The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) modified by poly (ethlene glycol) (PEG) were determined by DSC. The dual linear regression method was used to evaluate the relationship between the reciprocal of t 1/2 ( the half life of crystallization) and the appropriate temperature variable. The parameters such as the activation energy (Ed) for transport, the equilibrium melting temperature (T_m~0),the nucleation parameter (ψ),themaximum crystallization temperature (T_(e, max)), and the kinetic crystallizability (G) for the copolyesters were obtained. The influence of the PEG content in PET chains on the parameters characterizing crystallization kinetics and crystallization thermodynamics was discussed.  相似文献

对黄原胶/三价铬水凝胶在70,80和90℃下的脱水行为进行了研究.脱水与凝胶的交联密度即参与交联反应的三价铬的含量有密切联系.突发脱水之后的过程可以用一级反应动力学描述,反应速度常数随三价铬的浓度和温度的增高而增大,活化能为34.5kcal/mol.一价盐(NaCl)的含量对脱水过程没有影响.  相似文献

用差示扫描量热法和光学解偏振法研究了热致液晶性芳香共聚酯与聚丙烯共混物的等温和非多温结晶行为.结果表明,这一热致液晶聚合物对聚丙烯结晶有诱导成核和加速作用.当共聚酯含量在2-5%之间时,聚丙烯的结晶速率最快.偏光显微镜的观察揭示出在聚丙烯熔体中原位形成的液晶聚合物微纤诱导了聚丙烯横穿晶的形成.  相似文献

考察了不同晶化气氛(N2、H2、A ir、O2)对合成钛硅分子筛TS-1的影响,用XRD、IR和N2吸附/脱附对所合成的钛硅分子筛进行结构表征,发现在H2气氛下合成的TS-1结晶度最高,锐钛矿的含量最少;O2气氛下合成的TS-1中锐钛矿含量最高.以氯丙烯氧化为模型反应,考察了不同晶化气氛下合成的钛硅分子筛的催化活性和双氧水的利用效率.结果表明,在H2气氛下所合成的钛硅分子筛的双氧水的利用效率最高.  相似文献

Since it was first isolated, the oil extracted from seeds of neem (Azadirachtin indica A juss) has been extensively studied in terms of its efficacy as an insecticide. Several industrial formulations are produced as emulsifiable solutions containing a stated titer of the active ingredient azadirachtin-A (AZ-A). The work reported here is the characterization of a formulation of this insecticide marketed under the name of Neem-azal T/S and kinetic studies of the major active ingredient of this formulation. We initially performed liquid–liquid extraction to isolate the neem oil from other ingredients in the commercial mixture. This was followed by a purification using flash chromatography and semi-preparative chromatography, leading to 13C NMR identification of structures such as azadirachtin-A, azadirachtin-B, and azadirachtin-H. The neem extract was also characterized by HPLC–MS using two ionization sources, APCI (atmospheric pressure chemical ionization) and ESI (electrospray ionization) in positive and negative ion modes of detection. This led to the identification of other compounds present in the extract—azadirachtin-D, azadirachtin-I, deacetylnimbin, deacetylsalannin, nimbin, and salannin. The comparative study of data gathered by use of the two ionization sources is discussed and shows that the ESI source enables the largest number of structures to be identified. In a second part, kinetic changes in the main product (AZ-A) were studied under precise conditions of pH (2, 4, 6, and 8), temperature (40 to 70 °C), and light (UV, dark room and in daylight). This enabled us to determine the degradation kinetics of the product (AZ-A) over time. The activation energy of the molecule (75±9 kJ mol–1) was determined by examining thermal stability in the range 40 to 70 °C. The degradation products of this compound were identified by use of HPLC–MS and HPLC–MS–MS. The results enabled proposal of a chemical degradation reaction route for AZ-A under different conditions of pH and temperature. The data show that at room temperature and pH between 4 and 5 the product degrades into two preferential forms that are hydrolyzed to a single product over time and as a function of pH change.  相似文献

The thermal oxidation of an unvulcanized, unstabilized polyisoprene rubber (IR) has been studied in the 40-140 °C temperature range. Ageing was monitored by FTIR determination of double bonds and carbonyl groups, mass uptake measurement, and weight average molar mass determination. A mechanistic scheme based on the standard scheme for radical chain oxidation, but taking into account the diversity of initiation processes and the existence of inter- and intramolecular radical additions to double bonds, was built. The kinetic model derived from this scheme is composed of seven differential equations to be solved in discrete thickness layers to take into account the kinetic control by oxygen diffusion. This system was numerically solved using a Matlab program dedicated to stiff systems of differential equations. The elementary rate constants and other kinetic parameters were then determined from experimental data, using an inverse approach. A set of physically reasonable parameter values was obtained, thus allowing us to envisage lifetime predictions at low temperature (long term). The results led to observations difficult to make from classical analytical studies, for instance the predominance of bimolecular hydroperoxide decomposition among other initiation modes or the competition between intermolecular hydrogen abstraction and intramolecular addition of peroxy radicals to double bonds.  相似文献

This spectroscopic study presents the kinetics and degradation pathways of oxidation of ciprofloxacin by permanganate in alkaline medium at constant ionic strength of 0.04 mol−3. Orders with respect to substrate, oxidant and alkali concentrations were determined. Effect of ionic strength and solvent polarity of the medium on the rate of the reaction was studied. The oxidation products were identified by LC-ESI-MS technique. Product characterization of ciprofloxacin reaction mixtures indicates the formation of three major products corresponding to m/z 263, 306, and 348 (corresponding to full or partial dealkylation of the piperazine ring). The piperazine moiety of ciprofloxacin is the predominant oxidative site to KMnO4. Product analyses showed that oxidation by permanganate results in dealkylation at the piperazine moiety of ciprofloxacin, with the quinolone ring essentially intact. The reaction kinetics and product characterization point to a reaction mechanism that likely begins with formation of a complex between ciprofloxacin and the KMnO4, followed by oxidation at the aromatic N1 atom of piperazine moiety to generate an anilinyl radical intermediate. The radical intermediates subsequently undergo N-dealkylation. Investigations of the reaction at different temperatures allowed the determination of the activation parameters with respect to the slow step of proposed mechanism. The proposed mechanism and the derived rate laws are consistent with the observed kinetics.  相似文献

利用等温和非等温方法详细研究了芳香族聚酯──热致型聚合物对,对’-联苯二甲酸二辛酯的结晶相和液晶相形成机理,并计算了相变过程中的表面自由能与温度系数,研究结果表明:从介晶相开始的结晶过程是二维异相成核、三维线性增长的,而从各向同性液相开始的液晶相形成过程则是二维异相成核二维线性增长的.对两个晶化过程的表面自由能的研究表明,该聚合物液晶相形成过程的相转变表面自由能比结晶过程小得多,预示了它将具有更大的晶化速率.研究还发现,该聚合物的液晶相形成过程具有比结晶过程大得多的温度敏感性.  相似文献
