Stereocontrol in radical polymerization

The stereospecific radical polymerization of vinyl esters, methacrylates, and alpha-substituted acrylates was studied. Fluoroalcohols, as a solvent, have remarkable effects on the stereoregularity of the radical polymerizations of vinyl acetate, vinyl pivalate, and vinyl benzoate, affording polymers rich in syndiotacticity, heterotacticity, and isotacticity, respectively. This method was successfully applied to the polymerization of methacrylates to give syndiotactic polymers. The steric repulsion between the entering monomer and the chain-end monomeric unit bound by the solvent through hydrogen bonding is important for the stereochemical control in these systems. Lewis acid catalysts, such as lanthanide trifluoromethanesulfonates and zinc salts, were also effective for the stereocontrol during the radical polymerization of methyl methacrylate, to reduce the syndiotacticity and alpha-(alkoxymethyl)acrylates to synthesize isotactic and syndiotactic polymers. Radical polymerization of the methacrylates bearing a bulky ester group, such as the triphenylmethyl methacrylate derivatives, gave highly isotactic polymers, as in the case of anionic polymerization. In addition, the control of one-handed helical conformation was attained in the radical polymerization of 1-phenyldibenzosuberyl methacrylate using chiral neomenthanethiol or cobalt(II) complexes as an additive.     

PtCl^2^—6接着PVP修饰电极及其对Fe^2^＋的催化氧化

研究了ＰｔＣｌ＾２＾－６接着ＰＶＰ修饰电极及其催化动力学，用循环伏安法考察了电极的电化学性质，结果表明在酸性溶液中对Ｆｅ＾２＾＋的氧化有显著的催化作用。采用旋转圆盘电极法，极化曲线法等就电极对Ｆｅ＾２＾＋氧化催化过程的控制步骤及有关动力学参数进行了测定。     

Triterpene glycosides from Kalopanax septemlobum. VII. Minor glycosides from stems of Kalopanax septemlobum var. maximowiczii and Kalopanax septemlobum var. typicum

Sixteen triterpene glycosides, three of which were new, hederagenin 28-O-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl ester and 28-O-β-D-gentiobiosyl ester and oleanolic acid 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside, were isolated from stem bark of Kalopanax septemlobum. 高效液相色谱检测反－2－苯基－邻－硝基肉桂酸

初探了反－２－苯基－邻－硝基肉桂酸（ＰＮＣＡ）的高效液相色谱分离，优选出了最佳分离条件。所建立的方法简单、快速，适用于工业生产中的控制及分析。     

杉木针叶磷脂酰甘油脂肪酸组成分析

用改进的DEAE阴离子交换柱色谱法和硅胶薄层色谱法分离制备杉木针叶磷脂酸甘油，用气相色谱法测定了它的脂肪酸组成。分析结果表明，抗寒性强的杉木品种的针叶磷脂酰甘油脂肪酸的（18:1＋18:2＋18:3）／[16:0＋16:1（3t）]比值比不抗寒品种的高。     

零电流示波电位滴定法测定3，5－二羟基苯甲酸

本文报道了利用溴酸盐法零电流示波电位滴定法直接和间接滴定３，５－二羟基苯甲酸的含量。操作简便，终点指示明显，测定结果良好。     

Heterocyclic analogs of pleiadiene. 70. Synthesis of 6-hydroxy-1,3-diazapyrenes

The regioselectivity of the reactions of perimidine with cinnamic acids in polyphosphoric acid (PPA) depends on the P₂O₅ content. Procedures were developed for the synthesis of 4(9)- and 6(7)-cinnamoylperimidines. Cyclization of the latter under the action of an excess of AlBr₃ was accompanied by dearylation to form 6-hydroxy-1,3-diazapyrene.     

Selective oxidation of isobutane over Mo-V-Te mixed oxide catalysts with different tellurium contents

A series of MoV_0.3Te_x (x = 0−0.3) mixed oxides were prepared and investigated for the selective oxidation of isobutane. Among them, MoV_0.3Te_0.23 showed the best methacrolein and methacrylic acid selectivity (as high as 17% and 16%, respectively), and the yield to methacrolein and methacrylic acid reached 3.6% and 3.5%, respectively, at 21.3% isobutane conversion at 440°C.     

Preparation and Characterization of a Lignin Modified Electrode

Alkali lignin undergoes strong adsorption on polycrystalline gold electrodes. Subsequent oxidation in a sulfuric acid solution leads to a restructured redox‐active polymer that shows features characteristic for surface confined species. Surface coverage of up to 4.40×10^?10 mol cm^?2 may be obtained depending on the adsorption time or lignin concentration in the adsorption solution. Using Laviron's approach the electron‐transfer rate constant and the transfer coefficient were found to be 8.9 s^?1 and 0.35, respectively. The formal potential of the redox couple shifted negatively with pH at a rate of ca. 60 mV/pH unit, suggesting a 2 e/2 H⁺ reaction. The redox couple was also found to be a good mediator for electrochemical ascorbic acid oxidation in neutral phosphate buffer with ca. 250 mV reduction of the oxidation overpotential.     

Are the pyrazolines formed from the reaction of [60]fullerene with alkyl diazoacetates unstable?

[60]Fullerene-fused pyrazolines 1 were prepared by the reaction of C₆₀ with alky diazoacetates under the solid-state high-speed vibration milling conditions as well as in toluene solution. Pyrazolines 1 were stable in refluxing toluene and its thermolysis process in 1,2-dichlorobenzene was investigated, the decomposition rates and activation energies of pyrazolines 1 were obtained. The current work demonstrated that the liquid-phase reaction of C₆₀ with alkyl diazoacetates undergoes via 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition pathway at room temperature, or proceeds via carbene mechanism at a temperature of refluxing toluene, thus clarifies the previous ambiguity of its reaction mechanism.
