Mesoporous Ce0.75Zr0.25O2 solid solution powders were successfully synthesized by a co-precipitation method. A combination of 10 wt% copper oxide, manganese oxide, and nickel oxide was added to the Ce0.75Zr0.25O2 support by impregnation method and calcined in the air with a flow rate of 2 ml s?1 at 400 °C for 4 h. All catalysts were characterized using Hydrogen Temperature Programmed Reduction (H2-TPR), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), and Brunauer-Emmet-Teller (BET) isotherm methods to find the interaction between metals, the crystallinity of the catalyst, surface area and pore volume of the catalyst, respectively. The 3.3% CuO-3.3% MnO2-3.3% NiO/Ce0.75Zr0.25O2 catalyst showed higher catalytic activity for benzene oxidation with benzene conversion of 90% at 250 °C and weight hourly space velocity (72,000 mL g?1 h?1) when compared to one metal oxide only. This finding presents a high activity and low-cost catalysts for removing a very lean concentration of benzene containing in the industrial flue gas at low temperatures.  相似文献

CO是碳氢燃料不完全燃烧的重要产物,常常被作为反应燃烧效率的标志物,燃烧场CO组分浓度的精确测量对提高燃烧效率、减少污染物排放具有重要意义。离轴积分腔输出光谱(OA-ICOS)是一种利用物质对激光的特异性吸收,实现对该物质分析和测量的技术,具有非接触、稳定和高灵敏度等优点。针对燃烧场CO浓度低,背景信号干扰强等特点,采用分布反馈式(DFB)激光器搭建基于离轴积分腔输出光谱的CO浓度测量系统,通过直接吸收光谱的测量方法实现对高温燃烧场CO浓度测量。利用仿真模拟的方法,在所用激光器中心波长的附近选出了常温下谱线强度较为突出,高温下不受其他燃烧产物干扰的第一泛频带R(10)吸收谱线。通过固定光程池对比吸光度的方法标定了OA-ICOS系统的有效光程;通过比较不同扫描频率下吸收谱线的信噪比和线型拟合残差标准差,得到最佳波长扫描频率;通过测量不同浓度CO混合气体的吸收信号分析了系统误差。探究了不同燃烧情况下CH4/Air预混平焰炉上CO的产生情况,根据燃烧场测量区域温度分布情况描述了温度分布不确定度对CO测量结果的影响。当量比为1.0时,在10 ms的测量时间分辨率下,噪声等...  相似文献

BaGd2O4, BaLa2O4 and SrLa2O4 powders doped with different concentrations of Eu3+ or Tb3+ are prepared by combustion synthesis method and the samples were further heated to 500, 700 and 900 °C to improve the crystallinity of the materials. The structure and morphology of materials have been examined by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. It is remarkable that all the samples of BaGd2O4, BaLa2O4 and SrLa2O4 have similar morphology. The SEM images show homogeneous aggregates of varying shapes and sizes, which are composed of a large number of small elliptical shaped crystallites with an average diameter of about 0.5-3.0 μm. Photoluminescence for all materials increases with increase of temperature and shows a maximum for the samples heated to 900 °C with 4 mole% doping of Eu3+ or Tb3+ ions. The luminescence is almost same for all powders when doped with same concentration of Eu3+.  相似文献

A simple solution combustion synthesis route for preparation of Cu-doped SrAl4O7 has been described. Average particle size of 33 nm and platelet-like morphology has been observed. ESR studies confirm the presence of Cu in polycrystalline SrAl4O7. Bright-green luminescence under near-UV irradiation arising due to transition between Cu+ levels with microsecond level decay time makes it suitable for application in phosphor converted light emitting diode (LED). TL measurements show broad glow peaks which when deconvoluted indicate activation energies in the range of 0.6-1.1 eV and elucidate the trapping dynamics.  相似文献

Metals and ceramics can behave as active electrocatalyst materials, particularly in hydrocarbon oxidation in anodic reaction fuel cells. Combustion synthesis is a very reliable, fruitful and rapid synthesis method to produce metals, ceramics and cermets with low particle size and high specific surface area. Polarization spectroscopy in the mid-infrared (IRPS) has been applied to the detection of acetylene molecules making use of the asymmetric C-H stretching vibration at around 3 μm. The infrared laser pulses were produced through difference frequency generation in a LiNbO3 crystal pumped by a Nd:YAG and dye laser system. By directly probing the ro-vibrational transitions with IRPS, sensitive detection of molecules with otherwise inaccessible electronic states was realized with high temporal and spatial resolution by using a pulsed laser and a cross-beam geometry. Detection sensitivities of 2 × 1013 molecules/cm3 (10 ppm in 70 mbar gas mixture) of C2H2 were achieved using the P(1 1) line of the (0 1 0(1 1)0)-(0 0 0 00 00) band. The dependence of the IRPS signal on the pump laser fluence, acetylene mole fraction, and buffer gas pressure of Ar, N2, H2, and CO2 has been studied experimentally. The investigation demonstrates the quantitative nature of IRPS for sensitive detection of polyatomic IR active molecules. In order to fully demonstrate the technique for combustion applications, nascent acetylene molecules were measured in a low pressure methane/oxygen flame.  相似文献

Simulation of spray combustion in a lean-direct injection combustor   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Large-eddy simulation (LES) of a liquid-fueled lean-direct injection (LDI) combustor is carried out by resolving the entire inlet flow path through the swirl vanes and the combustor. A localized dynamic subgrid closure is combined with a subgrid mixing and combustion model so that no adjustable parameters are required for both non-reacting and reacting LES. Time-averaged velocity predictions compare well with the measured data. The unsteady flow features that play a major role in spray dispersion, fuel–air mixing and flame stabilization are identified from the simulation data. It is shown that the vortex breakdown bubble (VBB) is smaller with more intense reverse flow when there is heat release. The swirling shear layer plays a major role in spray dispersion and the VBB provides an efficient flameholding mechanism to stabilize the flame.  相似文献

CARS laboratory experiments were done in the 2905–2925 cm−1 range, in the vicinity of the ν1 band of the methane molecule, for pressures ranging from 1 to 50 bar, and temperatures up to 1100 K. These experiments were carried out in order to retrieve the pressure evolution of the CH4 spectrum, as well as to confirm its temperature dependance. After a brief recall on the theory used to compute pressure broadening coefficients and relaxation rates, we consider the ν3 and ν4 infrared bands of methane for benchmark calculations purposes. Next, we present recent experimental CARS spectra and calculated ones. Lastly, we discuss flame experiments as well as comparisons of temperature retrieval using N2 and CH4 as probe molecules.  相似文献

Alumina (Al2O3) powders doped with europium trivalent (Eu3+) were prepared by a low-temperature (∼280 °C) combustion synthesis technique. When the powder was heat treated at 1200 °C for 2 h in the presence of flowing ammonia (NH3), α-Al2O3 crystalline ceramic powders was obtained. The analysis of the luminescence showed that Eu3+ was reduced to europium divalent (Eu2+) after the heat-treatment process. Under ultraviolet (UV) lamp excitation (λ=254 nm) these powders containing sub-microcrystalline structures present bright red (Al2O3:Eu3+) and green (Al2O3:Eu2+) luminescence indicating that this material is a potential candidate for applications in phosphor technology.  相似文献
