The biodegradation rate and biocompatibility of poly (d, / -lactide) (PDLLA)in vivo were evaluated. The aim of this study was to establish a nerve guide constructed by the PDLLA with 3-D microenvironment and
to repair a 10 mm of sciatic nerve gap in rats. The process of the nerve regeneration was investigated by histological assessment,
electrophysiological examination, and determination of wet weight recovery rate of the gastrocnemius muscle. After 3 weeks,
the nerve guide had changed from a transparent to an opaque status. The conduit was degraded and absorbed partly and had lost
their strength with breakage at the 9th week of postoperation. At the conclusion of 12 weeks, proximal and distal end of nerves
were anastomosed by nerve regeneration and the conduit vanished completely. The results suggest that PDLLA conduits may serve
for peripheral nerve regeneration and PDLLA is a sort of hopeful candidate for tissue engineering. 相似文献

Performance of graphite platforms coated with Ir, Rh, and a mixture of both, as permanent modifiers for Ag, As, Bi, Cd, and Sb, was evaluated. The coating process is very simple: a solution containing Ir, Rh, or a mixture of both is pipetted on the platform inserted in a graphite tube, and this is submitted to a temperature program. High pyrolysis temperatures are allowed, especially for As and Bi, 1400°C, in the Ir + Rh-coated platform. The sensitivity remains about the same for all analytes with different coatings, except for As in the Ir-coated platform, for which a remarkable gain was obtained in comparison to the other coatings. The lifetimes of the treated tubes were in the range 50 to more than 1000 cycles, being especially long for Sb and Ag in the Rh-coated platform, more than 600 and 1000 cycles, respectively. The Rh coating could not be used for Bi and Cd. Analysis of a certified reference water and of acid oyster tissue digests showed the absence of interference and good precision. Advantages of the permanent coatings are the possibility of low blanks byin situcleaning of the modifier and shorter analysis time. 相似文献

The misuse of insulin for performance enhancement in sport or as toxic agent has frequently been reported in the past. In contrast to synthetic insulin analogues, the administration of recombinant human insulin is hardly recognized by mass spectrometry. The present study was designed to uncover the misuse of recombinant human insulin for doping control purposes as well as for forensic applications. 采用亲水相互作用色谱-四极杆/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱系统,建立了肝组织中胶原蛋白水解物羟脯氨酸(Hyp)的快速定量检测方法。将正常及四氯化碳肝纤维化模型小鼠的肝组织样品酸水解,经过滤、稀释后,采用Hypersil GOLD HILIC色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,3μm)分离,以水-乙腈(28∶72,v/v)为流动相进行等度洗脱,最后用配有电喷雾离子源的四极杆/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱在正离子模式下进行检测。结果表明,Hyp在0.78~100.00μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(R2)为0.998 3,方法的定量限为0.78μg/L,样品加标回收率为97.4%~100.9%,相对标准偏差为1.4%~2.0%(n=6)。此外,该方法与传统的氯胺T法进行比较,发现两种方法的检测结果相关性良好,Pearson相关系数为0.927;较氯胺T法,该法具有操作简便、准确度高的优点。该方法可用于肝组织中Hyp的快速定量分析。 相似文献

The strand material in extrusion‐based bioprinting determines the microenvironments of the embedded cells and the initial mechanical properties of the constructs. One unmet challenge is the combination of optimal biological and mechanical properties in bioprinted constructs. Here, a novel bioprinting method that utilizes core–shell cell‐laden strands with a mechanically robust shell and an extracellular matrix‐like core has been developed. Cells encapsulated in the strands demonstrate high cell viability and tissue‐like functions during cultivation. This process of bioprinting using core–shell strands with optimal biochemical and biomechanical properties represents a new strategy for fabricating functional human tissues and organs.
