将超声辅助碱液分解杂质与溶剂萃取相结合,采用气相色谱-电子捕获检测(GC-ECD)建立了一种快速高效净化、萃取海洋沉积物中8种常见多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)的分析方法。样品在2.00 mol/L NaOH甲醇溶液中超声30 min,经正己烷萃取、单层硅胶净化、正己烷洗脱、旋蒸浓缩后定容至100 μL,采用GC-ECD分析。结果表明,PBDEs各单体的加标回收率为63.6%~110.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.7%~15.5%(n=5);十溴联苯醚(BDE-209)的检出限为0.097 ng/g,其他7种单体的检出限为0.002~0.011 ng/g(信噪比为3)。该方法的准确度和精密度较高,稳定性和回收率良好,可满足沉积物中PBDEs的分析要求。利用建立的方法测定了渤海表层沉积物中PBDEs的含量,8种PBDEs总含量在1.566~6.760 ng/g之间,其中BDE-209的含量为1.461~6.438 ng/g,总体呈现出由近岸向远岸递减的趋势,表明人为活动、表层冲刷和陆地河流的输入对渤海地区PBDEs的含量有重要影响。  相似文献

The effectiveness of semiquantitative pyrolysis–gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (Py–GC–MS) as a rapid analytical technique for sourcing continental organic matter (OM) in marine sediments was examined by comparison with classical GC–MS analyses of solvent extractable lipid markers. Py–GC–MS was directly applied to HCl/HF de-ashed surface sediment samples collected in five stations located in north western Adriatic Sea. The resulting pyrolysates were characterised by compounds indicative of different biological precursors (e.g. proteins, carbohydrates, chlorophylls), including lignin methoxyphenols diagnostic for continental inputs. The relative abundance of pyrolytic markers was compared to the distribution of n-alkanes, n-alkanols and sterols extracted from the same sediments and determined by GC–MS analyses. For each class of molecular indicators, the terrigenous to aquatic ratio (TAR) was determined as follows: relative abundance of methoxyphenol/protein markers (TARPY), concentration ratios of (C27 + C29 + C31)/(C15 + C17 + C19) n-alkanes (TARHC), (C26 + C28+ C30)/(C14 + C16) n-alkanols (TARAL) and sitosterol/cholesterol (TARST). A positive correlation was found between TARPY and both TARHC and TARAL indicating a decreasing contribution of land-plant-derived materials seaward in two investigated transects. TARST values displayed a different trend suggesting a mixed origin for sitosterol. The distribution of TARPY values was also in good agreement with that of atomic C/N ratios. Considering the complexity of environmental systems (diagenetic alteration, different fractions of OM analysed) the obtained results indicate that the pyrolytic marker approach by Py–GC–MS is valuable for sourcing marine OM on a semiquantitative base, providing data consistent with GC–MS determinations of lipid markers and elemental bulk analyses.  相似文献

ABSTRACT. We model the value of environmental research in the presence of uncertainty about thesources of environmental pollutants and natural processes affecting the level of pollution. The model may be used to estimate the value of environmental research directed at resolving the uncertainty. We illustrate the model using a numerical simulation of a hypothetical case involving nutrient pollution of coastal waters. We show that the ex ante value of research is positively related to the level of uncertainty. There is a diminishing return with respect to the level of research investment. We find that research is more valuable ex post if it leads to unexpected findings.  相似文献

用原子吸收分光光度法研究了潮州市西湖沉积物中的铜、锌、铅、镉、锰、镍、镁、钙等金属元素的含量及分布规律。结果表明,铜、铅、锌、镉和镍是主要的重金属污染物,沉积物中5种重金属的平均含量为:铜584.7 mg/kg,铅149.1 mg/kg,锌360.9 mg/kg,镉1.2 mg/kg,镍76.7 mg/kg,均高于我国土壤背景值。  相似文献

The applicability of the subtractive anodic stripping voltammetry (SASV) using the square‐wave mode at the silver‐gold alloy electrode has been studied for thallium determination in the presence of large amount of lead and cadmium in natural samples. 10 mmol L?1 perchloric acid was found as the most suitable supporting electrolyte for determination in synthetic solutions. The thallium peak was separated about 200 mV from Cd+Pb peak. Diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid addition was necessary to determine thallium at the silver‐gold alloy electrode in digested plant and sediment. The determination limit was equal to 1.4 μg L?1. The method was validated by the inter‐method comparison (ICP‐MS).  相似文献

Among the “traditional” hydride-forming elements, lead is probably the most difficult, and its determination in this form has rarely been reported in the literature. In this paper a simple and rapid method, axial-view inductively-coupled plasma optical-emission spectrometry using on-line hydride generation (HG–ICP–OES) from samples prepared as slurry, is proposed for determination of lead in environmental samples. The samples (20–50 mg, particle size ≤120 μm) were treated with 1 mL aqua regia in a 40-kHz ultrasonic bath for 60 min. The slurry was diluted to a final volume of 50 mL with a 10% m/v solution of (NH4)2S2O8. The concentrations of NaBH4, tartaric acid, and (NH4)2S2O8, used for on-line plumbane generation were optimized by means of a complete factorial analysis applied to an aqueous standard solution and to the slurry of a sediment certified reference material (CRM). External calibration against aqueous standards in the concentration range 10–100 μg L−1 was used for analysis of six CRM—three marine sediments, one river sediment, and two sewage sludges. Analysis of the filtered slurry showed that Pb was only partially extracted into the liquid phase. Several major concomitants tested did not affect the Pb signal. The detection limit (3s, n = 10) for 20 mg sample in a final volume of 50 mL was 5.0 μg g−1. Tin was the only other hydride-forming analyte that could be determined satisfactorily with Pb; for tin the detection limit was 1.0 μg g−1. The values obtained for Pb and Sn were not significantly different from the certified concentrations, according to the t-test at the 95% confidence level. Nine river sediments collected locally were also analyzed and the concentrations were in agreement with results obtained after total digestion.  相似文献

This study comprises optimisation of sample preparation and HPLC analytical procedure for the determination of a personal care product ingredient, triclosan (TCS), in marine sediments. The testing of several varying pre-treatment parameters confirmed that ultrasonic extraction is an effective method for the isolation of TCS from marine sediments, and that the choice of extraction solvent appeared to be of major importance. The selection of the mobile-phase composition and the absorption wavelength was made for the high-performance liquid chromatography analysis step. Based on the validated method, a preliminary assessment of the benthic ecosystem quality with regards to TCS contamination has been demonstrated in the southern Baltic Sea – a semi-enclosed sea, characterised by poor water exchange, thus particularly susceptible to anthropopression. TCS has been identified and quantified in situ in marine bottom sediments, sediment dwelling isopod – Saduria entomon L. and estimated in silico in pore waters based on the equilibrium partition theory in order to assess the potential exposure and uptake from the aqueous phase. TCS concentrations identified in the bottom sediments of the Gdansk Basin, as the natural habitat for studied S.entomon L., appear to be threatening to the benthic environment. Particularly when considering S. entomon L. as a major nutrition source for cod (Gadus morhua) undergoing the feminisation process, since the recent studies prove TCS to have a potential to induce critical alterations in the endocrine system of marine ichthyofauna.  相似文献

Abstract

The precisions achieved by two different methods for analysis of organic carbon in soils and sediments were determined and compared. The first method is a rapid dichromate oxidation technique (Walkley-Black) that has long been a standard in soil chemistry. The second is an automated coulometric titration method for which commercial instrumentation is available. The latter method shows relative standard deviations that are six to twenty times smaller than the dichromate oxidation technique. Development of a standardized sediment with a low level of organic carbon is recommended in order to facilitate the evaluation of the precision and accuracy of organic carbon measurement techniques.  相似文献

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were determined in marine samples of various types, i.e. seawater, sediment and mussel homogenate samples. The samples were spiked with standard PAH mixtures in both polar (acetonitrile) and non-polar (i-octane) solvents, then extracted. Extraction from seawater was performed by liquid/liquid extraction to hexane (LLE) and with solid phase extraction (SPE) discs. The water samples were filtered and unfiltered seawater, and redistilled water for comparison. The discs with PAHs adsorbed from water samples, and also the sediment and mussel homogenate samples, were extracted with acetonitrile by sonication. PAHs in the disc extracts and from the LLE were cleaned-up using TLC and next determined by GC/MS/IT (with ion-trap) and HPLC-DAD/UV. The analytical procedures were verified with deuterated PAH standard mixtures. The large differences in PAH recoveries (from 12 to 86% for sum, and from 3 to 135% for particular PAHs) do not depend solely on the type of matrix and analytical procedure applied (e.g. standard solvent, volume of evaporated sample), but also on the concentration and molecular structure of the analyte. Usually, only a fraction of each PAH content in the matrix is determined, depending on the particulate matter in seawater and the sorption properties of the solid matrix. The recoveries of deuterated PAHs are higher than those of non-deuterated compounds.  相似文献

采用传统分析仪器测定汞元素,需要对样品进行化学消解,存在操作繁杂、效率低以及易交叉污染等问题。故建立了电热蒸发-直接进样-HGA-100测汞仪测定土壤以及沉积物中汞的方法,无需对样品进行化学前处理,降低环境污染。通过优化HGA-100测汞仪参数条件,汞质量浓度在0~20ng以及20~200ng,相关系数优于0.998,准确称量样品0.05g(精确至0.000 1g),方法检出限为0.5μg/kg,相对标准偏差1.6%~4.6%,加标回收率在90.1%~100%。方法用于对土壤和沉积物标准物质测定,结果与标准值相符。方法高效、准确,可用于测定土壤以及沉积物中的汞。  相似文献
