In many applications,covariates can be naturally grouped.For example,for gene expression data analysis,genes belonging to the same pathway might be viewed as a group.This paper studies variable selection problem for censored survival data in the additive hazards model when covariates are grouped.A hierarchical regularization method is proposed to simultaneously estimate parameters and select important variables at both the group level and the within-group level.For the situations in which the number of parameters tends to∞as the sample size increases,we establish an oracle property and asymptotic normality property of the proposed estimators.Numerical results indicate that the hierarchically penalized method performs better than some existing methods such as lasso,smoothly clipped absolute deviation(SCAD)and adaptive lasso. 相似文献

Global weak solutions of a strictly hyperbolic system of balance laws in one-space dimension were constructed (cf. Christoforou, 2006) via the vanishing viscosity method under the assumption that the source term g is dissipative. In this article, we establish sharp estimates on the uniformly Lipschitz semigroup 𝒫 generated by the vanishing viscosity limit in the general case which includes also nonconservative systems. Furthermore, we prove uniqueness of solutions by means of local integral estimates and show that every “viscosity solution” can be constructed as a limit of vanishing viscosity approximations. 相似文献

针对光度测量数据中难以消除的系统误差对薄膜光学参数表征精度的负面影响,提出一种新型的误差处理技术。选取薄膜光谱系数对折射率和几何厚度的一阶偏导数,对大部分测量入射角满足符号相反或只有其中一个为零的条件的波段,剔除偏导数对全部测量入射角满足符号相同或同时为零条件的奇点波长附近波段,作为反演表征用的光度测量数据采集区域,以最小化光度测量系统误差引起的薄膜光学参数反演表征值相对真实值的偏差大小。通过数值模拟实验,对比研究了该技术对不同偏振光和不同测量入射角范围的适用性及实施技巧,以可复现的数值实验数据和合理的理论解释支持和验证了这种误差处理技术的可靠性。 相似文献

It is proposed a class of statistical estimators H =(H_1,…,H_d) for the Hurst parameters H =(H_1,…,H_d) of fractional Brownian field via multi-dimensional wavelet analysis and least squares,which are asymptotically normal.These estimators can be used to detect self-similarity and long-range dependence in multi-dimensional signals,which is important in texture classification and improvement of diffusion tensor imaging(DTI) of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).Some fractional Brownian sheets will be simulated and the simulated data are used to validate these estimators.We find that when H_i ≥ 1/2,the estimators are accurate,and when H_i 1/2,there are some bias. 相似文献

The hydrolysis of trimethyltin(IV) has been studied by potentiometry (H+ -glass electrode) and calorimetry in various salt media (NaNO3, NaCl, KCl, Na2SO4, and NaNO3—NaCl mixtures). The effect of ionic strength on the hydrolysis constants is accounted for by a simple Debye–Hückel type equation and by Pitzer equations. The results allow us to obtain H for hydrolysis and the temperature dependence of the Pitzer parameters. The resulting coefficients can be used to examine the speciation of (CH3)3Sn+ in multicomponent electrolyte solutions, such as natural waters, over a wide range of temperature and ionic strength. 相似文献

Modeling the behavior of air plasma spray (APS) process, one of the challenges nowadays is to identify the parameter interdependencies,
correlations and individual effects on coating properties, characteristics and influences on the in-service properties. APS
modeling requires a global approach which considers the relationships between coating characteristics/ in-service properties
and process parameters. Such an approach permits to reduce the development costs. This is why a robust methodology is needed
to study these interrelated effects. Artificial intelligence based on fuzzy logic and artificial neural network concepts offers
the possibility to develop a global approach to predict the coating characteristics so as to reach the required operating
parameters. The model considered coating properties (porosity) and established the relationships with power process parameters
(arc current intensity, total plasma gas flow rate, hydrogen content) on the basis of artificial intelligence rules. Consequently,
the role and the effects of each power process parameter were discriminated. The specific case of the deposition of alumina–titania
