Facile cyclic ammonium salt with the smallest size for high performance electric double layer capacitors

A novel cyclic ammonium salt, N,N-dimethylpyrrolidinium tetrafluoroborate (P₁₁-BF₄), was successfully synthesized for the first time. The smallest cyclic structure of P₁₁-BF₄ induced high solubility and conductivity in PC, which can easier enter the micropores of activated carbon and occupy more surface area during charge/discharge process.     

人血清中地尔硫高效液相色谱法测定及药代动力学参数

建立了反相高效液相色谱法监测人口服地尔硫艹卓缓释片后血药浓度。血样用正己烷－氯仿－异丙醇混合溶剂（６０４０５）提取后，以Ｃ１８化学键合硅胶为固定相，甲醇－水－三乙胺为流动相，安定为内标，在２３９ｎｍ波长处定量检测。血药浓度在１５～３００μｇ／Ｌ范围内线性关系良好，最低检测浓度为３μｇ／Ｌ。批内（ｎ＝７）及批间（ｎ＝５）测定相对标准偏差分别小于６．８％和８．４％，回收率为９１％～１０４％。监测了８名健康人口服盐酸地尔硫艹卓缓释片后的不同时间的血药浓度变化，计算了有关的药代动力学参数。     

四种硝基苯的电化学行为及其反应活性的理论计算

在滴汞电极上研究了硝基苯、对硝基甲苯、间二硝基苯及2，4-二硝基氯苯的电化学行为，并用量子理论对四种硝基苯化合物的反应活性进行了预测，理论与试验结果基本一致，据此提出了预测分子的电化学活性的方法。     

A novel gel polymer electrolyte based on poly ionic liquid 1-ethyl 3-(2-methacryloyloxy ethyl) imidazolium iodide

Poly ionic liquid 1-ethyl 3-(2-methacryloyloxy ethyl) imidazolium iodide (PEMEImI) as a single-ion conductor was designed and synthesized. When appropriate amount of suitable plasticizers, I₂ and polyacrylonitrile (PAN) were incorporated into it, the complex formed gel polymer electrolyte. Chemical structure, thermal behavior and ionic conductive properties of the gel polymer electrolyte were investigated by Raman spectra, UV-Vis spectra, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and complex impedance analysis, respectively. For the new gel polymer electrolyte, the ionic conductivity of about 1 × 10⁻³ S cm⁻¹ at room temperature was achieved.     

聚合物-Ni(II)膜电极的研究

Ni(Ⅱ)离子可与聚8羟基喹啉、聚邻氨基酚、聚邻苯二胺和聚苯胺络合。聚合物-Ni(Ⅱ)膜电极的循环伏安图有明显的氧化还原蜂, 和彼此相似的电化学特性。聚8羟基喹啉膜(聚邻氨基酚, 聚邻苯二胺)可用以交换Ni(Ⅱ)与H~+离子和分离Ni(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)和Fe(Ⅱ)离子。     

Synthesis and characterization of perfluorohexylated poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)

The perfluorohexylated 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene 5 was prepared via Mitsunobu reaction of perfluorohexylatyed diol 2 with diethyl 3,4-dihydroxythiophenedicarboxylate followed by decarboxylation. The polymerization of 5 was conducted with both oxidative chemical and electrochemical polymerizations. The polymers were characterized by cyclic voltammogram, UV, IR, TGA and DSC.     

Optimization of a portable microanalytical system to reduce electrode fouling from proteins associated with biomonitoring of lead (Pb) in saliva

There is a need to develop reliable portable analytical systems for on-site and real-time biomonitoring of lead (Pb) from both occupational and environmental exposures. Saliva is an appealing matrix since it is easily obtainable, and therefore a potential substitute for blood due to existing reasonably good correlation between Pb levels in blood and saliva. The microanalytical system is based on flow-injection/stripping voltammetry with a wall-jet (flow-onto) microelectrochemical cell. Samples that contain as little as 1% saliva can cause electrode fouling, resulting in significantly reduced responsiveness and irreproducible quantitations. In addition, incomplete Pb release from salivary protein can also yield a lower Pb response than expected. This paper evaluates the extent of in vitro Pb-protein binding and the optimal pretreatment for releasing Pb from the saliva samples. Even in 50% by volume of rat saliva, the electrode fouling was not observed, due to the appropriate sample pretreatment and the constant flow of the sample and acidic carrier that prevented passivation by the protein. The system offered a linear response over a low Pb range of 1-10 ppb, low detection limit of 1 ppb, excellent reproducibility, and reliability. It also yielded the same Pb concentrations in unknown samples as did the ICP-MS. These encouraging results suggest that the microanalytical system represents an important analytical advancement for real-time non-invasive biomonitoring of Pb.     

Characterization of Carbon Film Electrodes for Electroanalysis by Electrochemical Impedance

The interfacial behavior of electrodes fabricated from carbon film resistors of 2 and 20 Ω in supporting electrolyte solutions of varying pH used in electroanalytical experiments has been characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy with complementary cyclic voltammetric experiments. Equivalent circuits are proposed to fit the experimental data and the influence of electrode pretreatment has also been investigated.

蒿甲醚在模拟体内酸碱环境中的代谢动力学研究

 利用高效液相法对蒿甲醚进行了模拟体内酸碱环境的代谢动力学研究 ,测定了蒿甲醚及其代谢产物双氢青蒿素、蒿甲醚呋喃酯的代谢曲线。结果表明 ,蒿甲醚在模拟体内肠道和血液的弱碱性环境条件下半衰期为2 87 2min(计算值 ) ;在模拟体内胃液的酸性环境条件下半衰期为 74 6min ;在两种条件下的主要代谢产物均为双氢青蒿素和蒿甲醚呋喃酯。该方法克服了以往文献所报道方法的一些缺点 ,不仅简化了样品制备方法 ,也提高了检测结果的准确性。
