Basic salts of Co(II) crystallize in the rhombohedral structure. Two different polytypes, 3R1 and 3R2, with distinct stacking sequences of the metal hydroxide slabs, are possible within the rhombohedral structure. These polytypes are generated by simple translation of successive layers by (2/3, 1/3, z) or (1/3, 2/3, z). The symmetry of the anion and the mode of coordination influences polytype selection. Cobalt hydroxynitrate crystallizes in the structure of the 3R2 polytype while the hydroxytartarate, hydroxychloride and α-cobalt hydroxide crystallize in the structure of the 3R1 polytype. Cobalt hydroxysulfate is turbostratically disordered. The turbostratic disorder is a direct consequence of the mismatch between the crystallographically defined interlayer sites generated within the crystal and the tetrahedral symmetry of the SO42− ions.  相似文献

本文研究了Al2O2涂层的开缝石英管原子捕集法测定CO的条件并通过测CO间接测定维生素B(12)。结果表明,在优化条件下Co的特征浓度为8×10(-3)μg·mL(-1),比常规火焰原子吸收法的灵敏度提高8倍。采用本法测定腺苷辅酶维生素B(12)中VB(12)的含量,相对标准偏差1.1%,加标回收率98.2~100.4%。  相似文献

A rapid and simple method, the so-called stearic acid method (SAM) was developed to prepare nanostructured TiO2/SnO2 binary oxides by combustion of stearic acid precursors. The preparative process was studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). During the preparative process, metal precursors were dispersed in stearic acid at molecular level. Microstructure of the samples was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), BET specific surface area measurement and the results were compared with those obtained by conventional sol-gel method. The photocatalytic decomposition of methyl orange was used as a model system to determine the relative influences of the preparation method and the concentration of SnO2 on the photocatalytic activities. It was found that preparative methods affected the crystalline structure of TiO2/SnO2 powders and the anatase phase of TiO2 was stabilized by the addition of SnO2 in SAM. The samples prepared by SAM showed better dispersity, larger specific surface area and the TiO2/SnO2 (r=0.15, SAM) catalyst showed higher photocatalytic activity than Degussa P25.  相似文献

A novel thin-layer amperometric detector (TLAD) based on chemically modified ring-disc electrode and its application for simultaneous measurements of nitric oxide (NO) and nitrite (NO2) in rat brain were demonstrated in this work. The ring-disc electrode was simultaneously sensitive to nitric oxide (NO) and nitrite (NO2) by modifying its inner disc with electropolymerized film of cobalt(II) tetraaminophthalocyanine (polyCoTAPc)/Nafion and its outer ring with poly(vinylpyridine) (PVP), respectively. The ring-disc electrode was used to constitute a novel TLAD in radial flow cell for simultaneous measurements of NO and NO2 in rat brain combined with techniques of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and in vivo microdialysis. It was found that the basal concentration of NO in the caudate nucleus of rat brain is lower than 1.0×10−7 mol l−1, NO2 concentration is 5.0×10−7 mol l−1 and NO exists in brain maybe mainly in the form of its decomposed product.  相似文献

The interaction of labeled dinitrogen complexescis-(Me2PhP)4Mo(15N2)2 andtrans-(dppe)2W(15N2)2 with non-labeled nitronium and nitrosonium fluoroborates,14NO2BF4 and14NOBF4, in sulfolane at room temperature in the presence of H2SO4 results in rapid formation of labeled nitrous and nitric oxides (15N14NO,15NO), as well as15N14N. The yield of the products depends on the reagent ratio and reaches 10–20 mol. % per mole of a complex under optimum conditions. The mechanism of the reactions found is proposed. It involves the step of protonation of the dinitrogen ligand to form the corresponding hydrazido(2–) derivatives, which are then attacked by nitronium or nitrosonium cations. In accordance with the mechanism proposed, it was established that the hydrazido(2–) complexes, (Me2PhP)3Mo(15N2H2)Cl2 and (dppe)2W(15N2H2)Cl2, are capable of forming15N14NO,15NO, and15N14N under the action of14NO2BF4 and14NOBF4 in the absence of an acid.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Modern condensed-matter physics is increasingly concerned with the design, synthesis, analysis, and exploitation of chemically complex materials and structures. Complex metal oxides and strongly correlated electron systems such as YBa2Cu3O7−x and La1−xSrxMnO3 are paradigmatic examples. Their production in the form of high-quality thin films is of both technological and fundamental importance and has stimulated a concerted effort in the last two decades to find and optimize efficient techniques to this end. This review discusses the physics behind and the requirements for synthesizing high-quality films of such materials and examines fundamental aspects of the growth processes associated with magnetron sputtering and pulsed laser deposition, the two techniques which presently offer the best solutions in this burgeoning field.  相似文献

Addition of amines to pyranosyl nitrile oxides, generated by base-induced dehydrochlorination of the corresponding hydroximoyl chloride, affords pyranosyl N-alkyl/aryl-formamide oximes (41-90%). Reaction with amino acid esters yields the corresponding amidoximes and/or 3-pyranosyl-1,2,4-oxadiazin-6-ones. The structure of N-phenyl-C-(2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl-β-D-xylopyranosyl)formamide oxime was established by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

An extraction‐spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amounts of copper and cobalt based on their extraction into n‐pentanol with 0. carboxyphenylhydrazoethylacetoacetate (O.CPHEAA) was per formed. Copper was extracted from pH 6.0 – 8.0 and ionic strength 0.5 M – KCl. The maximum absorption of the extracted Cu(II) ‐ O.CPHEAA complex (1:1 & 1:2 species) occurs at 415 nm. The proposed method succeeded in as saying a concentration of 3–63 μg per 10 mL of n‐pentanol (? = 1.25 × 104L mol?1 cm?1). The method failed to ex tract cobalt ion into various organic sol vents over a pH range of 2–11. The suggested method is highly selective and sensitive according to a wide scheme of interference studied. Copper in some plant samples was accurately estimated using the suggested method. The obtained results and the results of the AAS method were consistent. The reproducibility test shows a relative standard deviation of 1%. Sandell sensitivity for A = 0.001 is 5 × 10?3 μg cm?2.  相似文献
