根据2007年4月南黄海区块(SYS)表层海水中二氧化碳分压(pCO2)的连续走航数据,结合水温(T)、盐度(S)、叶绿素 (Chla)以及pH的同步观测资料,对该海域pCO2分布特征及其主要影响因素进行了初步探讨。分析结果表明:春季南黄海pCO2的范围在365.2~734.9 μatm之间,平均值为548.0 μatm;最高值出现在121.5°E,33.4°N海域,最低值出现在123°E,32.3°N海域。受海水中物理、化学和生物因素的综合影响,pCO2的分布存在较大的不均匀性,总体上表现为西部高于东部,中间高于南北两边;在苏北浅滩和鲁南海区,pCO2与水温的变化呈正相关关系,与盐度的大小呈明显的负相关关系,而在长江入海口变化趋势则相反;此外,在整个调查海区pCO2与叶绿素、pH基本上呈负相关关系。研究将两台检测器串联进行互校,同时利用二氧化碳标准气体对其中一台仪器进行全程校准,可连续不间断观测海水和大气中的pCO2。该方法操作简单,获得的数据准确可靠,可为节能减排能力建设提供技术支持。 相似文献

The structural characterization of the orientation and elongation under shear flow in Lyotropic Chromonic Liquid Crystals (LCLCs) molecules, Sunset Yellow FCF (SSY), was performed by in situ rheological small/wide angle X-ray scattering (Rheo-SAXS/WAXS). The X-ray measurement results clearly demonstrated that the stacked aggregates were oriented and elongated to the shear direction under shear flow. Further shear rate increase caused the enhancement in the orientation and elongation with the inter-aggregate distance constant, and then the structural change decreased implying the onset of the orientation saturation at high shear rates. 相似文献

黄光激光器作为一种接近人眼敏感区域的激光器在诸多领域都发挥着重要的作用,而谐振腔又是激光器中重要组成部分.本文以Nd∶YVO4(c-cut)晶体为基底,利用真空镀膜设备研制出四波段腔面膜.通过分析膜系设计过程中膜层电场强度和优化膜系,使膜层中驻波场强得到合理分布,从而在理论上减小膜层损伤的可能性;通过TFCalc软件对测试结果进行工艺反馈分析,经过多次模拟实验,发现在不同控制波长下,采用相同监控方法监测不同的膜厚比例系数,通过调整工具因子解决了光谱曲线漂移的问题,制备出膜层牢固、化学性能稳定、满足四个波段光谱输出的黄光激光器腔面膜. 相似文献

报道了全固态连续波571.6 nm黄光激光器.黄激光是分别由两片Nd∶YAG的1 444 nm和946 nm谱线非线性和频产生,两条谱线在各自晶体对应能级跃迁分别为4F3/2-4I15/2和4F3/2-4I9/2.实验中采用复合腔结构,利用RTP晶体II类临界相位进行内腔和频,当注入到两片Nd∶YAG晶体的抽运功率分别为25 W和14.8 W时,获得562 mW的连续波571.6 nm黄激光输出,4 h功率稳定度优于±2.9%. 相似文献

日落黄与壳聚糖盐酸盐发生缔合反应形成离子缔合物可使体系共振光显著增强。在1.0 mL pH 5.5的BR缓冲溶液中,该体系共振散射强度最大,反应可在室温5 min内迅速完成。在0.6~9μg.mL-1范围内散射强度(ΔI)与日落黄的浓度成正比,检出限为0.395μg.mL-1(n=5)。建立了一种简便、快速测定日落黄的方法,并成功用于饮料样品中日落黄含量的测定.加标回收率为93.0~101.8%,RSD为1.8~3.4%。 相似文献

报道了579nm高功率KGd(WO4)2喇曼晶体外腔式喇曼黄光激光器的输出特性.基于808nm脉冲激光二极管侧面泵浦Nd∶YAG陶瓷、腔内BBO电光晶体同步延迟调Q和Ⅰ类临界相位匹配的LBO晶体腔外倍频方案,并通过外腔式KGW晶体Ng轴二阶斯托克斯喇曼频移,获得了579.54nm黄光激光输出.当脉冲信号重复频率为1kHz、532nm泵浦光最高平均功率为5.02W、脉冲宽度为10.1ns时,获得了最高平均功率2.58 W、脉冲宽度7.4ns、峰值功率348.6kW的579.54nm二阶斯托克斯喇曼黄光激光输出;532nm至579.54nm的光-光转化效率为51.4%、斜率效率为54.8%,光束质量因子Mx2-579.54=5.829、My2-579.54=6.336,输出功率不稳定性小于±2.35%.实验表明:外腔式喇曼结构能够高效地获得喇曼黄光,具有很高的光-光转化效率及良好的功率稳定性,并通过脉冲LD结合同步延迟电光调Q可获得高重复频率、高平均功率、窄脉冲宽度和高峰值功率的黄光激光输出. 相似文献

利用高光谱红边与黄边位置距离识别小麦条锈病 总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10
研究的目的是利用高光谱遥感尽可能早地识别出健康与遭受条锈病胁迫的小麦。通过人工田间诱发不同等级条锈病,在不同生育期测定感染不同严重程度条锈病的冬小麦冠层光谱及病情指数(disease index,DI)。对测定的光谱进行平滑并计算一阶微分值,并用两种方法分别提取光谱红边位置(red edge position,REP)与黄边位置(yellow edge position,YEP):(1)一阶微分最大值法;(2)Cho and Skidmore方法。研究表明随着病情严重度的增加,REP逐渐向短波方向移动,YEP逐渐向长波方向移动,而REP-YEP则迅速的减小。分别对比分析了REP,YEP以及REP-YEP预测DI的能力,结果表明,以REP-YEP为变量的模型预测DI的精度最好,模型估测绝对误差(RMSE)仅为6.22,相对误差(relative error,RE)为14.3%,且能够提前12 d识别出健康与病害胁迫的小麦。该研究不仅可为将来利用高光谱遥感大面积监测小麦病害提供理论与技术支持,而且对精准农业的实施也具有重要意义与实际应用价值。 相似文献

Motivated by numerous X-ray scattering studies of lamellar phases with membrane proteins, amphiphilic peptides, polymers,
or other inclusions, we have determined the modifications of the classical Caillé law for a smectic phase as a function of
the nature and concentration of inclusions added to it. Besides a fundamental interest on the behavior of fluctuating systems
with inclusions, a precise characterization of the action of a given protein on a lipid membrane (anchoring, swelling, stiffening
...) is of direct biological interest and could be probed by way of X-ray measurements. As a first step we consider three
different couplings involving local pinching (or swelling), stiffening or curvature of the membrane. In the first two cases
we predict that independent inclusions induce a simple renormalization of the bending and compression moduli of the smectic
phase. The X-ray experiments may also be used to probe correlations between inclusions. Finally we show that asymmetric coupling
(such as a local curvature of the membrane) results in a modification of the usual Caillé law.

We investigate the dynamical behavior of lamellar phases in ternary amphiphilic systems of water, oil and amphiphile. The
interaction between the amphiphilic monolayers is described by the steric interaction due to thermal fluctuations for uncharged,
and by electrostatic interactions for charged systems. The dynamics of the system is determined by the hydrodynamics of the
fluid layers. The basic parameters of our model are the viscosities of the two solvents, the average thicknesses of the oil
and water layers, and the bending rigidity. The model allows to consider different monolayer interactions across the oil and
water layers. Relaxation rates are calculated for arbitrary wave vectors parallel and perpendicular to the average monolayer
plane. We find that there is a quite complex crossover behavior from a law for small parallel wave vectors to a law for large . We discuss the relevance of our result for the interpretation of dynamic light-scattering and neutron-spin-echo experiments
for these systems.

We predict the elastic properties of mixed amphiphilic monolayers in the swollen state within the blob model using scaling
arguments. First the elastic moduli and the spontaneous curvature of a bimodal brush are determined as a function of the composition
and the relative chain length. We obtain simple and useful scaling functions which interpolate between the elastic moduli
of a pure short-chain brush and a pure long-chain brush. By using the analogy between block copolymer interfaces and polymeric
brushes, the effect of mixing on self-assembled diblock copolymer monolayers is investigated in the swollen state. We calculate
various interfacial properties, such as the equilibrium surface coverage, interface curvature, and the mixing free energy
as a function of the composition. In general, we find a nonlinear dependence on the composition, which deviates from the simple
linear averaging of the properties of pure components. Our results are used to discuss a recent experiment on the effect of
amphiphilic block copolymers on the efficiency of microemulsions.
