通过外添加水分改变神府煤含水量,利用高频加热炉进行快速热解,研究了含水量对神府煤快速热解过程的影响,考察了四种含水量神府煤快速热解气相产物分布及变化规律,利用孔/表面分析仪表征了固相产物的结构变化。结果表明,随着煤中含水量升高,热解气总体积和最大释放速率减小;热解焦的比表面积和孔容随含水量升高而增大,与原煤煤焦相比,含水煤制得热解焦中保留了较多小孔,孔隙结构更加发达;水分有利于抑制热解过程孔的阻塞与塌陷,提高煤焦表面的粗糙程度和多孔结构的复杂程度。  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate a novel alternating current electrothermal (ACET) micromixer driven by a high efficiency ACET micropump. The micromixer consists of thin film asymmetric pairs of electrodes on the microgrooved channel floor and array of electrode pairs fabricated on the top wall. By connecting electrodes with AC voltage, ACET forces are induced. Asymmetric microgrooved electrodes force the fluids along the channel, while lateral vortex pairs are generated by symmetric electrode pairs located on the top wall. Waviness of the floor increases contact area between two confluent streams within a narrow confinement. An active mixer operates as a semi active semi passive mixer. Effects of various parameters are investigated in details in order to arrive at an optimal configuration that provides for efficient mixing as well as appreciable transport. It is found that using a specific design, uniform and homogeneous mixing quality with mixing efficiency of 97.25% and flow rate of per unit width of the channel can be achieved.  相似文献

以聚碳硅烷(PCS)为原料,通过不同温度高温热解制备碳化硅(Si C)前驱体,将得到的碳化硅前驱体在1 000℃条件下采用氯气刻蚀,成功制备了碳化硅衍生碳(Si C-CDCs)。采用X-射线衍射光谱(XRD)、拉曼光谱(Raman)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和N2吸附-脱附法等表征方法,研究了热解温度对Si C前驱体及Si C-CDCs的物相、形貌、孔结构和分布的影响;并将制备的材料作为超级电容器的电极材料,测试了其电化学性能。结果表明:采用氯气刻蚀聚碳硅烷热解生成的Si C,可以得到具有较高比表面积和亚纳米孔(1 nm)的Si C-CDCs;Si C-CDCs用作超级电容器的电极材料,具有较高的比电容且在不同的电流密度下均表现出良好的电容性能。  相似文献

The photoionization and photodissociation of 1,4-dioxane have been investigated with a reflectron time-of-flight photoionization mass spectrometry and a tunable vacuum ultraviolet synchrotron radiation in the energy region of 8.0-15.5 eV. Parent ion and fragment ions at m/z 88, 87, 58, 57, 45, 44, 43, 41, 31, 30, 29, 28 and 15 are detected under supersonic conditions. The ionization energy of DX as well as the appearance energies of its fragment ions C4H7O2+, C3H6O+, C3H5O+, C2H5O+, C2H4O+, C2H3O+, C3H5+, CH3O+, C2H6+, C2H5+/CHO+, C2H4+ and CH3+ was determined from their photoionization efficiency curves. The optimized structures for the neutrals, cations, transition states and intermediates related to photodissociation of DX are characterized at the B3LYP/6-31+G(d,p) level and their energies are obtained by G3B3 method. Possible dissociative channels of the DX are proposed based on comparison of experimental AE values and theoretical predicted ones. Intramolecular hydrogen migrations are found to be the dominant processes in most of the fragmentation pathways of 1,4-dioxane.  相似文献

Alamethicin forms voltage-gated ion channels that have moderate cation-selectivity. The enhancement of the cation-selectivity by introducing negatively charged residues at positions 7 and 18 has been studied using the tethered homodimers of alamethicin with Q7 and E18 (di-alm-Q7E18) and its analog with E7 and Q18 (di-alm-E7Q18). In the dimeric peptides, monomer peptides are linked at the N-termini by a disulfide bond. Both the peptides formed long lasting ion channels at cis-positive voltages when added to the cis-side membrane. Their long open duration enabled us to obtain current-voltage (I-V(m)) relations and reversal potentials at the single-channel level by applying a voltage ramp during the channel opening. The reversal potentials measured in asymmetric KCl solutions indicated that ionized E7 provided strong cation-selectivity, whereas ionized E18 little influenced the charge selectivity. This was also the case for the macroscopic charge selectivity determined from the reversal potentials obtained by the macroscopic I-V(m) measurements. The results are accounted for by stronger electrostatic interactions between permeant ions and negatively charged residues at the narrowest part of the pore than at the pore mouth.  相似文献

This work explores dielectrophoresis (DEP)‐active hydrophoresis in sorting particles and cells. The device consists of prefocusing region and sorting region with great potential to be integrated into advanced lab‐on‐a‐chip bioanalysis devices. Particles or cells can be focused in the prefocusing region and then sorted in the sorting region. The DEP‐active hydrophoretic sorting is not only based on size but also on dielectric properties of the particles or cells of interest without any labelling. A mixture of 3 and 10 μm particles were sorted and collected from corresponding outlets with high separation efficiency. According to the different dielectric properties of viable and nonviable Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells at the medium conductivity of 0.03 S/m, the viable CHO cells were focused well and sorted from cell sample with a high purity.  相似文献

采用纳米自组装法合成的大孔氧化铝催化材料FA-06,具有1.39 mL·g-1的孔容、297 m2·g-1的比表面积、32.4 nm的最可几孔径和81.85%的孔隙率,孔道集中分布于10~30 nm和30~60 nm的比例分别占35.61%和40.88%。GPC结果表明,对于形成反相超增溶胶束的高聚物RHP,可通过改变聚异丁烯马来酸酐(PIBSA)的量来控制其分散度和相对分子量,进而控制大孔氧化铝的孔道结构。TEM及SEM结果表明,纳米自组装氢氧化铝棒长600~800 nm,直径为250~300 nm,经550.0℃焙烧后,形成直径为150~300 nm,长度为400~600 nm的纳米氧化铝棒。从焙烧后的纳米自组装氢氧化铝的XRD结果证明了3种γ-Al2O3的前躯体完全转化为γ-Al2O3。结合TG的结果,表明在605.0℃时,拟薄水铝石完全转化为γ-Al2O3,总失重可达61.88%。基于以上实验结果,模拟了反向超增溶胶束、氢氧化铝及大孔氧化铝的分子自组装和纳米自组装的形成过程,并提出了纳米自组装大孔氧化铝贯穿孔道的NSA(Nano Self-Assembly)形成机理。  相似文献

The paper is concerned with the channel effect: detonation-propelled shocks occurring in tubular charges. It is shown that some salient aspects of the phenomenon may be successfully reproduced within a simple one-dimensional model assuming the gas–solid system to be isothermal and the volume fraction of the solid phase to be small. Two modes of the channel effect, dependent on the level of the ignition pressure, are identified. Although the emerging detonations appear to be of the Chapman–Jouguet (CJ) type, their velocities are controlled by the system’s gasification kinetics rather than its thermodynamics. The structure of the emerging CJ detonation differs from that of conventional ZND detonation. There is no shock attached to the reaction zone. The precursor shock is the only shock in the event.  相似文献
