Chemical investigation of Syringa velutina Kom. led to the isolation of two new secoiridoid glucosides. Their structures were identified as 6'-0-(6, 7-dihyrofoliamenthoyl)-8-epi-kingisidic acid (syrveoside A, 1) and 6'-O-menthiafoloyl-8-epi-kingisidic acid (syrveoside B, 2) on the basis of chemical and physicochemical evidence.  相似文献

Three new diterpenoids, vulgarisins B–D (13), have been isolated from a medicinal plant Prunella vulgaris Linn. These diterpenoids contain a rare 5/6/4/5 fused tetracyclic ring skeleton. Their structures were determined through the analysis of spectroscopic data, and the absolute configuration were further confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction as well as CD analysis. All the compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicity activity, vulgarisins B (1) and C (2) demonstrated modest cytotoxicity activity against human lung carcinoma A549 cell line.  相似文献

Chemical profiling of barley (Hordeum vulgare) leaves was demonstrated using direct and indirect desorption electrospray ionization (DESI) imaging mass spectrometry. Direct DESI analysis of the untreated leaves was not possible despite a significant content of hydroxynitrile glucosides known to reside in the epidermis of the leaves. Instead, the epidermis was stripped off the leaves, thus allowing direct DESI imaging to be performed on the back of the epidermis. Furthermore, indirect DESI imaging was performed by making imprints in porous Teflon of the intact leaves as well as of the stripped epidermis. The DESI images reveal accumulation of hydroxynitrile glucosides in the leaf epidermis, homogeneously distributed throughout the surface. The indirect DESI approach enables relative quantitation, confirming variations of hydroxynitrile glucosides content in primary leaves of three different cultivars of barley seedlings. The study presents an example of how to overcome the morphological barriers from the plant surface and perform rapid and repeatable DESI imaging. In addition, a comparison is made of direct and indirect DESI imaging, contributing to the characterization of the recently developed method of indirect DESI imaging of plant material via porous Teflon imprints.  相似文献

Activity-guided fractionation of Erythrophleum succirubrum for TRAIL resistance-overcoming activity led to the isolation of four new cassaine diterpenoid dimers, named erythrophlesins A-D (1-4). Their structures were elucidated by spectral data to show that they have an unsymmetrical dimeric structure through an ester bond between two cassaine diterpenoids. These new compounds were revealed to have a significant reversal effect on TRAIL resistance in human gastric adenocarcinoma (AGS) cells.  相似文献

A HPLC method was developed for the analysis of secoisolariciresinol diglucoside (SDG) and hydroxycinnamic acid glucosides in milled defatted flaxseed flour. Direct extraction by 1 M NaOH for 1 h at 20 degrees C resulted in a higher yield than that obtained by hydrolysis of alcoholic extracts. An internal standard, o-coumaric acid, was used and the method was found to be easy, fast, and with good repeatability. On dry matter basis, different samples of flaxseeds varied considerably in their content of (+)-SDG (11.9-25.9 mg/g), (-)-SDG (2.2-5.0 mg/g), p-coumaric acid glucoside (1.2-8.5 mg/g), and ferulic acid glucoside (1.6-5.0 mg/g).  相似文献

Two new diterpenoid glucosides, clerodendranthusides B and C ( 1 and 2 , resp.), together with 16 known compounds, comprising four lignans, five miscellaneous phenylpropanoids, two flavonoids, one sesquiterpenoid glycoside, two triterpenoid glycosides, one megastigmane, as well as one anthraquinone, were isolated from the 50% EtOH extract of the whole plants of Clerodendrathus spicatus. 以甲醇为液化剂、浓硫酸为催化剂,对竹子、杨木、松木和桉木四种生物质原料的加压液化进行了实验研究。结果表明,在200℃下反应30 min后,这些生物质原料可转化得到气体、固体残渣和液体生物油三种产品,且竹子的液化率最高。将竹子液化产物进一步分级处理,得到烷基多糖苷和木素解离多酚两类化学品。其中,多糖苷产品的主要成分为己糖苷类化合物,占83.38%(质量分数);多酚类产品的主要成分为4-乙基-2-甲氧基苯酚、丁香酚和3,4-二甲氧基苯酚等,占65.79%(质量分数)。同时,根据原料的物质构成和液化油的组成结构分析,提出了液化反应的机理:纤维类生物质中的纤维素和半纤维素在酸性条件下发生醇解反应生成甲基糖苷,小部分甲基糖苷进一步转化生成乙酰丙酸甲酯;原料中的木质素在降解过程中,由于酚羟基和甲氧基的供电子效应,使Cα-Caromatic键发生断裂,生成苯酚、愈创木酚等酚类物质。  相似文献
