天然产物退热碱和异退热碱的不对称合成进展

天然产物退热碱和异退热碱以及类似结构化合物表现出优异的抗疟疾活性,且未见产生耐药性的报道.本文综述了它们的各种不对称合成方法,评价了其优缺点,并简要介绍了其衍生物的合成.     

远达函数的可导性与远达点的存在性

该文考察Banach空间上的远达函数的可导性与远达点的存在性间的关系，指出某些Banach空间上的远达函数(对有界闭集而言)具等于1或-1的单侧方向导数蕴含远达点的存在性，并给出了Banach空间CLUR和LUR的新等价刻划．     

Derivatives of Dedekind sums and their reciprocity law

In this paper derivatives of Dedekind sums are defined, and their reciprocity laws are proved. They are obtained from values at non-positive integers of the first derivatives of Barnes’ double zeta functions. As special cases, they give finite product expressions of the Stirling modular form and the double gamma function at positive rational numbers.     

An inventory model under two levels of trade credit and limited storage space derived without derivatives

This paper tries to incorporate both Huang’s model [Y.F. Huang, Optimal retailer’s ordering policies in the EOQ model under trade credit financing, J. Oper. Res. Soc. 54 (2003) 1011–1015] and Teng’s model [J.T. Teng, On the economic order quantity under conditions of permissible delay in payments, J. Oper. Res. Soc. 53 (2002) 915–918] by considering the retailer’s storage space limited to reflect the real-life situations. That is, we want to investigate the retailer’s inventory policy under two levels of trade credit and limited storage space. Furthermore, we adopt Teng’s viewpoint [J.T. Teng, On the economic order quantity under conditions of permissible delay in payments, J. Oper. Res. Soc. 53 (2002) 915–918] that the retailer’s unit selling price and the purchasing price per unit are not necessarily equal. Then, an algebraic approach is provided and three easy-to-use theorems are developed to efficiently determine the optimal cycle time. Some previously published results of other researchers can be deduced as special cases. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate these theorems and managerial insights are drawn.     

Some Results on Evolutionary Equations Involving Functions of the Eigenvalues of the Hessian

How to design the parabolic counterpart of the nonlinear elliptic equation involving function of the eigenvalues of the Hessian is discussed and the first initial-boundary value problem for such a parabolic equation is studied.     

Automated multiple development thin-layer chromatography for separation of opiate alkaloids and derivatives

There are three types of opiate alkaloids. First, the poppy alkaloids: morphine, codeine, thebaine, noscapine and papaverine; then, the semi-synthetic and synthetic derivatives used in therapy as antitussives and analgesics, such as pholcodine, ethylmorphine and dextromethorphan; at last narcotic compounds, diacetylmorphine (heroin) and opiates employed as substitutes in treatment of addiction: buprenorphine and methadone. For classical thin-layer chromatography (TLC) of opium alkaloids, it is necessary to use complex eluents with strong alkaline substances to obtain a clean separation between morphinan and isoquinoline compounds. This study purposes the planar chromatographic analysis of these substances by the automated multiple development (AMD) compared with results obtained by classical TLC method. The aim of this work was to achieve the best separation of these opiate alkaloids and derivatives by this modern technique of planar chromatography. The AMD system provided a clean separation for each of three opiates groups studied and the best results have been obtained with universal gradient: methanol 100, methanol-dichloromethane 50/50, dichloromethane 100, dichloromethane 100, hexane 100 for opium alkaloids and with gradient A: 5% of 28% ammonia in methanol 100, acetone 100, acetone 100, ethyl acetate-dichloromethane 50/50, dichloromethane 100 for antitussives and substitutes. Two reagents were used for the detection of alkaloids by spraying: Dragendorff and iodoplatinate reagents. The detection limits with these two reagents were 1 microg for ethylmorphine, thebaine, papaverine, codeine, and 2 microg for morphine and noscapine and other alkaloids.     

偶氮胂酸型荧光试剂测定铝的研究

比较了５种新试剂及偶氮胂－Ｉ的铝铬合物的荧光性能，讨论了试剂结构与性能之间的关系。试验出７－〔（４－甲基－２－胂酸基苯）偶氮〕－８－羟基喹啉－５－磺酸为铝的优良荧光试剂，并用其测定茶叶、含茶叶饲料，以及大白鼠排泄物中的铝和水样中的铝，结果满意。     

Zur Reaktion von Derivaten des Thiosemicarbazids mit Bisimidchloriden der Oxalsäure

Summary Arylsubstituted oxalic bis-imidochlorides1 react with thiosemicarbazones of type5 as well as13 to give five-membered-ring heterocycles8,11, and16.¹³C-NMR spectroscopy, chemical methods and X-ray crystallography have been used to investigate the nature of the structures obtained. The¹³C-chemical shifts of13 and imidazolidines16 are correlated with Hammett _p constants and dual substituent parameters to evaluate the transmission of theX substitutent electronic effects via the side-chain iminyl carbon atom into the heterocyclic ring and its neighbouring phenyl groups.

     

二乙烯三胺衍生物对纤维素膜的增塑作用

用Ｎ－（２－胺基乙基）－Ｎ－正辛基－１，２－乙二胺和Ｎ－（２－胺基乙基）－Ｎ－正癸基－１，２－乙二胺增塑再生纤维素膜，并用红外光谱，差热分析以及力学性能测量研究了增塑后膜的结构与性能，实验表明，上述二种化合物对纤维素膜有良好的增塑作用，Ｎ－（２－胺基乙基）－Ｎ－正辛基－１，２－乙二胺水溶性大，和甘油增塑的情况相似，用水浸泡后，增塑效果基本丧失；而Ｎ－（２－胺基乙基）－正癸基－１，２－乙二胺用水浸包     

STUDIES OF THE INITIATION MECHANISM OF VINYL POLYMERIZATION WITH THE SYSTEM PERSULFATE/N-ALKYL SUBSTITUTED ETHYLENEDIAMINE DERIVATIVES

Effects of N-alkyi substituted ethylenediamine derivatives on vinyl polymerization using persulfate as initiator were studied. The apparent kinetic equations and overall activation energies of acrylamide polymerization were determined using the above mentioned system as initiator. The promoting activities of different diamine derivatives on vinyl polymerization are in the order of tertiary diamine>secondary diamine>primary diamine. Diamines having methyl groups as the substituent on their nitrogen atom possess higher promoting activity than that of having larger alkyl groups. The initial free radicals produced through the redox reaction of persuifate and diamines were studied by spin strapping technique and ESR spectroscopy. The results obtained confirm the fact that the initial free radicals of the diamine species can initiate vinyl polymerization and become the amino end group of the resulting polymers.
