Are the pyrazolines formed from the reaction of [60]fullerene with alkyl diazoacetates unstable?

[60]Fullerene-fused pyrazolines 1 were prepared by the reaction of C₆₀ with alky diazoacetates under the solid-state high-speed vibration milling conditions as well as in toluene solution. Pyrazolines 1 were stable in refluxing toluene and its thermolysis process in 1,2-dichlorobenzene was investigated, the decomposition rates and activation energies of pyrazolines 1 were obtained. The current work demonstrated that the liquid-phase reaction of C₆₀ with alkyl diazoacetates undergoes via 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition pathway at room temperature, or proceeds via carbene mechanism at a temperature of refluxing toluene, thus clarifies the previous ambiguity of its reaction mechanism.     

Synthesis of mesoionic[1,2,3]triazolo[5,1-d][1,2,5]triazepines

Intramolecular cyclization of 1-amino-3-phenacyl-4-carbohydrazido-1,2,3-triazolium-5-olates has been shown to take place via selective interaction of the carbonyl group with the terminal amino function of the hydrazido group to form a 1,2,5-triazepine ring. Minor products, resulting from the interaction of the α-nitrogen atom of the hydrazido group with the carbonyl function, having a N-amino-pyridazine structure were also detected and isolated. A general method for the synthesis of novel mesoionic 2-amino-7-aryl-4-oxo-2,4,5,8-tetrahydro[1,2,3]triazolo[5,1-d][1,2,5]triazepin-9-ium-3-olates was developed.     

同位素稀释-气相色谱-质谱法测定白酒中23种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物

提出了同位素稀释-气相色谱-质谱法测定白酒中23种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物含量的方法。样品用正己烷-乙酸乙酯(1+1)混合液提取后,经DB-5MS毛细管色谱柱分离,采用电子轰击离子源选择离子反应监测模式进行质谱测定,同位素内标法进行定量分析。23种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的线性范围在0.2~3.0mg·L-1之间,测定下限(10S/N)在0.05~0.1mg·kg-1之间。加标回收率在73.2%~122%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.49%~11%之间。     

On the mechanism and origin of the stereoselectivity in iodo-deboronation and chloro-deboronation of hindered alkenyl boronate esters using either ICl-NaOMe or ICl-pyridine

Conversion of hindered alkenyl boronate esters into the corresponding iodoalkene, or alkenyl chloride can be carried out stereoselectively using ICl. In the presence of NaOMe, direct reaction of ICl is favoured yielding the E-iodoalkene, however, the reaction with ICl followed by NaOMe can be used to give different major alkenyl iodide and chloride products, depending upon reaction temperature, ICl source and alkenyl boronate stereoelectronics.     

Preparation of enol ester epoxides and their ring-opening to α-silyloxyaldehydes

The Z-selective ruthenium-catalyzed addition of aromatic carboxylic acids to alkynes was followed by dioxirane epoxidation to furnish enol ester epoxides with cis configuration. Upon treatment of enol ester epoxides with tert-butyldimethylsilyl triflate in the presence of 2,6-lutidine, synthetically useful α-silyloxyaldehydes were obtained. This novel transformation was facilitated by microwave irradiation.     

高效液相色谱测定肉制食品中五种邻苯二甲酸酯

建立了肉制食品中5种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂(PAEs)含量的检测方法.样品用正己烷提取,C18柱分离,柱温35.0℃,乙腈.水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,紫外检测波长226 nm.5种PAEs分离特异性好,在0.02～10μg/mL之间均具有较好的线性关系,检出限在4.4～13.8 ng/mL之间,高、中、低3水平的回收率均在79.5%～102.0%之间,相对标准偏差均在1.1%～14%之间.方法适用于肉制食品中邻苯二甲酸酯类的检测.     

Platinum‐Catalyzed Cascade Rearrangement Reaction of 1,5‐Diynyl Esters: Unusual Regioselective 1,5‐Hydride Migration

A highly regioselective sequential 1,3‐acyloxy migration/pentannulation/1,5‐hydride migration reaction is disclosed which provides an efficient access to (E)‐2‐vinyl‐3‐oxo‐1‐methyleneindenes under neutral and mild reaction conditions. The migrated hydrogen atom was derived from an unactivated alkyl group, and the long‐range 1,5‐H shift was confirmed through related deuterium experiments.     

Determination of phthalate esters from environmental water samples by micro‐solid‐phase extraction using TiO2 nanotube arrays before high‐performance liquid chromatography

We describe a highly sensitive micro‐solid‐phase extraction method for the pre‐concentration of six phthalate esters utilizing a TiO₂ nanotube array coupled to high‐performance liquid chromatography with a variable‐wavelength ultraviolet visible detector. The selected phthalate esters included dimethyl phthalate, diethyl phthalate, dibutyl phthalate, butyl benzyl phthalate, bis(2‐ethylhexyl)phthalate and dioctyl phthalate. The factors that would affect the enrichment, such as desorption solvent, sample pH, salting‐out effect, extraction time and desorption time, were optimized. Under the optimum conditions, the linear range of the proposed method was 0.3–200 μg/L. The limits of detection were 0.04–0.2 μg/L (S/N = 3). The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of six phthalate esters in water samples and satisfied spiked recoveries were achieved. These results indicated that the proposed method was appropriate for the determination of trace phthalate esters in environmental water samples.     

热解吸反压低温等离子体电离源质谱检测食品中的邻苯二甲酸酯EI北大核心CSCD

基于低温等离子体设计并实现了一套热解吸反压低温等离子体电离(TD-iLTPI)装置。TD-iLTPI装置由热解吸模块和电离源模块集成在一个π型四通管上组成,进样探针取得样品后插入热解吸模块使其气化,之后随载气进入电离区域被电离。iLTPI内部的针电极接交流电,外部的环形电极接地,电极连接方式与LTP相反。该文对热解吸反压低温等离子体电离源进行了参数的优化,并与三重四极杆质谱联用检测了12种代表性的邻苯二甲酸酯,同时考察了TD-iLTPI-MS的分析性能,并对含有邻苯二甲酸酯的实际样品进行了检测。结果表明,邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯(BBP)的标准曲线具有良好的线性相关系数(R;=0.9958),加标回收率为89.7%~116.8%,相对标准偏差为4.5%~8.2%,对邻苯二甲酸酯的检出限也远低于其他敞开式离子源。对白酒、果汁、面包、奶酪和黄油中的邻苯二甲酸酯进行了快速筛查,并定量检测了果汁中的邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯。     

Transformed steroids

The approaches to the synthesis of various 16,17-disubstituted pregna-4,9-dien-3,20-diones from the corresponding 9-derivatives with labile epoxide, dioxolane, and oxathiolane ringsD have been studied.
