Thermodynamic parameters of interaction of HC1 with alcohols in water Ⅲ.HCl-ethanol-water system at 278.15-318.15 K

Pt,H2(g,p0)HCl(mE)|AgCl-AgPt, H2(g, p0)|HCl(mE), EtOH(mN)|AgCl-Ag have been measured at 10 degree intervals from 278.15 to 318.15 K, where EtOH refers to ethanol, mE=0.005-0.1 mol.kg-1, mN=0.4-1.0 mol.kg-1. The salting constant kS of EtOH by HCl and the thermodynamic parameters of interaction, fEN(gEN> hEN, sEN] cP,EN)> of EtOH with HCI in water have been evaluated. It has been shown that kS>0, gEN>0,hEN>0, SEN>0 ,and cp,EN<0.The signs of these parameters and the temperature dependence of them have been discussed on the basis of structural interaction and the group additivity models.     

Crystalline Inclusion Compounds Derived from Derivatives of Mandelic Acid. Host Synthesis, Inclusion Formation, and X-Ray Structures of a Free Host Compound and of DMSO Inclusion Complexes in Both Racemic and Optically Resolved Forms

New chiral host compounds based on mandelic acid derivatives having methyl (6a, b and 8a, b) or bromo substituents (7a, b) attached to the phenyl ring of mandelic acid and involving additional aromatic groups were synthesized. The inclusion properties of both the racemic and the optically resolved host species are reported, including solvent co-crystallization as well as chiroselective and vapour sorptive inclusion. The structures of the free racemic host compound 6b and of the DMSO inclusion compounds of optically resolved and racemic 8 (8a and 8b, respectively) have been determined by X-ray analysis. Enantiomeric pairs of molecules in 6b form centro-symmetric dimers by mutual hydrogen bonding of one hydroxyl group while the other is involved in O-–H ... interactions. The guest molecules in the DMSO complexes of 8a and 8b are bound via hydrogen bonds to two host molecules related by translation along crystallographic axes. Parallels to previous hosts of this type are drawn.

溴化十二烷基三乙胺（Ｃ１２ＮＥ）和十二烷基硫酸钠（ＳＤＳ）在一定条件下混合可以形成具有清晰界面的两个水相，称为阴阳离子型表面活性剂双水相。作者研究了利用该双水相萃取３种色氨酸衍生物和牛血清白蛋白的可能性．文中采用工作曲线校正扣除表面活性剂背景的影响，萃取结果准确可信。     

固定pH滴定法测定弱酸弱碱性药物

报道一种水溶液吕测定弱酸弱碱性药物的新型滴定分析方法－固定ｐＨ滴定法，其理论基础是弱酸弱碱在水溶液中各种存在形式的分布系数在ｐＨ值固定时为常数，对甲硝唑，盐酸美西律等离散常数在１０＾－８至１０＾－１１范围内的７种弱酸弱碱性药物进行测定。结果与药典法吻合，回收率在９９．４％～１００．６％，方法简便，快速，准确，制剂中的赋形剂及色物不影响测定。     

抗生育植物栀子花化学成分的研究：Ⅱ.栀子花甲酸的结构

我们已报道从栀子(Gardenia jasminoidesEllis)花的乙酸乙酯提取物中分得一种对大鼠有明显抗早孕作用的新三萜酸——栀子花乙酸(1),本文继续报道从该提取物中分得的另一种新三萜酸——栀子花甲酸(Gardenolicacid A,以下简称甲酸,2)的结构。 2为白色针状结晶,m.p.212～214℃,Liebermann-Burchard试验阳性,[α]_D~(17) 38.3,C_(30)H(46)O_(4),属三萜类。     

Synthesis of diterpene glycosides

Summary Mono-, di-, and linear triglycosides of a diterpene alcohol, derived from abietic acid and glucose have been synthesized employing peracetylbromo--D-glucose (4) and maltose derivatives5 and8 as glycosyl donors. The triglycoside14 exhibits slight haemolytic activity.

Zusammenfassung Es wird die Synthese von Mono-, Di-, und linearen Triglycosiden aus einem von Abietinsäure abgeleiteten Diterpenalkohol beschrieben. Als Glycosyldonoren wurden neben Peracetobrom--D-glucose (4) die Maltosederivate5 und8 verwendet. Das Triglycosid14 zeigt schwache hämolytische Aktivität.

     

Electrophilic addition of lead tetraacetate to 2-carene in an acidic medium

Oxidation of 2-carene by lead tetraacetate in acetic acid afforded p-menth-1(10),2-dien-7-ol, 2-acetyl-6,6-dimethylbicyclo[3.1.0]hexane, p-menth-2-ene-1,7-diol, p-menth-1-ene-3,7-diol, and 2-(m-tolyl)propanol-2.Deceased.A. Comparison of different strains of the yeastYarrowia lipolytica for citric acid production from glucose hydrol

Four commercial strains and two mutants of the yeast species Yarrowia lipolytica were screened using batch fermentation. Strain Y. lipolytica A-101-1.14 (induced with UV irradiation) was found to be the most suitable for citric acid production from glucose hydrol (39.9% glucose and 2.1% other sugars), a byproduct of glucose production from potato starch. The specific rate of total citric and isocitric acid production was 0.138 g/g.h, the yield on consumed glucose 0.93 g/g, and the productivity achieved was as high as 1.25 g/L.h. All of the tested yeast strains were able to utilize only the glucose from the glucose hydrol medium. Thus, some residual higher oligosaccharides remained in the process effluent.     

On the reduction of 1-aryl-2-oxo-1,2,3,6-tetra-hydro[1,4]diazepino[6,5-<Emphasis Type="Italic">b</Emphasis>]indole 4-oxides

Electrochemical reduction of 1-aryl-2-oxo-1,2,3,6-tetrahydro[1,4]diazepino[6,5-b]indole 4-oxides, 2-oxo-1-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydro[1,4]diazepino[6,5-b]indole, and 2-oxo-1-phenyl-1,2,3,4,5,6-hexahydro[1,4]diazepino[6,5-b]indole was studied. The results obtained were compared with previous data for the reduction of 4-oxides with formamidinesulfinic acid.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Reactions of monothiooxamides with O-methylhydroxylamine

The reactions of monothiooxamides with O-methylhydroxylamine were studied. Depending on the substituents in monothiooxamides, the reactions result in the formation of hydroxamic acid derivatives or various N-methoxy derivatives of amidoximes.
