Two chemosensors 4H‐1‐benzopyran‐3‐carboxaldehyde, 4‐oxo‐, 3‐(2‐phenylhydrazone), [I1] and 4H‐1‐benzopyran‐3‐carboxaldehyde, 4‐oxo‐, 3‐[2‐(2,4‐dinitrophenyl)hydrazone], [I2] with hydrazone‐NH group as binding site have been shown excellent selectivity for arsenite ion. It is confirmed by the UV‐vis titration that I2 is more selective than I1. The performance of the coated graphite electrode (CGE) was found to be better than polymeric membrane electrode (PME) in terms of linear range of 4.89×10?7–1.0×10?1 mol L?1, low detection limit of 8.31×10?8 mol L?1 and short response time. A new application of the polymeric ionic liquid (PIL) in capillary electrophoresis is reported. Poly(1-vinyl-3-butylimidazolium bromide) was physically adsorbed on silica capillary as the simple and effective coating for capillary electrophoresis (CE) analysis, in which the PIL is not present in the background electrolyte. The electroosmotic flow (EOF) of the PIL-coated capillary as compared with that of the bare fused-silica capillary shows a different dependence on electrolyte pH values. The EOF is reversed over a wide pH range from 3.0 to 9.0 and shows good repeatability. It is also found that the coated capillary has a good tolerance to some organic solvents, 0.1 M NaOH and 0.1 M HCl. The PIL-coated capillary has been employed in different areas. Both the basic proteins and anionic analytes can be well separated by PIL-coated capillaries in a fast and easy way. The PIL-coated capillary is also able to separate organic acid additives in a grape juice. The results showed that this type of coating provides an alternative to the CE separation of anions and basic proteins. 相似文献

Biaxially textured Ni–5 at.%W substrates have been prepared by cold rolling, followed by three different annealing routes. In this paper, the processes of melting Ni and W metals, flat rolling, various annealing methods are described in detail. The Ni–5 at.%W tapes annealed under either high vacuum or flowing Ar (7% H2) gas were characterized by X-ray pole figures, ODF, EBSD as well as AFM analysis. The texture analysis indicated that as fabricated tapes have a sharp cube texture formed after annealing at a wide temperature range of 800–1100 °C. The high quality of cube orientation on tapes was obtained after a two-step annealing (TSA), where the percentage of the cube texture component was as high as 93.5% within a misorientation angle smaller than 8° from EBSD analysis. Furthermore, it was also observed that the number of twin boundaries in this tape decreased with respect to that of tapes annealed both in vacuum and one-step gas annealing. From AFM on 1 μm2 areas, it was concluded that the roughness (RMS) on the tape surface reached 0.98 nm. 相似文献

A novel two-dimensional electrophoretic system for the control of electroosmosis in capillary zone electrophoresis has been developed and evaluated for rapid separations of proteins. The system comprises uncoated and polyether-coated fused silica capillaries coupled in series. An equation relating the average electroosmotic flow velocity in the coupled capillaries to the intrinsic electroosmotic velocities of the connected segments and their corresponding lengths has been derived and verified experimentally. This approach has the advantage of enabling the electroosmotic flow to be tuned independently of the applied voltage. As a consequence, rapid protein analysis at relatively low field strength was achieved without sacrificing the high separation efficiencies obtained with surface-modified capillaries. 相似文献
