A new model of nonlinear electrodynamics with two parameters is investigated. We also consider a model with one dimensional parameter. It was shown that the electric field of a point-like charge is not singular at the origin and there is the finiteness of the static electric energy of point-like charged particle. We obtain the canonical and symmetrical Belinfante energy–momentum tensors and dilatation currents. It is demonstrated that the dilatation symmetry and dual symmetry are broken in the models suggested. We have calculated the static electric energy of point-like particles.  相似文献

An essential part of the modulation of protein‐binding capacity in hydrophobic interaction chromatography is the buffer‐salt system. Besides using “single” electrolytes, multicomponent electrolyte mixtures may be used as an additional tool. Both the protein solubility and the binding capacity depend on the position of a salt in the so‐called Hofmeister series. Specific interactions are observed for an individual protein‐salt combination. For salt mixtures, selectivity, recovery, and binding capacity do not behave like for the single salts that are positioned in between the two mixed components in the Hofmeister series, as the continuous correlation would suggest. Thus, finding strategies for mixed salts could potentially lead to improved capacities in hydrophobic interaction chromatography. Mixtures of ammonium sulfate, sodium citrate, sodium sulfate, sodium chloride, sodium acetate, and glycine were used to investigate the binding capacities for lysozyme and a monoclonal antibody on various hydrophobic resins. Resin capacity for two investigated proteins increases when mixtures consisting of a chaotropic and a kosmotropic salt are applied. It seems to be related to the rather basic isoelectric points of the proteins.  相似文献

A rapid magnetoimmunosensor for the simultaneous determination of two cardiac biomarkers, amino‐terminal pro‐B‐type natriuretic peptide (NT‐proBNP) and C‐reactive protein (CRP), in human serum is described. Specific capture antibodies were covalently immobilized onto carboxylic acid‐modified magnetic beads. The quantification of NT‐proBNP and CRP was performed by using indirect competitive and sandwich configurations, respectively, and horseradish peroxidase‐labeled tracers. The use of dual screen‐printed carbon electrodes allowed the achievement of simultaneous independent amperometric readout for each cardiac biomarker. The developed methodology showed very low limits of detection (0.47 ng mL?1). An international standard for CRP serum spiked with NT‐proBNP was analyzed to evaluate the usefulness of the magnetoimmunosensor.  相似文献

Glycoproteins are produced by the post‐translational modification process of proteins and they play an important role in mediating various biological processes. Our understanding towards biochemical functions of individual glycoproteins has been seriously hampered due to the heterogeneous expression of carbohydrate parts in glycoproteins. Despite the advancement in recombinant expression and chromatographic techniques, the isolation of pure glycoforms remains nearly impossible. To obtain homogenous glycoproteins, tremendous efforts hves been spent in developing various ligation and glycosylation techniques. This minireview discusses selected methods for the preparation and ligation of glycopeptides. The importance of the development of new chemical synthesis method for glycoproteins has also been discussed, which would be one of the next directions in this field.  相似文献

2-(4-Amino-substituted-3-nitrophenyl)-3-hydroxyquinolin-4(1H)-ones have been studied to evaluate their fluorescence properties and possible use as molecular fluorescent probes. The amino group was substituted with various alkyl moieties possessing a suitable terminal functional group (such as hydroxy or amino group) that could serve to bind a 3-hydroxyquinolin-4(1H)-one (3HQ) fluorescence label to a biomolecule. Besides simple hydrocarbon chains, ligands containing ethylenoxy units as optimal spacers were also tested. The structure-fluorescence properties and theoretical applicability of the studied molecules are discussed.  相似文献
