Heating 6,8-dimethylpyrimido[4,5-c]pyridazine-5,7(6H,8H)-dione N(2)-oxide (2) with piperidine or morpholine gave a moderate yield of 3-piperidino- and 3-morpholino-6,8-dimethylpyrimido[4,5-c]pyridazine-5,7(6H,8H)-diones (3a,b). Reaction of N-oxide (2) with ammonia and alkylamines in the presence of an oxidant led to formation of the 3-amino derivatives of 2 and the corresponding desoxy products 3. The latter were also obtained by an independent method by heating 3-chloro-6,8-dimethylpyrimido[4,5-c]pyridazine-5,7(6H,8H)-dione with alkylamines in butanol. 相似文献

Asymmetric 1,4‐conjugation addition of dialkylzinc (diethylzinc and dimethylzinc) to cyclic enones, chalcone and nitroalkenes was achieved by a 25 mol% (R)‐6,6′‐Br2‐BINOL( 1f ), 25 mol% CuSPh and 100 mol% dicyclohexylmethylamin(Cy2NMe) catalyst system. The Cu(I) catalyst system enables the cyclic enone, chalcone and nitroalkene generality with high enantioselectivity (up to 84% ee) and isolated yield (up to 94%) under mild reaction conditions. The first highly efficient and stereoselective difluoromethylation of structurally diverse N‐tert‐butylsulfinyl ketimines has been achieved with an in situ generated PhSO2CF2? anion, which provides a powerful synthetic method for the preparation of a variety of structurally diverse homochiral α‐difluoromethyl tertiary carbinamines, including α‐difluoromethyl allylic amines and α‐difluoromethyl propargylamines. The stereocontrol mode of the present diastereoselective difluoromethylation of ketimines was found to be different from that of other known fluoroalkylations of N‐tert‐butylsulfinyl aldimines, which suggests that a cyclic six‐membered transition state may be involved in the reaction. 相似文献

The UV‐dissipative mechanisms of the eumelanin building block 5,6‐dihydroxyindole‐2‐carboxylic acid (DHICA) and the 4,7‐dideutero derivative (DHICA‐d2) in buffered H2O or D2O have been characterized by using ultrafast time‐resolved fluorescence spectroscopy. Excitation of the carboxylate anion form, the dominating state at neutral pH, leads to dual fluorescence. The band peaking at λ=378 nm is caused by emission from the excited initial geometry. The second band around λ=450 nm is owed to a complex formed between the mono‐anion and specific buffer components. In the absence of complex formation, the mono‐anion solely decays non‐radiatively or by emission with a lifetime of about 2.1 ns. Excitation of the neutral carboxylic acid state, which dominates at acidic pH, leads to a weak emission around λ=427 nm with a short lifetime of 240 ps. This emission originates from the zwitterionic state, formed upon excitation of the neutral state by sub‐ps excited‐state intramolecular proton transfer (ESIPT) between the carboxylic acid group and the indole nitrogen. Future studies will unravel whether this also occurs in larger building blocks and ESIPT is a built‐in photoprotective mechanism in epidermal eumelanin. 相似文献
