Tuning for the first 9-cell TESLA cavity of PKU

A method based on circuit model is used to tune the first home-made 9-cell TESLA type superconducting niobium cavity at Peking University.After tuning,a flat field profile with a final π-mode frequency within 3 kHz of target frequency is achieved.The field flatness is measured by a bead-pull method,and the relative electric field is calculated from the frequency shift perturbed by the bead stepping along the axis of the cavity.     

Top pair production in the littlest Higgs model with T-parity

In the framework of the littlest Higgs model with T-parity,we study the top pair production at the next generation colliders like LHC and ILC.We find that the order O(αs) corrections to the standard model top pair production cross section at LHC can be very small and the magnitude is below 1%.However,the magnitude of corrections to the standard model top pair production rate at ILC may be over 5% for reasonable values'of the parameters.Besides this,the corrections to the asymmetry ALR(tt) may be more sizable. Therefore,the top pair production at ILC may serve as a probe of the littlest Higgs model with T-parity,especially the asymmetry ALR(tt).     

Study on autonomous navigation based on pulsar timing model

The basic principle of pulsar timing model was introduced, and the general relativistic corrections were analyzed when pulse time of arrival (TOA) was transferred to coordinate TOA at the Solar System Barycentre. Based on the shifting, an iterative method of autonomous position determination for spacecraft was developed. Accordingly, the linear form of the position offset equation was evolved. Using the initial estimated value of spacecraft’s position as the input of pulsar timing equation, through calculation of the offset between measured or transferred and predicted TOA, the position offset can be solved by Least Squares. At last, the main error sources including modeling error and parameters error were discussed. 大学、企业研发与区域创新的空间统计与计量分析

利用空间统计的Moran指数和空间计量经济学的空间误差模型和空间滞后模型,对2000年中国大陆31个省域的创新产出与大学与企业的关系进行了空间计量经济分析。结果发现:31个省域创新能力贡献主要是由企业研究与开发投入实现,大学研发对区域创新能力没有明显的作用,大学与企业研发的结合也没有对区域创新产生明显贡献。     

Geometric Phase in a Time-Dependent A-Type Jaynes-Cummings Model

By using the Lewis-Riesenfeld invariant theory, we have studied the dynamical and the geometric phases in a generalized time-dependent A-type Jaynes Cummings model. We lind that, compared with the dynamical phases, the geometric phases in a cycle case are independent of the frequency of the photon field, the coupling coefficient between photons and atoms, and the atom transition frequency. It is pointed out that the geometric phases in a cycle ease can be measured under the case of a stronger time-dependent photon field and a stronger coupling photon-atom system. On the other hand, the geometric phases of the model may be measured in the composition of cold atoms.     

On realistic terrains

We study worst-case complexities of visibility and distance structures on terrains under realistic assumptions on edge length ratios and the angles of the triangles, and a more general low-density assumption. We show that the visibility map of a point for a realistic terrain with n triangles has complexity . We also prove that the shortest path between two points p and q on a realistic terrain passes through triangles, and that the bisector of p and q has complexity . We use these results to show that the shortest path map for any point on a realistic terrain has complexity , and that the Voronoi diagram for any set of m points on a realistic terrain has complexity and . Our results immediately imply more efficient algorithms for computing the various structures on realistic terrains.     

Generating functions of multi-symplectic RK methods via DW Hamilton–Jacobi equations

The De Donder–Weyl (DW) Hamilton–Jacobi equation is investigated in this paper, and the connection between the DW Hamilton–Jacobi equation and multi-symplectic Hamiltonian system is established. Based on the DW Hamilton–Jacobi theory, generating functions for multi-symplectic Runge–Kutta (RK) methods and partitioned Runge–Kutta (PRK) methods are presented. Separation of PCR-ready DNA from dairy products using magnetic hydrophilic microspheres and poly(ethylene glycol)-NaCl water solutions

Carboxyl group-containing magnetic nonporous poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate-co-glycidyl methacrylate) (P(HEMA-co-GMA)) and magnetic glass microspheres were used for the isolation of bacterial DNA. P(HEMA-co-GMA) microspheres were prepared by the dispersion polymerization in toluene/2-methylpropan-1-ol mixture in the presence of magnetite nanoparticles obtained by coprecipitation of Fe(II) and Fe(III) salts with ammonium hydroxide. Carboxyl groups were then introduced by oxidation of the microspheres with potassium permanganate. The most extensive DNA recovery was achieved at PEG 6000 concentrations of 12% or 16% and 2 M NaCl. The method proposed was used for bacterial DNA isolation from different dairy products containing Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus cells. The presence of target DNA and the quality of isolated DNA were checked by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification with specific primers.     

非时齐扩散模型中时变参数的局部线性估计

本文主要研究非时齐扩散模型中时变的漂移参数和扩散参数的局部线性估计。基于非时齐扩散模型的离散观测样本,首先得到了漂移参数的局部线性估计及其标准误差。然后,考虑到扩散参数的非负性,本文利用局部对数线性拟合的方法得到了扩散参数的核函数加权估计,并讨论了扩散项估计的渐近偏差、渐近方差和渐近正态性。最后,通过模拟研究表明所得局部估计有很好的拟合效果。
