从激励的心理学理论基础出发进行分析；对需求、动机、行为等及其相互影响在激励实践中的作用进行了总结。精神激励和物质激励是两种主要的激励模式．它们都是从实践中来经过否定之否定而发展起来的．现代激励理论对两种激励基本上接受，但对两种激励的评价及侧重又各有不同．我国现行激励机制存在一些问题，尤以平均主义为甚．精神激励与物质激励的有机结合．是激励模式发展的未来．

Equilibrium theory for the hard-core systems

It is found that the density expansion in the argument of the exponential function gives a fine convergence on the equation of state of the hard-sphere system. The pair distribution function and the equation of state is constructed by an intuitive kinetic theoretical method. The equation of state of the hard-core system with attractive potential is constructed semiempirically with the aid of this simple analytical result, and Kamerling-Onnes' constant of the critical point is obtained analytically.     

Non-Noether Conserved Quantity of Nonholonomic System Having Variable Mass and Unilateral Constraints

Using the Lie Symmetry under infinitesimal transformations in which the time is not variable, the nonNoether conserved quantity of nonholonomic system having variable mass and unilateral constraints is studied. The differential equations of motion of the system are given. The determining equations of Lie symmetrical transformations of the system under infinitesimal transformations are constructed. The Hojman‘s conservation theorem of the system is established. Finally, we give an example to illustrate the application of the result.     

Stability of symmetry breaking states in finite-size Dicke model with photon leakage

We investigate the finite-size Dicke model with photon leakage. It is shown that the symmetry breaking states, which are characterized by non-vanishing $〈\stackrel{?}{a}〉\ne 0$ and correspond to the ground states in the superradiant phase in the thermodynamic limit, are stable, while the eigenstates of the isolated finite-size Dicke Hamiltonian conserve parity symmetry. We introduce and analyze an effective master equation that describes the dynamics of a pair of the symmetry breaking states that are the degenerate lowest energy eigenstates in the superradiant region with photon leakage. It becomes clear that photon leakage is essential to stabilize the symmetry breaking states and to realize the superradiant phase without the thermodynamic limit. Our theoretical analysis provides an alternative interpretation using the finite-size model to explain results from cold atomic experiments showing superradiance with the symmetry breaking in an optical cavity.     

Phase-controlled atom-photon entanglement in a three-level Λ-type closed-loop atomic system

We study the entanglement of dressed atom and its spontaneous emission in a three-level Λ-type closed-loop atomic system in a multi-photon resonance condition and beyond it.It is shown that the von Neumann entropy in such a system is phase-dependent,and it can be controlled by either the intensity or relative phase of applied fields.It is demonstrated that for the special case of the Rabi frequency of applied fields,the system is disentangled.In addition,we take into account the effect of Doppler broadening on the entanglement and it is found that a suitable choice of laser propagation direction allows us to obtain the steady state degree of entanglement(DEM) even in the presence of the Doppler effect.

为了动态地观测眼底显微图像,为了便于进行图像处理,眼底电视或摄录兼容已成为眼底照相机近年来的一个重要发展方向。眼底电视光学系统是建立在传统Zeiss眼底照相机光学系统之上的,并具有渐进创新。卧式不散瞳广角眼底观测仪光学系统是眼底电视光学系统的具体化和复杂化。给出了设计实例。眼底电视光学系统的设计方法对眼底照相机类仪器的光学系统设计具有参考价值。     

New Cnoidal and Solitary Wave Solutions of Coupled Higher-Order Nonlinear SchrSdinger System in Nonlinear Optics

The coupled higher-order nonlinear Schroedinger system is a major subject in nonlinear optics as one of the nonlinear partial differential equation which describes the propagation of optical pulses in optic fibers. By using coupled amplitude-phase formulation, a series of new exact cnoidal and solitary wave solutions with different parameters are obtained, which may have potential application in optical communication.     

On the dynamics of the Szekeres system

The gravitational Szekeres differential system is completely integrable with two rational first integrals and an additional analytical first integral. We describe the dynamics of the Szekeres system when one of these two rational first integrals is negative, showing that all the orbits come from the infinity of ${\mathbb{R}}^4$ and go to infinity.     

冰蓄冷系统中融冰负荷变化时运行策略的研究

分时蓄冷时负荷变化大,但可充分利用低谷电来制冰蓄冷,而在高峰时,制冷机不开以融冰供冷,满足空调负荷要求,真正起到在电网中削峰填谷作用。分时蓄冷时,负荷变化大,在融冰循环运行时,流量变化幅度随之变大,情况特殊,因此需要系统要有应对策略。
