The unprecedented reaction of ketone‐containing aromatic pyridinium salts 3a ‐ e and alkynyl Fischer complexes 1a ‐ f proceeds via a mild domino process to provide 4,6‐disubstituted pyran‐2‐ones 5a ‐ k and 2,3,5‐trisubstituted furans 6a ‐ h (45‐97%). According of the results of isotopic labeling experiments, a mechanism involving an initial Michael addition appears to be the key step, obtaining a mesomeric structure responsible for the formation of both products.  相似文献

A series of imidazolium chlorides for the formation of tridentate CNO‐donor palladium(II) complexes featuring N‐heterocyclic carbene moieties have been developed from cheap and readily available starting materials with high yields. Their palladium complexes were prepared by reactions between the ligand precursors and PdCl2 using K2CO3 as base in pyridine with reasonable yields. These air‐stable metal complexes were characterized using 1H NMR and 13C{1H} NMR spectroscopy and elemental analyses. Heteronuclear multiple bond correlation experiments were performed to identify key NMR signals of these compounds. The structures of two of the complexes were also established by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. One of these complexes was successfully applied in the direct C―H functionalization reactions between heterocyclic compounds and aryl bromides, producing excellent yields of coupled products. The coupling reactions were scalable, allowing grams of coupled products to be obtained with a mere 2 mol% of Pd loading. The catalyst system developed allowed the large‐scale preparation of several push–pull chromophores straightforwardly. Photophysical properties based on UV–visible and fluorescence spectroscopy for these chromophores were investigated. Deep blue photoluminescence with moderate quantum efficiency and twisted intramolecular charge transfer excited state were observed for these chromophores. Density functional theory (DFT) and time‐dependent DFT calculations were performed to support the experimental results.  相似文献

Intermolecular Stetter reaction of aromatic aldehydes with (E)-(2-nitrovinyl)cyclohexane catalyzed by thiazolium A has been developed. The reaction rate and efficiency are profoundly impacted by the presence of thiourea B. The reaction affords moderate to good yields of the Stetter product. A general synthetic route was used to prepare 15 new N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC)–AgI complexes bearing anionic carboxylate ligands [Ag(NHC)(O2CR)], including a homologous series of complexes of sterically flexible ITent ligands, which permit a systematic spectroscopic and theoretical study of the structural and electronic features of these compounds. The complexes displayed a significant ligand‐accelerated effect in the intramolecular cyclisation of propargylic amides to oxazolidines. The substrate scope is highly complementary to that previously achieved by NHC–Au and pyridyl–AgI complexes.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of 1-phenyl-3-alkyl-substituted carbene precursors that were prepared from 1-phenyl substituted benzimidazole and various alkyl halides are reported. The new benzimidazolium salts (1ae) were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FT-IR spectroscopic methods and elemental analyses. New in situ generated palladium-benzimidazolium complexes were tested for catalytic activity in the Mizoroki-Heck and Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions.  相似文献

The reaction of CuCl2 with 2-amino-5-cyanopyridine and HCl in 1-propanol gave bis(2-amino-5-cyanopyridinium) diaquadichlorocopper(II) dichloride (1). Crystal data for 1 are: monoclinic, space group: P21/c, a = 8.461(3) Å, b=14.665(5) Å, c=7.883(3) Å, g =96.105(4)°, V=972.6(6) Å 3 , Z=2, Dcalc =1.645 Mg/m3, w =1.691 mm?1, F(OOO)=486, MoK f( u =0.71073 Å), R1=0.0431 for [∣I∣ S 2 σ (I)] and R1=0.0680 for all 1944 unique reflections and 130 parameters. The structure exists as square planar Cu(H2O)2Cl2 units with long semi-coordinate bonds to the cyano nitrogens of the 2-amino-5-cyanopyridinium ions. Hydrogen bonding from the water molecules and N―H hydrogens to the chloride irons stablises the lattice.  相似文献

Two Pd(II)–NHC complexes bearing benzimidazole and pyridine groups have been successfully prepared and fully characterized by NMR and X‐ray diffraction analysis. The structure of palladium complexes are a typical square‐planar with palladium surrounded by two pairs of trans‐arranged benzimidazole and carbene ligands. The Pd–NHC complexes have been proved to be a highly efficient catalyst for the Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction of aryl halides with various substituted acrylates under mild conditions in excellent yields. Herein, we report the synthesis of palladium complexes bearing an N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC)‐sulfonamide bidentate ligand and their application in ethylene oligomerization and ethylene/polar monomer cooligomerization. These catalysts could smoothly catalyze ethylene oligomerization and ethylene/methyl acrylate cooligomerization albeit the performance was lower compared to that of a NHC–phenoxide catalyst. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
