为了提高海藻酸钠(SA)纤维的断裂强度和断裂伸长率,以丙烯酸(AA)为化学交联组分,SA为离子交联组分,聚乙烯醇(PVA)为微晶交联组分,采用湿法纺丝和冻融循环方法制备含有PVA微晶交联点和海藻酸钠/聚丙烯酸(SA/PAA)双网络结构的海藻酸钠/聚丙烯酸/聚乙烯醇(SA/PAA/PVA)复合纤维。通过流变性能、力学性能、红外光谱、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试研究了交联剂N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)含量和PVA微晶交联对SA/PAA/PVA纺丝原液和复合纤维的结构与性能的影响。结果表明,当MBA质量分数为0. 5%时,纺丝原液的损耗模量(G″)最小,可纺性最好,复合纤维的断裂强度达到2. 83 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率达到9. 38%,比再生SA纤维分别提高了15. 98%和38. 96%; PVA冷冻之后形成微晶交联点并且PAA和PVA已经复合到体系中; PAA和PVA的加入提高了复合纤维的结晶度;复合纤维的表面形貌趋于光滑和规整,纤维断面更加致密。  相似文献

A colorless and high temperature resistant fluorinated polyimide (PI) film based on a novel cross-linkable diamine monomer 4,4′-diamino-4″-(2,3,5,6-tetrafluoro-4-ethylenephenoxy) triphenylmethane (DFPTM) was successfully prepared. The special triphenylmethane backbone and the bulky tetrafluorostyrol pendant group in DFPTM gave the PI material eximious solubility in organic solvents, high tensile properties, good thermal stability, and excellent optical transparency (cutoff wavelength for 331 nm and light transmittance above 94% at 450 nm). Furthermore, the styryl could initiate self-crosslinking reaction to form a dense three-dimensional network structure by thermal curing. Hence, the cross-linked PI film showed superior combination property (including excellent resistance to solvents). It's Tg increased by 57.1–306.0°C, the 5% thermal weight-loss temperature improved by 10.2% to 500.0°C, and the tensile strength enhanced by 17.5% to 39.7 MPa. Moreover, after thermal curing, the cross-linked PI attained a lower elongation at break from 8.1 to 3.9%, and the thermal expansion coefficient reduced from 82.2 to 68.8 ppm/°C without obvious loss of optical transparency (cutoff wavelength for 347 nm and light transmittance remained 93.0% at 450 nm).  相似文献

Hydrogels are promising candidates for recapitulation of the native extracellular matrix (ECM), yet recreating molecular and spatiotemporal complexity within a single network remains a challenge. Double network (DN) hydrogels are a promising step towards recapitulating the multicomponent ECM and have enhanced mechanical properties. Here, we investigate DNs based on dynamic covalent and covalent bonds to mimic the dynamicity of the ECM and enable biofabrication. We also investigate the spatiotemporal molecular attachment of a bioactive adhesive peptide within the networks. Using oxidized alginate (dynamic network, Schiff base) and polyethylene glycol diacrylate (static network, acrylate polymerization) we find an optimized procedure, where the dynamic network is formed first, followed by the static network. This initial dynamically cross-linked hydrogel imparts self-healing, injectability, and 3D printability, while the subsequent DN hydrogel improves the stability of the 3D gels and imparts toughness. Rheology and compression testing show that the toughening is due to the combination of energy dissipation (dynamic network) and elasticity (static network). Furthermore, where we place adhesive sites in the network matters; we find distinct differences when an adhesive peptide, Arg-Gly-Asp (RGD), is attached to the different networks. This DN strategy bring us closer to understanding and recreating the complex multicomponent ECM—pushing us past a materials view of cell adhesion—while enabling injectabiltiy and printing of tough hydrogels.  相似文献

Sorption recovery of toxic ions – chromium (VI) and manganese (II) – from aqueous solutions with different acidity (0.001–0.5 M HCl) was investigated on cation and anion exchangers synthesized with long-chained cross-linking agents (LCA). The initial concentrations of Cr(VI) and Mn(II) were 1 g/L and 5 g/L, respectively. It was shown that the resins with LCA possess high ionic permeability due to the elasticity of polymeric skeleton. High selectivity and good kinetic properties of these sorbents allowed to achieve quantitative (∼100%) recovery and separation of manganese (II) and chromium (VI) in counter-current columns, which results in the complete purification of solutions from toxicants (below the maximum permissible limits), whereas the valuable components (chromium and manganese) can be returned back to industrial process.  相似文献

New chiral polysiloxanes have been prepared as stationary phases for gas chromatography, with (S)-(–)-t-leucine-t-butylamide, (S)-(–)-t-leucine-(S)-(–)-1-phenylethylamide, (S)-(–)-t-leucine-(S)-(–)-1-(α-naphthyl)ethylamide, (S)-(–)-t-leucine-(R)-( + )-1-phenylethylamide, and (S)-(–)-t-leucine-(R)-( + )-1-(α-naphthyl)ethylamide as selectors. Immobilization is achieved by radical-induced cross-linking with 1,3,5,7-tetravinyl-1,3,5,7-tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane (V4) and dicumyl peroxide (DCUP) as cross-linking reagents and cured at 170°C. Under these conditions, racemization of (S)-(–)-t-leucine is less than 4.5% (R) for 1 h curing, while for polysiloxanes with the conventional (S)-(–)-valine selectors about 20% of R-enantiomers are formed by racemization. In the presence of 5% (w/w) V4 and 6% of DCUP with regard to the phases, 70–80% immobilization is achieved; without V4, the degree of immobilization is about 50% for both the (S)-(–)-t-leucine and (S)-(–)-valine selectors. As the size of the amide moieties of the selectors increases from t-butyl to 1-(α-naphthyl)ethyl, the degree of immobilization decreases. If the curing time is prolonged to 2 h, the extent of racemization increases. The selectivity factors achieved for amino acid enantiomers and similar pharmaceuticals are generally higher than those obtained with the corresponding non-immobilized Chirasil-Val phases.  相似文献

Most photoinduced DNA cross‐link formation by a bifunctional aryl derivative is through a bisquinone methide. DNA cross‐linking via a bisarylcarbocation remains a less explored area. We designed and synthesized a series of naphthalene boronates that produce DNA interstrand cross‐links via a carbocation upon UV irradiation. A free radical was generated from the naphthalene boronates with 350 nm irradiation and further converted to a carbocation by electron transfer. The activation mechanism was determined using the orthogonal traps, 2,2,6,6‐tetramethylpiperidin‐1‐oxyl (TEMPO) and methoxyamine that react with either the free radical or the carbocation but not both. This represents a novel example of photoinduced DNA cross‐link formation via carbocations generated from a bisaryl derivative. This work provides information useful for the design of novel photoactivated DNA cross‐linking agents.  相似文献

This paper introduces a mathematical model representing the biochemical interactions between insulin signaling and Parkinson’s disease. The model can be used to examine the changes that occur over the course of the disease as well as identify which processes would be the most effective targets for treatment. The model is mathematized using biochemical systems theory (BST). It incorporates a treatment strategy that includes several experimental drugs along with current treatments. In the past, BST models of neurodegeneration have used power law analysis and simulation (PLAS) to model the system. This paper recommends the use of MATLAB instead. MATLAB allows for more flexibility in both the model itself and in data analysis. Previous BST analyses of neurodegeneration began treatment at disease onset. As shown in this model, the outcomes of delayed, realistic treatment and full treatment at disease onset are significantly different. The delayed treatment strategy is an important development in BST modeling of neurodegeneration. It emphasizes the importance of early diagnosis, and allows for a more accurate representation of disease and treatment interactions.  相似文献

The dielectric properties of a series of pure atelocollagen samples and of atelocollagen-based hydrogels long-range cross-linked with bifunctional poly(?-caprolactone) derivative, or further short-range cross-linked by UV irradiation, were discussed in relation to the cross-linking method, composition, and hierarchical assembly.
