The synthesis and properties of a perylenediamide diol linker and several DNA hairpins possessing this linker are described. The diol linker absorbs and fluoresces strongly in the visible. Hairpins having poly(dA)-poly(dT) stems have fluorescence quantum yields and decay times similar to those of the linker, indicating that hole injection does not occur from the singlet excited linker into the base pair domain. Fluorescence quenching by dG or dZ bases is observed when these bases are located near the linker. The strong distance dependence of fluorescence quenching is consistent with a superexchange mechanism for electron transfer. Failure to observe formation of the linker anion radical by means of femtosecond time resolved absorption spectroscopy is attributed to fast charge recombination. The properties and behavior of the perylene linker and its hairpins are compared to those of other arenedicarboxamide linkers. 相似文献

用微型反应注射成型机制备了以聚氨酯(PU)为弹性相的两类同步互穿聚合物网络(SIN),其刚性相分别采用保留仲羟基的乙烯基酯树脂(VERH)以及封闭仲羟基的乙烯基酯树脂(VERA)。用傅里叶变换红外光谱在线跟踪了这类互穿网络的生成过程,发现刚性网络抑制了PU网络中硬段有序结构的形成,两个网络间有一定程度的互穿,而两个网络间的化学键作用进一步削弱氢键强度。自旋—自旋弛豫时间的测定进一步表明网络间存在一定的互穿以及刚性相对于PU硬段结晶的抑制作用。材料的力学性能与其SIN的形态有关。VERA网络对PU表现出明显的增强作用,而由VERH网络形成的SIN则由于体系相分离进程受到严重阻碍而使材料性能恶化。 相似文献

Functionalized nano-PbS has been prepared and characterized. The functionalized nanoparticles have good dispersibility in water. Reaction of functionalized nano-PbS with γ-globulin (γ-IgG) results an enhanced resonance light scattering (RLS) around 385nm.However, when the content of HSA is lower than 0.5μg/ml^-1 the RLS enhancement is very weak and is nonlinear to concentration of HSA. Based on these results, a new direct quantitative determination method for γ-globulin in blood serum samples without separation is established.Under optimal conditions, the enhanced RLS intensity is in proportion to the γ-IgG concentration in the range 10-500ng/mL. The limit of detection is 2.75ng/mL. This method is proved to be very sensitive, rapid, simple and selective for detection of γ-IgG in blood serum. 相似文献

Two rapid and popular methods—capillary electrophoresis (CE) and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) have been compared
for analysis of cotinine in human urine. Cotinine was analyzed in less than 7 min, with detection limits of 5 and 3.2 ng mL−1 for CE and HPLC, respectively. The performance of the methods was evaluated in terms of sensitivity, specificity, precision,
accuracy, and limits of detection and quantification. Calibration plots were linear in the range 50–4,000 ng mL−1, at least, and mean recoveries were satisfactory for both techniques. The methods were successfully used for quantification

A spectrophotometric method has been developed for the simultaneous determination ofo-cresol andm-cresol in water by reaction withp-aminophenol (PAP). Three different methodologies have been assayed; (i) batch analysis, after reaction in an alkaline medium in the presence of dissolved molecular oxygen as oxidizing agent, (ii) a stopped-flow procedure, carried out in the presence of KIO4 and (iii) a flow injection method based on the same approach. The batch procedure requires 22 min for the full development of colour witho-cresol and 12 min form-cresol. In the stopped-flow mode, using KIO4 and a reaction time of 12 min, better sensitivity can be obtained for both compounds and limits of detection of 10 g 1–1 foro-cresol and 30 g 1–1 form-cresol were found. The flow injection method has a lower sensitivity but permits more than 80 injections per hour. Based on the different maximum absorbance wavelengths obtained for the reaction products of PAP witho-cresol (614 nm) andm-cresol (632 nm), both compounds can be simultaneously determined in water samples and recoveries of 90 to 115% were found in spiked water samples of different types. 相似文献

A flow injection system was proposed to evaluate the transient product of a colorimetric reaction between hydrolysable tannin and potassium iodate (KIO3) solution. The system optimization was accomplished by using statistical methods based on experimental design. Flow rate of KIO3 solution, sample volume, carrier flow rate, and reaction coil were the selected factors for evaluation. On screening step, complete factorial 24 was used and two levels for each selected factor were studied. For the optimization phase, a centered face composite design 22 + star was employed to evaluate sample volume and flow rate of KIO3 solution, which were the factors identified in the screening phase as having more influence on the absorbance signal. After optimization, the proposed system was compared with batch determination. Some characteristics, such as analytical frequency, reagent consumption and chemical residues generation presented better results by the use of the proposed system if compared with batch method. The system presented good repeatability with standard deviation lower than 3%, for n = 10, linearity (R2 = 0.9974) for tannic acid standard, analytical frequency of 15 injections h− 1 and limit of quantification of 24 mg L− 1 of tannic acid. Good results were obtained when the proposed system was applied to hydrolysable tannin determination in Stryphnodendron barbatimão, Eucalyptus citriodora and Phyllanthus niruri, samples of plants commonly used in popular medicine. 相似文献

A mathematical model of amperometric biosensors has been developed. The model is based on non-stationary diffusion equations containing a non-linear term related to Michaelis–Menten kinetic of the enzymatic reaction. Using digital simulation, the influence of the substrate concentration as well as maximal enzymatic rate on the biosensor response was investigated.
