Cu-MgF2复合纳米金属陶瓷薄膜的电导特性研究

用射频磁控共溅射法制备了Cu体积分数分别为 10 % ,15 % ,2 0 %和 3 0 %的Cu MgF2 复合金属陶瓷薄膜 .用x射线衍射、x射线光电子能谱和变温四引线技术对薄膜的微结构、组分及电导特性进行了测试分析 .微结构分析表明 :制备的Cu MgF2 复合薄膜由fcc Cu晶态纳米微粒镶嵌于主要为非晶态的MgF2 陶瓷基体中构成 ,Cu晶粒的平均晶粒尺寸随组分增加从 11 9nm增至 17 8nm .5 0— 3 0 0K温度范围内的电导测试结果表明 :当Cu体积分数qM 由 15 %增加到 2 0 %时 ,Cu MgF2 复合薄膜的电阻减小了 8个量级 ,得出制备的复合薄膜渗透阈qCM 应处于 15 %和 2 0 %之间 .qM 在 10 %和 15 %之间的薄膜呈介质导电状态 ,而在 2 0 %和 3 0 %之间的薄膜则呈金属导电状态 .从理论上讨论了复合薄膜中杂质电导和本征电导的激活能及其对电导的贡献 ,并讨论了Cu MgF2 复合纳米金属陶瓷薄膜的渗透阈 ,得到了和实验一致的结果

Ratio of Protein Fractions in Cereal Grains Cultivated in Uzbekistan

The glutelin fraction was used as the food value index of local corn. The base-soluble fraction was used as a test of the glassiness of local strains of rice grain. The content of gliadins and glutelins did not change over 24 h after wheat grain cultivated in Uzbekistan was moistened.     

电热蒸发进样微波等离子体炬原子发射光谱法中共存元素的影响

本文考察了以微波等离子体炬（MPT）为光源，电热钽丝环进样时，溶液中共存元素对发射信号的影响。     

三角B\''{e}zier曲面和四边B\''{e}zier曲面之间的相互转化

B\'{e}zier曲面有两种不同的形式:三角B\'{e}zier曲面和四边B\'{e}zier曲面,它们有着不同的基底和不同的几何拓扑结构, 但是它们也有很多共同的性质,因此三角B\'{e}zier曲面和四边B\'{e}zier曲面之间的相互转化就成为CAGD 里一个重要研究课题.在本文中, 我们用函数复合的方法实现两者之间的相互转化.被复合的两个函数, 一个用Polar形式表示,另一个用常见的Bernstein基形式表示.     

Zircon SHRIMP age of Mesoarchaean meta-argilloarenaceous rock in the Anshan area and its geological significance

In order to better understand the early continental evolution of the Anshan area, one ofthe typical Precambrian distribution areas of the North China Craton, the geochronology and REEcomposition of the zircons from the meta-argillo-arenaceous rock occurred as enclave in 3.1 GaLishan trondhjemite are studied by using SHRIMP ll ion microprobe. It is indicated that the Pa-leoarchaean is a very important continental formation period in the Anshan area and 3.2 Ga can beregarded as the boundary between the Paleoarchaean and Mesoarchaean.     

乙基橙与α,β,γ-环糊精包结物诱导圆二色性的研究

本文研究了乙基橙(EO)α、β、γ、环糊精(CD~x)包结物的诱导圆二色性(ICD)。用Kirkwood偶合振动模型探讨了包结物的包结形式都为轴向包结。然后利用Job连续变量作图法确定了其络合比, 即a-CDx/EO=1:1,βCDx(γ-CDx)/EO=2:1、1:1。     

活化/失活反应对原子转移自由基共聚产物微观结构的影响

提出了一个可以处理原子转移自由基共聚及其产物微结构的模型,采用计算机模拟产生了包括活化/失活反应的ATRcP稳态增长反应链,得到了有关链段分布的信息.模拟发现,含有休眠过程的ATRcP产物与常规的自由基的相比组成结构和序列结构完全一致,即活化/失活反应不影响ATRcP产物的微组成与微序列结构.     

Composition catalysts of ethylbenzene oxidation based on bis(acetylacetonato)nickel(ii) and phase transfer catalysts as ligands 1. Macrocyclic polyethers

The addition of the macrocyclic polyether 18-Crown-6 (18C6) increases the selectivity of oxidation of ethylbenzene to -phenylethylhydroperoxide (PEH) in the presence of Ni(acac)₂. The initial oxidation rate, selectivity and degree of conversion of ethylbenzene to PEH are greater than those catalyzed by Ni(acac)₂ only. The efficiency of the macrocyclic ligand as an activator of Ni(acac)₂ exceeds that of monodentate donor ligands. The high selectivity of the process is due to both the primary Ni(acac)₂ · 18C6 complexes and the products of their transformation in the course of oxidation.
