一种新的HETISINE型二萜生物碱结构的NMR研究

从毛莨科乌头属黄花乌头的根中分得一个化合物,经过测定,它是hetisine型二萜生物碱,其结构为13-乙酰基-14-羟基-2-丙酰基亥替钦,为一新化合物.本文报道选择性远程DEPT技术在该化合物的结构和NMR信号归属研究中的应用.     

Triterpenoid Saponins from Luculia pincia Hook

Two new triterpenoid saponins, cincholic acid-3-O-β-D-xylopyranoside, 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (I), quinovic acid28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (4), and a new phenolic glucoside, 4-[4‘‘-O-( 2‘‘, 3‘‘, 5‘‘, 6‘‘-tetrahydroxy phenyl)-β-D-glucoside]-l-butene (2), along with five known triterpenoid saponins and one phenolic glucoside were isolated from the n-butanol fraction of the stems of Luculia pinciana Hook. Their structures were established by means of spectroscopic methods.     

Modified Coumarins. 12. Synthesis of 3,4-Cycloannelated Coumarin β-D-Glucopyranosides

O--D-Glucopyranosides were synthesized using 3,4-cycloannelated hydroxycoumarins as aglycons. Phenolic hydroxyls were O-glycosylated via condensation of coumarin potassium salts with acetobromoglucose in homogeneous medium and in a liquid-liquid system using a phase-transfer catalyst.     

Taibaihenryiin C的构型、构象及晶体结构

从太白山产的鄂西香茶菜中分离得到新骨架的二萜类化合物TaibaihenryiinC,对其进行X射线衍射晶体结构分析,确定其分子中各取代基的相对构型、环构象及晶体结构.研究表明,C-3位的羟基和C-11位的乙酰氧基以C-20位的甲基为参考均位于β位;分子中的A环为椅式构象,B,C环接近于船式构象,D环接近于信封式构象.特别是在D环中存在较大的扭转角,使D环中有内应力存在,这表明该化合物具有潜在的生理活性.TaibaihenryiinC的晶体结构属正交晶系,P2₁2₁2₁空间群,晶胞参数a=0.6162(1)nm,b=1.2730(1)nm,c=2.5193(3)nm,Z=4.在晶体中分子间通过C-3位的-OH氢与C-11位的乙酰氧基上的羰基氧形成分子间氢键,使分子在晶体中沿a轴呈螺旋结构排列.     

Secoeuphoractin,a minor diterpenoid with a new skeleton from Euphorbia micractina

A minor diterpenoid with a novel carbon skeleton,secoeuphoractin(1),was isolated from an ethanol extract of the roots of Euphorbia micractina.Its structure including the absolute configuration was determined by extensive spectroscopic studies,especially by 2D NMR and CD data analysis,in combination with a plausible biosynthetic pathway associated with co-occurring diverse diterpenoids.This compound showed activity against HIV-1 replication with an IC_(50) value of 1.76 ± 0.61 μmol/L.     

Metal-mediate reactions based formal synthesis of triptonide and triptolide

A formal synthesis of triptolide and triptonide has been achieved based on metal-mediate reactions. Specially, Noyori’s ruthenium catalyzed enantioselective transfer hydrogenation, indium(III) catalyzed cationic polyene cyclization, palladium catalyzed carbonylation, rhodium catalyzed double bond migration, and palladium catalyzed ortho sp² C–H bond oxygenation reactions served as convenient entry points for the preparation of the tetracyclic building blocks and the C14 hydroxyl group.     

生物质加压液化制备甲基糖苷与酚类物质

以甲醇为液化剂、浓硫酸为催化剂,对竹子、杨木、松木和桉木四种生物质原料的加压液化进行了实验研究。结果表明,在200℃下反应30 min后,这些生物质原料可转化得到气体、固体残渣和液体生物油三种产品,且竹子的液化率最高。将竹子液化产物进一步分级处理,得到烷基多糖苷和木素解离多酚两类化学品。其中,多糖苷产品的主要成分为己糖苷类化合物,占83.38%(质量分数);多酚类产品的主要成分为4-乙基-2-甲氧基苯酚、丁香酚和3,4-二甲氧基苯酚等,占65.79%(质量分数)。同时,根据原料的物质构成和液化油的组成结构分析,提出了液化反应的机理:纤维类生物质中的纤维素和半纤维素在酸性条件下发生醇解反应生成甲基糖苷,小部分甲基糖苷进一步转化生成乙酰丙酸甲酯;原料中的木质素在降解过程中,由于酚羟基和甲氧基的供电子效应,使Cα-Caromatic键发生断裂,生成苯酚、愈创木酚等酚类物质。     

Rearranged diterpenoids from the seeds of Caesalpinia sappan

Two new rearranged diterpenoids, tomocinol C (1) and spirocaesalmin C (2) were isolated from the seeds of Caesalpinia sappan. Their structures were elucidated based on comprehensive analysis of spectroscopic data, and their absolute configurations were established by single crystal X-ray crystallography.     

Two new steroidal glucosides from Ophiopogon.japonicus （L.f.） Ker-Gawl

Two new steroidal glucosides, 26-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl （25S）-furost-5-ene-1β,3β,22α,26-tetraol l-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl- （1 → 3）-[α-h-rhamnopyranosyl-（1 → 2）]-[β-D-fueopyranoside and （25R） spirost-5-ene-3β,14α-diol-3-β-O-β-L-rhanmopyranosyl- （1 → 2）-[β-D-xylopyranosyl（1 → 4）]-[-β-D-glucopyranoside, were isolated from the Ophiopogon japonicus （L.f.） Ker-Gaw. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.     

Two new diterpenoids from Rabdosia japonica var.glaucocalyx

Two new diterpenoids, named glaucocalyxin F and glaucocalyxin X, respectively, were isolated from the whole plant of Rabdosia japonica （Burm. f.） Hara var. glaucocalyx （Maxim.） Hara. Their structures was established on the basis of spectral analysis.
