Polymer electrolyte systems were prepared for the first time by dissolution of amidomagnesium chlorides in poly(ethylene oxide), (PEO). For the preparation, solutions of (hexamethyldisilylamido)magnesium chloride, (dimethylpyrrolyl)magnesium chloride, (diisopropylamido)magnesium chloride, piperidinomagnesium chloride and morpholinomagnesium chloride were chosen. The composition of these polymer electrolyte systems corresponds to the general formula R2NMgCl·P(EO)n·THF. Most work has been done with the system (hexamethyldisilylamido)magnesium chloride in PEO, (Me3Si)2NMgCl·P(EO)n·THF, with n= 3, 4, 5, or 7. The electrolytes have a soft rubber-like consistency. At 30 °C, electrical conductivities of 10−6–10−5 S/cm were found. The conductivities were measured in the temperature range 20–60 °C. Within this temperature range a linear dependence of the logarithms of the conductivity on the inverse temperature was found and activation energies for the conducting process of 30–60 kJ/mol were calculated. Using those polymer electrolytes with a high content of the amidomagnesium compound, a reversible magnesium deposition takes place by cathodic reduction at potentials below −1.9 V vs. a Ag/AgCl reference electrode. 用交流阻抗技术研究了二电极、三电极Pt/钇稳定氧化锆(简称YSZ)高温固体电化学体系.开路电位下,Pt/YSZ体系只有一个阻抗半圆,对应于电极体系的电化学活化控制过程,极化电阻随温度变化的表观活化能为171.5kJ/mol.Pt/YSZ界面的双电层电容约为300μF/cm2.阳极极化下,交流阻抗极化电阻显著减小;阴极极化下,极化电阻反而增大,并出现浓差控制现象.  相似文献

通过热重实验和扫描电子显微等方法,研究了4种触头用银合金粉末的氧化性能及氧化后的组织结构。发现Ag-Sn-RE合金粉末氧化以后,在粉末表层形成一层纯银层,其组织结构理想;它的氧化性能最好,适于制备触头材料。Ag-Sn-RE合金粉末的优良氧化性能与其氧化后理想的组织结构有关。稀土元素可以降低合金粉末的氧化温度,其它影响作用有待于进一步研究。  相似文献

Impedance biosensors are a class of electrical biosensors that show promise for point-of-care and other applications due to low cost, ease of miniaturization, and label-free operation. Unlabeled DNA and protein targets can be detected by monitoring changes in surface impedance when a target molecule binds to an immobilized probe. The affinity capture step leads to challenges shared by all label-free affinity biosensors; these challenges are discussed along with others unique to impedance readout. Various possible mechanisms for impedance change upon target binding are discussed. We critically summarize accomplishments of past label-free impedance biosensors and identify areas for future research.  相似文献

Band structure calculations at the level of LMTO-ASA provide insight into the electronic structure of BaV10O15 and the origin of the structural phase transition. A crystal orbital Hamiltonian population/integrated crystal orbital Hamiltonian population analysis provides evidence that the crystallographic phase transition is driven by V-V bond formation. As well, the energy bands near the Fermi level are very narrow, <1 eV, consistent with the fact that the observed insulating behavior can be due to electron localization via either Mott-Hubbard correlation and/or Anderson disorder. The partial solid solution, BaV10−xTixO15, was examined to study the effect of Ti-doping at the V sites on the structure and electronic transport properties. In spite of the non-existence of “BaTi10O15”, the limiting x=8, as indicated by a monotonic increase in the cell volume and systematic changes in properties. This limit may be due to the difficulty of stabilizing Ti2+ in this structure. For x=0.5 both the first order structural phase transition and the magnetic transition at 40 K are quenched. The samples obey the Curie-Weiss law to x=3 with nearly spin only effective moments along with θ values which range from −1090 K (x=0.5) to −1629 K (x=3). For x>3 a very large, ∼2×10−3 emu/mol, temperature independent (TIP) contribution dominates. Conductivity measurements on sintered, polycrystalline samples show semiconducting behavior for all compositions. Activation energies for Mott hopping derived from high temperature data range from ∼0.1 eV for x=0-1 and fall to a plateau of 0.06 eV for x=3-7. Low temperature data for x=3, 5 and 7 show evidence for Mott variable range hoping (VRH) with a T1/4 law and in one case between 5 and 17 K, a Efros-Shklovskii correlated hopping, T1/2 law, was seen, in sharp contrast to BaV10O15 where only the E-S law was observed up to 75 K. Seebeck coefficients are small (<35 μV/K), positive, roughly TIP and increase with increasing x up to x=5. This may point to a Heikes hopping of holes but a simple single carrier model is impossible. The compositions for x>3 are remarkable in that local moment behavior is lost, yet a metallic state is not reached. The failure of this system to be driven metallic even at such high doping levels is not fully understood but it seems clear that disorder induced carrier localization plays a major role.  相似文献

Laser impedance spectroscopy in a miniature neon RF-discharge operating at 0.27 bar was performed. The dominant role of the metastable atoms to the size and the sign of the RF-signal was investigated. Excellent linearity of the RF-signal but poor detection sensitivity of excited metastable neon atoms were found at low laser powers.  相似文献

The electropolymerization of trans-[RuCl2(vpy)4] (vpy=4-vinylpyridine) monomer on Nd-Fe-B magnets was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Impedance diagrams obtained during the polymerization process were used to monitor film formation. The EIS results gave insight into the electrochemical phenomena occurring at the magnet surface as the polymerization process progressed. The film structure and morphology were also studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy. The Raman spectroscopy results showed that the polymerization takes place at the vinyl groups of the monomer and also that the redox polymer structure is very similar to that of the monomer. The ratio of the intensity of the XPS peaks for fluorine (from the electrolyte PF6 ) and ruthenium present in the film showed that the polymer on Nd-Fe-B contained an equal proportion of Ru2+ and Ru3+, indicating that part of the film is positively charged, i.e. {[RuCl2(vpy)4]+} n .  相似文献

Polymeric films derived from thioflavin S were electrosynthesized on mild steel and silver electrodes in sulfuric acid and lithium perchlorate-containing aqueous solutions. The introduction of thioflavin S in an acidic solution protected the surface of steel from corrosion. The electrochemical behavior of the steel coated with a layer of poly(thioflavin) was examined by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The films exhibited a capacitive behavior and were semi-conductive in nature. Infra red reflectance measurements of the polymer films at the steel surface showed that the polymer structure retained the aromatic structure of the benzene and thiazole rings with the distinction of a nitrogen quinone vibrational band. Surface morphology of the polymer film was examined with scanning electron microscopy. The films are yellow, compact and dense when electrochemically formed onto steel surfaces when compared to a blue rather porous when formed onto silver electrode. The mechanism of electropolymerization of thioflavin is given and found similar to that of aniline with the possibility of metal chelation with the sulfur and/or nitrogen in the thiazole ring.  相似文献
