A pulse sequence producing a second stimulated echo is suggested for the compensation of relaxation and residual dipolar interaction effects in steady gradient spin echo diffusometry. Steady field gradients of considerable strength exist in the fringe field of NMR magnets, for instance. While the absolute echo time of the second stimulated echo is kept constant throughout the experiment, the interval between the first two radiofrequency pulses is augmented leading to a modulation of the amplitude of that second stimulated echo by self-diffusion only. The unique feature of this technique is that it is of a single-scan/single-echo-signal nature. That is, no reference signals neither of the same pulse sequence nor of separate experiments are needed. The new method was tested with poly(ethylene oxide) melts and proved to provide reliable data for (time dependent) self-diffusion coefficients down to the physical limit (D approximately 10(-15)m(2)/s) when flip-flop spin diffusion starts to become effective. 相似文献

We report the results of the Monte Carlo simulation of the phase diagram of fcc binary alloys using a 3-D Ising model with
nearest and next-nearest neighbour repulsive interactions. Calculations are carried out for a ratio of second- to first-neighbour
interaction energies of 0.4. The resulting phase diagram contains three superstructures A2B2, A2B and A5B, each separated by a disordered fcc phase. There was no evidence for the formation of an A3B phase. These results are in qualitative agreement with CVM results. 相似文献

A new technique for obtaining Monte Carlo algorithms based on the Markov chains with a finite number of states is suggested. Instead of the classical random walk on neighboring mesh points, a general way of constructing Monte Carlo algorithms that could be called random walk on distant mesh points is considered. It is applied to solve boundary value problems. The numerical examples indicate that the new methods are less laborious and therefore more efficient.In conclusion, we mention that all Monte Carlo algorithms are parallel and could be easily realized on parallel computers. 相似文献

Damage spreading(DS) of the random graph networks with power-law degree distributions is investigated using Glauber dynamics. Various subgraphs defined by the probability of acquaintance show distinct features in DS as measured by Hamming distance. A heuristic understanding of the long-time value of damage is achieved through an analysis of the survivor statistics. All survivors are dynamical, flipping in unison for the controlled sample and the damaged sample. The lead was selected as neutron reflector and gamma absorber, 5 polyethylene layers and 4 lead layers constituted the neutron moderator and 3% boron-doping polyethylene was selected as neutron absorber. For the yield of 3107 n/s D-T Neutron Generator, this moderation setup can provide a yield of lower than 5 eV of 5.28106 n/s, accounting for 30.8% of total neutron yield, dramatically improves the moderating efficiency. It is proved that the simulation results can satisfy the requirement of PGNAA system by preliminary experimental verification. 相似文献

In this paper, we report that the phase transformation of Ni-B, Ni-P diffusion barriers deposited electrolessly on Cu, for the reason that the Ni-P layer is a more effective diffusion barrier than the Ni-B layer. The Ni3B crystallized was decomposed to Ni and B2O3 above 400 °C and the Ni3P crystallized was decomposed to Ni and P2O5 above 600 °C respectively in Ar atmosphere. Also, the Ni3B was decomposed to Ni and free B above 400 °C and the Ni3P was decomposed to Ni and free P above 600 °C respectively in H2 atmosphere. The decomposed Ni formed a solid solution with Cu. The Cu diffusion occurred above 400 °C for Ni-B layer and above 600 °C for Ni-P layer, respectively. Because the decomposition temperature of Ni-P layer is about 200 °C higher than that of Ni-B layer, the Ni-P layer is a more effective barrier for Cu than the Ni-B layer. 相似文献

The Monte Carlo simulation is used to investigate the magnetic properties of ferromagnetic superlattices through the Ising model. The reduced critical temperatures of the ferromagnetic superlattices are studied each as a function of layer thickness for different values of exchange interaction. The exchange interaction in each layer within the interface and the crystal field in the unit cell are studied. The magnetic coercive fields and magnetization remnants are obtained for different values of exchange interaction, different values of temperature and crystal field with fixed values of physical parameters. 相似文献
