Novel heterocyclic poly(arylene ether ketone)s: Synthesis and polymerization of 4‐(4′‐hydroxyaryl)(2H)phthalazin‐1‐ones with methyl groups

Based on green chemistry, a simple and efficient direct synthesis of 4‐(4′‐hydroxyaryl)(2H)phthalazin‐1‐ones ( 2a–2f ) was developed in a two‐step reaction, in which the Friedel–Crafts acylation reaction of six phenols with phthalic anhydride was initially carried out and then followed by cyclization with hydrazine hydrate in good to excellent yields with high regioselectivity. A number of novel heterocyclic poly(arylene ether ketone)s were prepared conveniently from several unsymmetrical, twist, and noncoplanar phthalazinone‐containing monomers ( 2a–2f ) and an activated difluoro monomer via a N? C coupling reaction. It was very interesting that the obtained monomers and polymers exhibited diverse properties with the variation of the number and location of the substituted methyl groups. All these polymers had a high molecular weight with M_n and η_inh in the range of 44,960–169,000 Da and 0.38–0.79 dL/g, respectively. Actually, the obtained polymers displayed excellent thermal properties with T_g's ranging from 222 to 248 °C and 5% weight loss temperatures in nitrogen higher than 430 °C. Moreover, these polymers were readily soluble in common organic solvents, such as N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone, chloroform, pyridine, and m‐cresol, and could be cast into flexible and colorless or nearly colorless films by spin‐coating or casting processes. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. An unexpected product from attempted reductive etherification of a silyl alcohol with an aldehyde

Reductive etherification, using BiBr₃/Et₃SiH, between two modified amino acids, one with a silyl alcohol side chain and one with an aldehyde side chain, gave, not the desired bis-amino acid, but a tetrahydrooxazine, in good yield.     

携带叠氮和氨侧基的脂肪族聚酯的合成和表征

通过丙交酯(LA)与环状碳酸酯单体共聚的方法制备了一种侧链带有溴原子的脂肪族聚酯, 并将溴原子用叠氮基团取代, 通过Cu(Ⅰ)催化的Click反应将其氨基化, 得到了侧链带有氨基的脂肪族聚酯.     

3-甲基-4-氨基-5-亚硝基尿嘧啶电化学还原反应

我们曾对4-氨基-5-亚硝基尿嘧啶系列物在高超电势下的还原机理做过一些研究^[1,2]。在低超电势下的还原机理尚未见报道。本工作用伏安法及恒电流阶跃法探讨了酸性介质中,3-甲基-4-氨基-5-亚硝基尿嘧啶(简写为3-MU)在低超电势范围内的还原历程。     

s-BLM修饰电极对组胺电化学传感行为的研究

The electrochemical biosensor properties of the molecular devices based on solid supported bilayer lipid membranes were investigated. The results showed that the system embedded with antihistaminic agent had strong response for the histamine. The response currents for the histamine will rise following the increasing concentrations of the histamine,as a result of the special opposing effect between histamine and antihistamine. Near the normal physiological condition（pH=7. 5）,a good linearity occurred for the current response against histamine concentration ranging from 3. 0 to 60. 0 μg / L,and the relation coefficient R is 0. 9878. All the experiments mentioned above showed good sensitivity,selectivity and stability. This system can measure the concentration of histamine under -200 mV by voltammetry and be expected to form the electrochemical biosensor with high stability and low detection limit.     

十二烷基磺基甜菜碱与铂电极支撑的磷脂双层膜作用的电化学研究

以铂电极支撑的磷脂双层膜(Supported Bilayer Lipid Membrane,s-BLM)作为生物膜的模型,以Fe(CN)36-和Fe(CN)64-为探针分子,利用循环伏安法(CV)和交流阻抗谱(EIS)研究两性表面活性剂十二烷基磺基甜菜碱(Dodecyl Sulfobetaine,DSB)对s-BLM相互作用。结果显示,DSB可以嵌入到s-BLM的疏水区,容易使其表面分子的排列发生变化,产生缺陷或孔洞,探针分子Fe(CN)63-和Fe(CN)64-可以通过这些微孔接近电极,产生氧化还原响应。并且作用时间、DSB的浓度以及胆固醇的存在与否对二者的相互作用有直接影响。此外作用后的双层膜在0.1mol/LKCl溶液中能够自我修复,这表明DSB与s-BLM的相互作用是可逆的。     

Efficient Synthesis of Aromatic Carboxylic Acids from Aryl Ketones in Ionic Liquid

Conversion of aryl ketones to the corresponding aromatic carboxylic acids has been achieved using sequential treatment of HDNIB and urea–hydrogen peroxide in [bmim]BF₄ ionic liquid.
