Multi-resonance thermally activated delayed fluorescence (MR-TADF) materials are considered a class of organic materials with exceptional electronic and optical properties, which make them promising for the applications in organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). In this study, we improved, synthesized, and characterized a multiple-resonance type emitter based on the assembly of MR-building blocks (MR-BBs). By optimizing the geometric arrangement of MR-BBs, we were able to generate narrowband emission in the longer wavelength region and shorten the delayed excited-state lifetime, resulting in improved emission efficiency compared to the parent molecule. Our proof-of-concept molecule, m-DBCz, exhibited narrowband yellowish-green TADF emission with a full width at half-maximum of 32 nm and a small singlet-triplet energy gap of 0.04 eV. The OLED developed using m-DBCz as the emitter demonstrated electroluminescence at 548 nm and achieved a high external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 34.9 %. Further optimization of the device resulted in a high external quantum efficiency of 36.3 % and extremely low efficiency roll-off, with EQE values of 30.1 % and 27.7 % obtained even at high luminance levels of 50 000 and 100 000 cd m−2. These results demonstrate the full potential of MR-TADF materials for applications on ultrahigh-luminance OLEDs.  相似文献

A delayed crosslinking system employed with hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM) and chromium acetate was developed for high profile control in low-temperature reservoirs. The crosslinking system formed strong gel at polymer concentration range of 3000–5000 mg/L, and the gelation time was delayed to 8–30 days, which offered the crosslinking system enough time to flow into deep water-producing zones and plug large pore paths, forcing follow-up fluids to enter low-permeability layer and reduce disproportionate permeability. The effect of polymer hydrolysis degree, polymer concentration, pH, and crosslinker concentration on delaying gelation time was evaluated using bottle testing. Meanwhile, sand-packed tube displacement experiments revealed the plugging performance of delayed crosslinking system. According to Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis, as well as crosslinking mechanism between polymer and chromium acetate, the delayed mechanism of crosslinked system demonstrated that due to stronger affinity of acetate complexes as a ligand, its substitution in situ by carboxylate group of polyacrylamide slowed down the initial rate-determining step of crosslinking reaction.  相似文献

Peroxide-cross-linked EPM and EPDM rubbers have been investigated with magic-angle spinning 1H NMR spectroscopy and static 1H NMR relaxometry. The results yield a consistent nanoscale picture of the chemical and physical network properties in terms of chemical cross-links formed via macro-radical combination, chemical cross-links formed via addition to the double bonds, and physical cross-links resulting from chain entanglements.  相似文献

Three different techniques have been applied to the evaluation of the degree of cross-linking of superabsorbent cellulose-based hydrogels obtained from water solutions of carboxymethylcellulose sodium salt (CMCNa) and hydroxyethylcellulose (HEC), chemically cross-linked with divinyl sulfone. These polyelectrolyte hydrogels are biodegradable and have the same sorption capacity as acrylate-based superabsorbents on the market. A 13C solid state NMR analysis was carried out on dry samples of hydrogel to obtain the degree of cross-linking, an important parameter that affects the swelling and mechanical properties of a hydrogel. Dynamic mechanical analysis was performed during the hydrogel cross-linking using a parallel plate rheometer under oscillatory deformations in order to monitor the evolution of the hydrogel viscoelastic properties during the synthesis. The value of |G*| and the slope of the stress-deformation ratio plots from uniaxial compression tests were used to evaluate the elastically effective degree of cross-linking according to classical rubber elasticity theory. Moreover, a dynamic mechanical analysis was carried out on cross-linked hydrogels at different degrees of swelling in order to investigate the influence of the swelling on the mechanical properties and the application of rubber elasticity theory to swollen hydrogels.  相似文献

延迟击穿器件(DBD)是一种新型半导体开关。研究了国产PIN二极管的延迟击穿效应,主要进行了单管、串联双管和串并联多管阵列PIN二极管器件的延迟击穿实验。实验结果显示,单管、双管和多管阵列PIN器件都可以陡化输入脉冲前沿,获得快前沿的输出脉冲。单管工作电压2.2 kV,脉冲前沿陡度由095 kV/ns提高到1.37 kV/ns;双管工作电压4.2 kV,脉冲前沿陡度由1.7 kV/ns提高到2.3 kV/ns;多管阵列工作电压8.0 kV,脉冲前沿陡度由2.4 kV/ns提高到3.2 kV/ns。  相似文献

外源水杨酸在影响植物活性氧代谢以及光合作用等方面起着重要作用.该文以野生型拟南芥和胁迫条件下内源水杨酸含量较高的cpr5突变体和内源水杨酸含量较低的eds-4突变体为材料,采用光谱分析和延迟荧光检测分析手段,研究了不同浓度的外源水杨酸对三种拟南芥离体叶片光合能力的影响,实验发现100和300 μmol·L-1较低浓度的外源水杨酸对野生型拟南芥离体叶片,eds-4叶片的光合作用都有一定的促进作用,而对cpr5叶片的光合会产生抑制,形成一种胁迫.500μmol·L-1较高浓度的外源水杨酸对三种拟南芥离体叶片均形成了一种胁迫,进而阻抑和降低了叶片的光合效能.DCF(dichloro fluorescein)标记活性氧检测了外源水杨酸作用下叶片活性氧产生量的变化,发现在500μmol·L-1外源水杨酸作用下60min内叶片组织中活性氧产生了明显的积累.  相似文献

The composite of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) with carbon black (CB) and inorganic flame retardant (aluminum hydroxide, Al(OH)3) was prepared by melt-blending method. The effect of cross-linking on the stability of positive temperature coefficient (PTC) of composite and the elimination of negative temperature coefficient (NTC) of composite were investigated. LLDPE was chemically cross-linking with different contents of initiator (dicumyl peroxide, DCP). The cross-linking effects of composite were analyzed by gel content analysis, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). By the effect of DCP, not only the composite appeared a high PTC intensity, but also the NTC effect of composite was eliminated. In this investigation, the optimum PTC intensity of composite reached 5.87 orders of magnitude for the composition of LLD0.l0C33.7A28, and the PTC transitional temperature of composite decreased with increasing of DCP content. In addition, the good reproducibility of composites was proved by thermal cycling, and successfully passed the test of over-voltage resistance.  相似文献
