铅基复合钙钛矿型弛豫铁电单晶体PMNT的生长基元为多种[BO~6]配位八面体,晶体生长过程可视为多种八面体基元与Pb^2^+的组装过程。这些生长基元向{111}面叠合时易采取法向生长机制,向{001}面叠合时易采取层状生长机制,由此决定了晶体生长速度的各向异性与晶体的形貌。Bridgman法生长的PMNT晶体在生长过程中由内向生长机制形成规则的负晶结构;在晶体生长过程中,在其自然表面上可形成正形与负形两种形貌;在高温退火过程中,由于PbO的分解,晶体表面上可形成类似"蚀象"的构型,这些可从[BO~6]八面体生长基元的组装或拆分方面获得解释。 相似文献

用动力学方法对MgO.nB~2O~3在28%MgCl~2-H~2O浓盐溶液中形成的过饱和溶液的结晶过程进行研究, 首次得到MgO-B~2O~3-MgCl~2-H~2O体系过饱和区内的液固相关系图, 即热力学非平衡态液固相关系图。该相图有六个相区: H~3BO~3,MgO.3B~2O~3.7.5H~2O, MgO.3B~2O~3.7H~2O, 2MgO.2B~2O~3.MgCl~2.14H~2O,3Mg(OH)~2.MgCl~2.8H~2O和5Mg(OH)~2.MgCl~2.8H~2O。拟合得到各结晶过程的动力学方程, 同时对结晶机制进行了探讨。 相似文献

湿法工艺制备的不同晶型Fe2O3, 经水煤气还原后Fe3O4的X射线衍射微结构特征, 用分析微应变和晶粒尺寸的Voigt函数单峰分析法进行了测定。Fe3O4微应变大小同催化活性间存在一种对应关系。γ-Fe2O3还原的Fe3O4比α型还原的有更大的晶格畸变, 在325℃, 500空速条件下, CO转化率达97%以上, 比后者高出30%多。这种畸变结构在工业催化反应条件下能长期稳定, 但经600℃高温处理后, 畸变减小,活性下降。湿法工艺可以获得具有不同活性的Fe3O4前身, γ-Fe2O3与Fe3O4晶体结构上的类似, 使它在还原过程中, 能把这种高活性的结构状态保留下来。 相似文献

Black oxide is a conversion coating applied onto the Cu substrate to improve the interfacial adhesion with polymeric adhesives. A comprehensive study was made to characterize the black oxide coating and the corresponding interfacial adhesion with various types of polymeric resin, aiming to optimize the oxide processing conditions. The reliability of adhesion performance of the coating was evaluated before and after accelerated hygrothermal ageing, such as temperature cycling, pressure cooker test, and moisture sensitivity test followed by thermal shock. The moisture resistance of the substrate with black oxide coating was much higher than the bare Cu substrate, during both the moisture absorption and desorption processes. Thermal cycling alone did not change significantly the adhesion performance of any of the substrates studied. Pressure cooker test was detrimental to adhesion performance of oxide coated Cu substrates. Nevertheless, the residual interfacial bond strengths were consistently much higher for the black oxide coated substrates than the bare Cu surface. Significant delamination occurred between the bare Cu and the moulding compound after the moisture sensitivity test followed by thermal shock, whereas there was virtually no delamination on the black oxide coated samples under the same ageing condition, confirming the higher reliability of interfacial adhesion performance for the latter. 相似文献

Two types of SiC fiber tows (Hi-Nicalon? and Hi-Nicalon S?) were coated with stabilized ZrO2 and composited using preceramic polymer impregnation pyrolysis to form SiC/SiCf minicomposites. Properties of the fiber/matrix interface in composites were investigated using the indentation method in which a pyramidal indenter was used to push on an individual fiber and cause sliding at the interface. The interfacial frictional stresses were determined from the force–displacement relation. The composites reinforced by the ZrO2-coated fibers have smaller interfacial frictional stresses than composites reinforced by the initial fibers and show fibers sliding relatively more easily with respect to the SiC matrix. 相似文献

The preparation of hybrid materials of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) with montmorillonite (Mont) clay was investigated using anchor monomers, i.e. hydroxyethyl isonicotinamide (HENA) or hydroxypentyltrimethylammonium iodide (HPTA), which both have cationic substituents to adsorb onto clay surfaces and a hydroxyethyl moiety (–CH2CH2OH) to react with the polymer chain terminal of PET. The condensation of the mixtures of the intercalation compounds, bis (2-hydroxyethyl) terephthalate (BHET) and HENA/Mont or HPTA/Mont, led to a homogenous and transparent PET hybrid in which the Mont clay particles were scattered homogenously. The HPTA/Mont hybrid films copolymerized with BHET exhibited a dramatic improvement in such characteristics as tensile strength and optical transparency. 相似文献
