相似文献
