Three acyclic polythioethers containing 2-thienyl units at both ends were synthesized and the effect of substituent on the extraction of copper(II) was studied. The methyl groups in the terminal thiophene ring have imparted an appreciable degree of increase in the percent extraction of copper(II), while the introduction of chlorine atoms into the 2-thienyl unit resulted in the reverse effect. Among the counter dye anions examined, tetrabromophenolphthalein ethylester was the best one for copper(II) extraction. The composition of extracted species was evaluated to be 122 (Cu(II)/polythioether/dye anion). Quantitative extraction of copper(I) was attained as complexes with various triphenylmethane dyes, i.e., bromocresol green, bromothymol blue, bromo-phenol blue and pyrogallol red. Copper(I) in organic phase was completely back-extracted with 2 mole/l sulfuric acid containing 10% hydrogen peroxide.  相似文献

A detailed method for the routine preparation of glass capillary columns is presented. The method consists of coating a glass tube with quartz powder prior to pulling the tube into a capillary. The inner surface of the capillary consists of an even distribution of quartz particles fused to the walls. This surface has been found readily deactivated by standard procedures and ideal for the preparation of thick-film glass capillary columns. The method has been thoroughly tested in two independent laboratories to ensure that the procedures described are reproducible.  相似文献

Let B be a manifold with conical singularities, and denote by the smooth bounded manifold with cylindrical ends obtained by blowing up near the singularities.B.-W. Schulze has developed a framework for a pseudodifferential calculus on B by defining various classes of distribution spaces and operator algebras, working in fixed coordinates on the manifold . I am showing here that the Mellin Sobolev spaces without asymptotics, the cone algebra without asymptotics, and its ideal of smoothing operators are independent of the choice of coordinates and therefore may be considered intrinsic objects for manifolds with conical singularities.  相似文献

Synthesis and Characterization of New Cyclic and Acyclic Silachalcogenanes with Disilanyl Units Synthesis and properties of (4-CH3? C6H4)3SiSiH3, (C6H5)2HSiSiH2C6H5, C6H5Cl2SiSiH3, (C6H5)2ClSiSiH3, (H3SiSiH2)2Se, H3SiSiH2ESiH3, , as well as characterisation by IR-, MS-, NMR-spectroscopy are described. Reactions of phenylsubstituted disilanes with HCl in the presence of catalytic amounts of AlCl3 provide chorinated chlorophenylsubstituted disilanes. Condensation of these chlorodisilanes with disilathiane or disilaselenane yield cyclic and acyclic silachalkogenanes containing disilanyl units. The structure of (C6H5)3SiSiH3 has been determined by X-ray analysis. The compound crystallizes in space group C2/c with the cell dimensions a = 16.366(2), b = 11.458(1), c = 19.719(2) Å, β = 110.93(1)°.  相似文献

IR lattice vibration spectra were used to monitor the changes in the structure of zeolite Na-Y upon its dealumination with ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) or with HCl. The terminal Si-O(H,Na) bonds thus formed (which are detectable by characteristic absorbance at v 900–950 cm–1) are energetically less uniform when EDTA has been used as the dealuminating agent. This inhomogeneity is connected with the local deformations of zeolite structure which result in lowering the symmetry of silicon-oxygen tetrahedra. As a consequence, two novel bands appear at v 1090 cm–1 and 1200 cm–1 in addition to the fundamental absorption bands, vas (TO4) (T = Si, Al), at 1030 cm–1 and 1145 cm–1. A mechanism of dealumination is proposed, which takes into account the topochemical peculiarities involved in the chelation of the framework aluminum ions with EDTA.Translated fromIzyestiya Akademii Nauk. The selectivity of a column system, S, defined by equation 28, includes a variation coefficient (β) of plate number with capacity ratio which has a large influence on the peak capacity, as shown in Fig. 18. Some typical chromatograms are given. In order to predict S for a column system from Kovat's Index, equations 40 and 41 are given to calculate the constant of the carbon number rule for squalane at different temperatures or for different stationary phases. The specific retention value of heptane on squalane at different temperatures can be calculated from equation 42. The nonpolarity index, defined by equation 43, was used to calculate the retention value of heptane on various stationary phases. In liquid chromatography, the order of elution may be reversed by changing the composition of the eluent on the same chemically bonded silica (manufactured in China). The linear relations between the log retention values of different kinds of solutes or of a single solute on the silicas of different surface areas when using the same eluent are given.  相似文献

Reactivity of Monophosphine Platinum(0) Complexes with SO2 . The addition reaction of (PPh3)Pt(ViSi) (ViSi = {η2-H2C?CHSiMe2}2O) ( 1 ) with SO2 gives within 30 min the red SO2 complex (PPh3)Pt(η2-H2C?CHSiMe2- OSiMe2CH?CH2)(SO2) ( 2 ). A reaction time of 24 h with SO2 leads to the elimination of the ViSi ligand, and the unstable monomeric intermediate (PPh3)Pt(SO2) cyclo- trimerizes to the stable cluster [Pt(PPh3)(SO2)]3 ( 3 ). 3 is also obtained within 30 min by the reaction of (PPh3)Pt(C2H4)2 ( 4 ) with SO2. The crystal structure of 3 has been determined; space group P21/n, Z = 4, a = 1 606.1(3), b = 1 019.3(1), c = 3 624.6(5) pm, β = 93.67°, R/Rw = 0.102/0.121.  相似文献

Absorbance values between 300 and 800 nm of aqueous solutions of poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide-co-itaconic acid-9.80), poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide-co-itaconic acid-52.05) and poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide)s containing Tegomer H-Si 2111 end groups and/or blocks were measured using a Shimadzu 160-A UV-visible spectrometer. Turbidities obtained from these absorbance values were used to interpret the macromolecular phase transition from a hydrophilic to a hydrophobic structure of the polymers. The effects of comonomer type and content, concentration of the solutions, pH and temperature on the coil-globule transition were discussed in terms of turbidity form factor, β related to size and shapes of particles and calculated by using the simplified form of Debye equation.The results presented in this work show that the presence of Tegomer H-Si 2111 (Si containing end groups and/or blocks) or high amount of itaconic acid (IA) in the chains prevent a collapse transition from hydrated extended coils to hydrophobic globules, which aggregate and form a separate phase (β<2). Furthermore, it was observed that in the case of concentrated solutions intermolecular hydrophobic interactions between isopropyl groups overcame the repulsive forces resulting from the ionized carboxylic acid groups of IA or surface active nature of Si containing hydrophobic groups (β>2). This stage of the transition corresponds to macroscopic phase separation after an intramolecular process.  相似文献
