结晶水对硫酸铜与丁腈橡胶之间配位交联反应的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
利用动态力学分析(DMA)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、平衡溶胀法、力学性能测试等分析手段, 通过研究五水硫酸铜(CuSO4·5H2O)填充的NBR考察了结晶水对CuSO4与NBR之间配位交联反应的影响. 结果表明, 结晶水的存在可以促进该配位交联反应.  相似文献

Mechanical and thermal properties of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) mixed with various amounts of alumina trihydrate (ATH), irradiated with 5 MeV electron beam at dose range varied from 38 to 190 kGy, have been studied. A small amount (1%) of triallyl cyanurate has been used as a radiation sensitizer. It has been found that (i) EVA samples with various contents of ATH are crosslinked, (ii) crosslinking increases with irradiation dose, (iii) the mechanical properties of samples improve by irradiation and (iv) decomposition of samples takes place at two stages and due to irradiation, decomposition temperatures shift to higher values. These studies were carried out in order to obtain a suitable compound for wire and cable insulation.  相似文献

Summary Crosslinking of alkylpolysiloxane stationary phases, especially in thick film capillary columns, is useful for the homogenous coating of fused silica and pretreated alkaliglass surfaces. The films of the stationary liquid are immobilized against solvent rinsing using CH2Cl2, pentane, and acetone, and maintain homogenity even at high temperature. Various doses of -radiation from a60Co. source were used for the crosslinking instead of the thermal peroxid treatment recently described by other authors. The effect of the -radiation crosslinking-procedure was investigated in comparison to the peroxid method in regard of: decrease of stationary phase content by solvent rinsing, separation efficiency, tailing behaviour, and bleeding of the columns obtained. Similar results as with the cumylperoxid-treatment were achieved using the -radiation-method. By -radiation no polar functional groups or moleculs are introduced into the stationary phase, however, as with the peroxid method. Less than 20% of the various stationary liquids are usually removed from the columns by solvent rising after crosslinking using both methods depending on the doses of radiation and the cumylperoxid concentration applied respectively.Dedicated to Dr. L. Reclaiming of ground rubber tire (GRT) by a novel reclaiming agent   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
The present paper describes the mechanical reclaiming of ground rubber tire (GRT) by tetra methyl thiuram disulfide (TMTD), a multi-functional reclaiming agent. The versatility of the proposed agent is that it acts as a reclaiming agent during reclaiming and as a curing agent during revulcanization of the reclaimed sample. Reclaiming of GRT was carried out on an open two roll mixing mill at various time intervals and different concentrations of the reclaiming agent (TMTD). The degree of reclaiming was evaluated by measurement of the gel content, inherent viscosity of sol rubber, Mooney viscosity of the reclaimed rubber, crosslink density, swelling ratio and molecular weight between two crosslink bonds as a function of milling time. Also, the influence of the gel content on crosslink density at various time intervals on the open two roll mixing mill was determined. A unique correlation between gel fraction and crosslink density obtained at various time intervals and concentrations of reclaiming agent indicated that an optimization of the concentration of TMTD and milling time has a positive influence on improving the efficiency of reclaiming. The reclaiming conditions have been optimized in view of the mechanical properties of the revulcanized GRT and the aging resistance properties of the revulcanized reclaim. The influence of the concentration of sulfur on the mechanical properties in the revulcanized reclaim was also studied. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) studies further indicate the coherency and homogeneity in the revulcanized reclaim rubber when reclamation is carried out by optimum concentration of TMTD after maximum time of reclaiming.  相似文献

This paper investigated the influences of butadiene rubber (BR) and dicumylperoxide (DCP) on thermal and rheological behaviour, morphology and mechanical proper-ties of PS/LLDPE/SBS blend. Addition of DCP alone was found to decrease the mechanicalproperties of PS/LLDPE/SBS blend due to the decomposition of PS. When BR was addedtogether with DCP, it is found that the co-crosslinking of BR, SBS and PE takes place,and the decomposition of PS is reduced simultaneously because of the consumption of thefree radicals in the crosslinking process. Synergism was thus realised which resulted in theimprovement of the ductility of blend.  相似文献

Samples of poly[1-(3-sulfopropyl)-2-vinyl-pyridinium-betaine] (PSPV) have been synthesized to high conversion by free radical polymerization in aqueous solution of the zwitterionic monomer SPV with several concentrations of the crosslinker N,N′-methylene-bis-acrylamide (MBA). Hydrogels obtained by swelling them in water and aqueous KSCN solution were examined by gravimetric and dimensional analysis, and by compression-strain measurements. The derived effective crosslinking density νe was only ca. 11% of the theoretical value, indicating low efficiency of chemical crosslinking by MBA. At 298 K increasing content of MBA produces increases in the values of νe, elastic moduli and polymer-water interaction parameter χ. At a fixed MBA content, increasing temperature led to decreases in the values of νe, elastic moduli and χ, but an increase in water content of hydrogel. For swelling in aq. KSCN solution the mechanical properties are insensitive to content of salt. Experimental and theoretical analysis afforded values of the water/polymer, salt/water and salt/polymer interaction parameters. Where appropriate the findings are compared with those reported for a different zwitterionic hydrogel and a neutral non-zwitterionic hydrogel.  相似文献

Crosslinking experiments for immobilization of the well-known chiral stationary phases XE 60-L -valine-(S)- and XE 60-L -valine-(R)-α-phenylethylamide within capillary columns have been successfully carried out. Crosslinking was also obtained with mixtures of the chiral compound acrylyl-L -valine-(S)-α-phenylethylamide and the polyethylene glycol Carbowax 20M. Immobilization of 75% to 90% was achieved by crosslinking the polymeric chiral phases, but sometimes up to 100% of these phases remained within the columns after the usual subsequent solvent treatment. The crosslinking of Carbowax 20M with acrylyl-L -valine-(S)-α-phenylethylamide led to a chiral polymer of a polarity different from that of the common siloxane type chiral phases.  相似文献

A hybrid material system consisting of (3-glycidyloxypropyl)trimethoxysilane, dimethyldimethoxysilane and zirconium(IV) n-propoxide was prepared. The influence of processing parameters including Zr content, UV irradiation and sol ageing on the properties of the resultant thin films was discussed. Refractive index, at 633 nm, and reflectance measurements were performed and near-field waveguide images of the samples were taken. Optical propagation loss measurements, at 633 nm, were studied. Film thickness and cross-sectional scanning electron microscopy images were obtained as a function of process conditions. FT-IR spectroscopy was used to monitor chemical reaction pathways in the system during processing. It was demonstrated that the crosslinking of epoxy groups in the structure, along with inorganic network formation as a result of sol-gel reactions, was the primary reason for the changes in the optical and physical properties of the system. As Zr containing species and/or UV irradiation may be employed to crosslink the epoxy groups in the structure, the optical and physical properties of the system can be tuned by optimal combination of these two crosslinking methods, as well as sol ageing process.  相似文献

采用分离Cr(Ⅲ )低聚物 ,分别考察其与聚丙烯酰胺反应活性的方法 ,研究了Cr(Ⅲ )低聚物与部分水解的聚丙烯酰胺交联机理 .用离子交换色谱法分离Cr(Ⅲ )低聚物得到纯的单体、二聚体和三聚体 ,经紫外、氧化还原滴定和离子色谱法确定了它们的结构 ,分别用它们与部分水解的聚丙烯酰胺交联反应 .在pH =6~ 12 ,聚合物浓度在 30 0~ 10 0 0mg L ,交联剂Cr(Ⅲ )浓度在 2~ 2 5mg L的范围 ,对成胶因素进行对比研究 .实验结果发现二聚体成胶的pH范围宽 ,用量少 ,三聚体次之 ,单体最差 .说明Cr(Ⅲ )低聚物是成胶反应的决定步骤 ,二聚体的反应活性最高 .从而完善地阐述了Cr(Ⅲ )离子与聚丙烯酰胺交联反应的机理  相似文献

A new procedure focused on the design and preparation of structured and functional polymer surfaces by combination of two approaches acting simultaneously is developed. The elaboration of micrometer size patterned surfaces by UV‐light lithography is reported where, in addition, the surface chemical composition can be controlled by surface segregation of a fluorinated copolymer incorporated in the photopolymerizable mixture. As evidenced by contact angle and XPS measurements, the surface composition can be modified depending on such factors as with the environmental conditions or the concentration of copolymer in the blend. Moreover, the functionality of the copolymer is enhanced by the surface pattern created. As a consequence, the wettability of the films can be modified depending on the pattern and composition of the blend. By using this methodology, functional adaptive sensitive surfaces with a well‐defined topography will be obtained in one single step and without the use of tedious and time‐consuming multistep procedures. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
