分散聚合水基聚苯胺乳胶微球制备与表征   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
水溶性空间稳定剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)存在时,采用分散聚合制备水溶性单分散的聚苯胺(PAn)乳胶粒子,采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察粒子形态及尺寸;利用紫外-可见吸收光谱对胶体分散体系进行表征.实验结果表明,当PAn含量较少(w< 16.78%)时, PAn-PVP复合乳胶粒子呈米粒状;当PAn含量较大(w >23.22%)时, PAn-PVP复合乳胶粒子呈球形.  相似文献

Summary Potential-barrier field-flow fractionation, which is a combination of potential-barrier chromatography and sedimentation field-flow fractionation, is shown to be a convenient and accurate method for the concentration and analysis (separation and characterization) ofdilute colloidal samples. Two sizes (0.158 and 0.271 μm) of haematite (α-Fe2O3) monodisperse colloidal samples diluted in volumes of up to 20 cm3 are used as model colloids. The particle diameters found by the present concentration procedure under various experimental conditions are in good agreement with those determined by conventional sedimentation field-flow fractionation, in which a small concentrated sample volume was injected directly into the column.  相似文献

Colloidal forces between bitumen surfaces in aqueous solutions were measured with an atomic force microscope (AFM). The results showed a significant impact of solution pH, salinity, calcium and montmorillonite clay addition on both long-range (non-contact) and adhesion (pull-off) forces. Weaker long-range repulsive forces were observed under conditions of lower solution pH, higher salinity and higher calcium concentration. Lower solution pH, salinity and calcium concentration resulted in a stronger adhesion forces. The addition of montmorillonite clays increased long-range repulsive forces and decreased adhesion forces, particularly when co-added with calcium ions. The measured force profiles were fitted with extended DLVO theory to show the repulsive electrostatic double layer and attractive hydrophobic forces being the dominant components in the long-range forces between the bitumen surfaces. At a very short separation distance (less than 4–6 nm), a strong repulsion of steric origin was observed. The findings provide a fundamental understanding of bitumen emulsion stability and a mechanism of bitumen “aeration” in bitumen recovery processes from oil sands.  相似文献

Equilibrium concentration profiles of non-dilute colloidal suspensions are calculated by means of the Carnahan-Starling expression for the osmotic compressibility of hard sphere liquids. The profiles depend on the average volume fraction of the suspension, , and on the field interaction parameter, 0 (reciprocal of the Péclet number at infinite dilution). Profiles are computed for values of and 0 typical of those encountered in sedimentation field-flow fractionation experiments. It is found that, in most cases, the volume fraction at the depletion wall is negligibly small and that the volume fraction at the accumulation wall 0, depends on the ratio <>0/0 only. An inflexion point is found in the concentration profile if 0 is larger than 0.13 whatever the value of 0.  相似文献

Kinetics of the redox reaction between colloidal MnO2 and glycolic acid have been studied spectrophotometrically by monitoring the decay in the absorbance of colloidal MnO2 in absence and presence of surfactants. Anionic sodium dodecyl sulfate has no effect, non-ionic Triton X-100 catalyzed the reaction and experiments were not possible in presence of cationic cetyltrimethylammonium bromide due to the precipitation of MnO2.The reaction followed the same type of kinetic behavior, i.e., fractional-, first- and fractional-order dependencies, respectively, in [glycolic acid], [MnO2] and [H+ ] in both the media. Effects of gum arabic and manganese(II) have also been studied and discussed. Mechanisms in accordance with the experimental data are proposed for the reaction.  相似文献

Colloidal Au particles have been deposited on the gold electrode through layer‐by‐layer self‐assembly using cysteamine as cross‐linkers. Self‐assembly of colloidal Au on the gold electrode resulted in an easier attachment of antibody, larger electrode surface and ideal electrode behavior. The redox reactions of [Fe(CN)6]4?/[Fe(CN)6]3? on the gold surface were blocked due to antibody immobilization, which were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and impedance spectroscopy. The interaction of antigen with grafted antibody recognition layers was carried out by soaking the modified electrode into a phosphate buffer at pH 7.0 with various concentrations of antigen at 37 °C for 30 min. Further, an amplification strategy to use biotin conjugated antibody was introduced for improving the sensitivity of impedance measurements. Thus, the sensor based on this immobilization method exhibits a large linear dynamic range, from 5–400 μg/L for detection of Human IgG. The detection limit is about 0.5 μg/L.  相似文献

This report presents a facile approach for the low‐temperature synthesis of crystalline inorganic‐oxide composite hollow spheres by employing the bulk controlled synthesis of inorganic‐oxide nanocrystals with polymer spheres as templates. The sulfonated polystyrene gel layer can adsorb the target precursor and induce inorganic nanocrystals to grow on the template in situ. The crystalline phase and morphology of the composite shell is tunable. By simply adjusting the acidity of the titania sol, crystalline titania composite hollow spheres with tunable crystalline phases of anatase, rutile, or a mixture of both were achieved. The approach is general and has been extended to synthesize the representative perovskite oxide (barium and strontium titanate) composite hollow spheres. The traditional thermal treatment for crystallite transformation is not required, thus intact shells can be guaranteed. The combination of oxide properties such as high refractive index, high dielectric constant, and catalytic ability with the cavity of the hollow spheres is promising for applications such as opacifiers, photonic crystals, high‐κ‐gate dielectrics, and photocatalysis.  相似文献

Hollow spherical mesoporous silica was synthesized by using sodium silicate as a precursor and a low concentration of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) (0.154 mol dm–3). The resulting hollow spherical particles were characterized with scanning electron microcopy (SEM), small-angle X-ray diffraction (SXRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and N2 gas adsorption and desorption techniques. The results showed that regular spherical mesoporous silica could be obtained only if the molar ratio of propanol to CTAB was in the range of approximately 8:1–9:1. The spherical particles were hollow (inside), and the shell consisted of smaller particles with a pore structure of hexagonal symmetry. With an increase of the molar ratio of propanol to CTAB, the distance (a value) between centers of two adjacent pores increased, and the pore structure of mesoporous silica became less ordered. N2 adsorption–desorption curves revealed type IV isotherms and H1 hysteresis loops; with an increase of the molar ratio of propanol to CTAB, the pore size with Barrett–Joyner–Halenda (BJH) diameter of the most probable distribution decreased, but the half peak width of the pore size distribution peak increased  相似文献

Macroscopic and microscopic dissipative structural patterns formed in the course of drying the deionized aqueous colloidal crystal suspensions of silica spheres (diameter: 103 nm) on a cover glass have been observed. Spoke-like and ring-like patterns are formed in the macroscopic scale; the former is the crack in the sphere film and the latter is the hill accumulated with spheres formed around the outside edge. The neighbored inter-spoke angle, thickness of the film, and other morphological parameters have been discussed as a function of sphere concentration, concentration of sodium chloride, and the inclined angle of the cover glass. Fractal patterns of the mud cracks are observed in the microscopic scale. Capillary forces between spheres at the air-liquid surface and the relative rates between the water flow at the drying front and the convection flow of spheres are important for the pattern formation. The reaction of the cationic dye, crystal violet (CV) with the anionic polyelectrolytes such as potassium poly (vinyl sulfate) (PVSK) results in a decrease of the absorbance of CV at the maximum absorption wavelength (590 nm). This change of the absorption spectra of the CV has been already applied to the determination of anionic polyelectrolytes using flow injection analysis method. In this paper, CV was applied to the indicator for the determination of cationic polyelectrolytes such as poly (diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (Cat-floc) by photometric titration, using a PVSK solution as a titrant. The end-point of the titration is detected as the break point of the titration curve. A linear relationship between the concentration of cationic polyelectrolyte and the end-point volume of the titrant exists in the concentration range from 0 to 5×10−5 eq. mol dm−3 for Cat-floc, glycol chitosan and methylglycol chitosan. The effects of the concentration of CV and coexisting electrolytes in the sample solution and the effect of pH of the sample solution on the degree of the change of absorbance at the end-point were also examined.  相似文献
