This paper deals with synthesis and assessment of the hydraulicity of C4A3Cr, analog phase C4A3S to , relevant to the phase chemistry and properties of sulfoaluminate cements. C4A3Cr, synthesized at 1250 °C is well crystallized phase, latently hydraulic, with hydration accelerated in the presence of C4A3S, or CS. Calorimetric curves show reciprocal influence of sulfate and chromate phase in hydration of C4A3S-C4A3Cr system. The total heat expressed at hydration is nearly the same for all specimens, but the rate of heat evolution depends on the ratio of C4A3S/C4A3Cr phases. X-ray diffraction pattern and DTA curves showed that, increasing content of C4A3Cr in hydrating mixture results in a coexistence of two types of ettringite (chromate and sulfate ettringite) hydrogarnet, gibbsite and monosulfate. Summary A quantum mechanical calculation of cross sections for the reaction F+H2(v=0,j=0) FH(vj)+H has been performed on the T5A semiempirical potential surface using hyperspherical coordinates. State-to-state integral and differential cross sections converge rapidly with the number of components of the total angular momentum projection onto the axis of least inertia. Thev=3 differential cross section has a forward peak whose magnitude increases with energy whereas thev=2 differential cross section has a backward maximum, in qualitative agreement with cross-beam experiments. Thev=2 andv=3 rotational distributions are in rather good agreement with experiment, but not the vibrational branching ratios.  相似文献

The efficient preparation of 4-aryl-4-phenylsulfonyl cyclohexanones, containing a quaternary sulfone-bearing carbon centre, is described. Their synthesis proceeds in 38-78% overall yield by way of three steps: (i) sulfinate alkylation; (ii) methylenation; and (iii) regioselective Diels-Alder condensation with 2-trimethylsiloxybutadiene. The scope and limitations of the one-pot Mannich-type methylenation described were examined.  相似文献

The chance to prepare sterically and inductively stabilized arsa‐ and phosphaalkenes of the type PhE=C(CF3)2 (E = As, P) by reacting phenyl‐bis(trimethylsilyl)‐arsane ( 1 ) and ‐phosphane ( 5 ), respectively, with hexafluoroacetone (HFA) was investigated. The insertion of the carbonyl function in one of the Si–E bonds was found to occur at temperatures between ?78 and 20 °C. The elimination of hexamethyldisiloxane, which in case of acylamides and ketones spontaneously follows the insertion and in case of RE(SiMe3)–CR′2(OSiMe3) at least can be initiated by solid sodium hydroxide as catalyst, turned out to be impossible for the primary products PhE(SiMe3)–C(CF3)2‐OSiMe3 [E = As ( 2 ), P ( 6 )]. 2 and 6 were characterized by analytical (C, H) and spectroscopic methods (IR, NMR, MS).  相似文献

The catalytic activity of benzothiazole-based Pd(II)-complexes was evaluated in Suzuki-Miyaura and Heck-Mizoroki C-C cross-coupling reactions of aryl chlorides and bromides with olefins and arylboronic acids both under thermal as well as microwave irradiation conditions in water. A new strategy to cyclize short synthetic oligonucleotides on DNA or RNA target strands is described. The approach is based on metal‐templated cyclization of short synthetic oligonucleotides conjugated with two chelating 2,2′ : 6′,2′′‐terpyridine (Tpy) moieties at their 3′‐ and 5′‐ends. Cyclization after metal addition (Zn2+, Fe2+) was demonstrated by means of thermal‐denaturation experiments, MALDI‐Q‐TOF‐MS, and gel electrophoresis (PAGE). 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR Experiments were performed to analyze the association of complementary strands after metal‐mediated cyclization. Our protocol allows the efficient circularization of synthetic oligonucleotides. Thereby, the hybridization on a complementary strand was more efficient with an RNA target strand and a 2′‐O‐methylated circularized oligomer.  相似文献

A practical and efficient stereoselective synthesis of the side chain of neomarinone is reported. The synthesis was achieved in six steps (41% overall yield) from 2-methyl-2-cyclohexenone. The key step is a novel stereoselective 1,4-conjugate addition/enolate alkylation by an epoxide-opening reaction.  相似文献

Whenever free radicals are formed, independent of whether this occurs thermally, is induced by UV or ionizing irradiation, or takes place in redox reactions, they are converted rapidly into the corresponding peroxyl radicals in the presence of oxygen. Peroxyl radical reactions in aqueous environments are observed not only in aquatic systems (e.g., rivers, lakes and oceans) but also in the living cell and to a considerable degree even in the atmosphere (in water droplets). The peroxyl radical chemistry occurring in this medium is often very different from that observed in the gas phase or in organic solvents. In spite of the great importance of these reactions in medicine (for example in anti-cancer irradiation therapy and ischaemia) there have been comparatively few studies of peroxyl reactions in aqueous media. Radiation-chemical techniques such as pulse radiolysis offer the best means for carrying out such studies, so that it is not surprising that the majority of the information available in this area has been obtained with the help of radiation-chemical methods. The radiation chemistry of water can be con trolled in such a manner that the main products are ˙OH radicals (90 % yield), which react with substrate molecules to give substrate radicals and in the presence of oxygen to give substrate peroxyl radicals. The experimental conditions can also be varied in such a way that HO/O radicals can be formed in 100 % yield and caused to react with substrates. We therefore have a simple access to these intermediates, which are extremely important in biological systems. A detailed product analysis, supported by kinetic studies carried out with the help of pulse radiolysis, has been used to clarify the chemistry of a series of peroxyl radicals, so that sufficient material is now available to justify a review of the variety of the peroxyl radical reactions studied by means of radiation-chemical methods. A more general survey of the physical properties of the peroxyl radicals and their unimolecular and bimolecular reactions will be followed by a discussion of selected examples of various classes of substance. Because of the great biological importance of radical-induced DNA damage this area will also be treated briefly.  相似文献

This review covers our extensive research activities in the area of fluorine containing phospha- and arsaalkenes as well as selenocarbonyls, which differ considerably in their properties and reactivities from their alkyl and aryl counterparts and thus contribute in a gratifying manner to the still growing field of unsaturated element-carbon compounds of 3rd and 4th row main group elements E. Of particular interest is the influence of the fluorine substituents and other small groups (OR, NR2) with either inductive and/or mesomeric effects on the polarity and reactivity of the EC bond. Addition reactions of proton acidic and hydridic polar HX reactants as well as [2+2], [3+2] and [4+2] cycloadditions have been thoroughly studied. The results obtained allow a classification of the EC systems within five different types, A to E, and prove a change from “normal” to “inverse” heteroalkenes in this sequence. The ligand properties of some derivatives have also been investigated in some detail.  相似文献

Homochiral 2-C-perfluoroalkyl substituted d- and l-riboses were synthesized via Barbier, Grignard and Ruppert type reactions. The influence of the size of the perfluoroalkyl groups, attached to C-2, on the furanose/pyranose as well as on the α-furanose/β-furanose and α-pyranose/β-pyranose ratio in solution was studied.  相似文献
