2-亚甲基-1,3-二氧己烷衍生物的合成及自由基开环聚合

本文报道了四种2-亚甲基-1,3-二氧己烷类单体:4-甲基-2-亚甲基-1,3-二氧己烷(Ⅱ)、4,6-二甲基-2-亚甲基-1,3-二氧己烷(Ⅳ)、5,5-二甲基-2-亚甲基-1,3-二氧己烷(Ⅵ)和5,5-二乙基-2-亚甲基-1,3-二氧己烷(V Ⅲ)的合成以及自由基开环聚合。结果表明,上述单体在聚合过程中出现异构化开环现象。Ⅲ和Ⅳ的甲基位置在环上氧原子的α-碳原子上时,显示对异构化反应的影响比Ⅵ及Ⅷ的甲基和乙基在β-碳原子上时更显著。上述现象与异构化开环形成仲碳自由基中间体的倾向更大有关。 Ⅳ在苯溶液中及过氧化二叔丁基存在下,120℃反应,得到全部是聚-δ-戊内酯骨架结构的聚合物。提出了一种合成聚-δ-戊内酯类链结构的聚酯的新的途径和方法。     

Wiener distributions and white noise analysis

The paper describes the structure of a new space of generalized Wiener functionals, , called the Wiener algebra, or space of Wiener distributions, and demonstrates its use in the white noise analysis. The concepts of derivatives and integrals for multi-time parameter generalized stochastic process:^N are introduced, and a derivative version of Itô's lemma is proved. The algebraic structure of and its lattice of subspaces is elaborated, and within this framework a generalized version of the Malliavin calculus is presented.     

四唑及其衍生物的理论研究（6）

对7个肼基四唑衍生物进行了HF／6－31G水平的几何构型全优化及MP2／6－31G／／HF／6－31G水平的总能量计算．结果表明，四唑环基本上取平面构型，肼基不与环共面．键长与重叠布居之间不存在平行关系．环上N1和N4原子荷负电多、利于质子化．1H．肼基四唑的HOMO－LUMO能级差（△E）较2H式的大，中性分子的△E教相应的负离子的大．还计算研究了7个标题物的红外光谱并由此求得了它们的热力学性质．

Fluoridolysis of Diphosphoryl Compounds The behaviour of diphosphoryl compounds [X₂(O)P]₂Y in fluoridolysis reactions is decisively determined by the nature of the bridging group Y. In the cases of Y = NH and CH₂ and X = Cl [F₂P(O)]₂N^? and [F₂P(O)]₂CH₂ are obtained quantitatively. For Y = NPh, O, and CH₂ the formation of phosphorylated pentafluorophosphates [F₅P? Y? POX₂]^? is observed. Amido and ester derivatives containing fluorine (see table 2) are obtained from the corresponding chloro compounds by Cl/F exchange. Fluoridolysis of the azadiphosphetidine 19 results in the formation of acyclic 19 a .     

抗癌新药德氮吡格及其衍生物的定量构效关系

按氢分类的分子电性距离矢量（Hydrogen-association classified molecular electronegafivity-distance vector,H-MEDV）是由4种类型原子间的相互作用得到的一种描述分子二维结构的拓扑描述子.本文根据H-MEDV来研究创新构型抗肿瘤药物德氮吡格（TNBG）及其衍生物活性与其结构之间的关系,利用多元线性回归和逐步回归,建立的4变量模型的相关系数R=0.862.对筛选后建立的模型用留一法交互检验的结果为Rcv=0.713,结果表明模型具有较好的预测能力和稳定性.

Abstract

Es werden drei neue Beispiele zu Photoreaktionen von Aroyl-diphenylphosphinen beschrieben, die sowohl unter α-Spaltung als auch 1.2-Sauerstoff-Transfer aus der Carbonylgruppe auf den Phosphor verlaufen. Beide Reaktionen finden auch im Massenspektrometer statt.

Three new examples to photoreactions of aroyl diphenyl phosphines which undergo α-cleavage as well as 1.2-oxygen transfer from the carbonyl group onto the phosphorous atom are described. Both reactions also occur in the mass spectrometer.

The concept of local cone approximations, introduced in recent years by Ester and Thierfelder, is a powerful tool for establishing optimality conditions. In this paper we show how to use it for obtaining sufficient optimality conditions in nondifferentiable optimization     

Studies on Quinazolines. Part I. Annelation to the Quinazoline Ring Utilizing Amino Acid Esters

The reaction of quinazoline-4(3H)-thiones 2a-d with amino acid ester hydrochlorides in boiling solvents, under the basic catalysis, afforded the corresponding substitution products (3-6)a-e in low yield. The reaction could be improved by carrying it without a solvent yielding imidazo[1,2-c]- and pyrimido[1,2-c]quinazolines (7-10)a-e . The antibacterial and antifungal activities of the prepared compounds were tested.     

One-Pot Synthesis of Thiazoles from Pyridazin-3-hydrazidic Acid Derivatives

Several new thiazole derivatives have been synthesized; the reactivity of these compounds toward amines, aldehydes, and hydroxyl amine are reported. New syntheses of pyrimidino[5,4:3,4]pyrazolo[4,3:5,6]pyridazine derivatives also have been achieved.
