基于天然氨基酸的双环手性季铵盐相转移催化剂的合成及催化性能研究

以L－脯氨酸及L－羟基脯氨酸为原料合成了4个新型手性季铵盐磁相转移催化 剂，并用于催化不对称查耳酮环氧化反应，高产率得到相应环氧化合物，ee最高达 9％。     

Conductivity Studies of Dilute Aqueous Solutions of Oxalic Acid and Neutral Oxalates of Sodium, Potassium, Cesium, and Ammonium from 5 to 35°C

Conductivity measurements of oxalic acid and neutral oxalates (disodium oxalate, dipotassium oxalate, dicesium, and diammonium oxalate) were performed on dilute aqueous solutions, c < 3 × 10^–3 mol-dm^–3, from 5 to 35°C. These data and those available from the literature were analyzed in terms of dissociation steps of oxalic acid, the Onsager conductivity equation for neutral oxalates, the Quint–Viallard conductivity equation for the acid, and the Debye–Hückel equation for activity coefficients, to give the limiting equivalent conductances of bioxalate anion ;(HC₂O₄ ^–) and oxalate anion (1/2C₂O₄ ^2–) and the corresponding dissociation constants K ₁ and K ₂.     

氯化钪-氯化钠-氯化钾熔盐制备新工艺研究

研究了以Sc2O3为原料，盐酸回流溶解后与NaCl，KCl，NH4Cl溶液混合，经蒸发浓缩、结晶、真空预脱水，再在氩气保护下分段升温脱水、升华除去过量NI-hCl后制备ScCl3-NaCl-KCl熔盐的新工艺。研究表明，添加NH4Cl后加热脱水时，NH4Cl分解产生的HCl气体能抑制ScCl3水合物加热过程中的水解，溶解产生的水不溶性钪，从而有效地防止了Sc2O3等水不溶化合物的生成。制备的ScCl3-NaCl-KCl熔盐脱水完全、水不溶性钪含量很低，能满足熔盐金属热还原法制备金属钪及铝钪中间合金对熔盐原料的要求。     

甲壳胺接枝聚合反应的研究

本文是以过硫酸钾为引发剂，研究甲基丙烯酸甲酯（ＭＭＡ）与甲壳胺的接枝聚合反应．通过对不同脱乙酰度（ｄａ）甲壳胺（ＣＴＳ）的接枝聚合反应条件实验，研究了反应时间，温度，引发剂浓度和单体浓度对接枝聚合反应的影响，从中得到优选的反应条件．在相同条件下，比较不同脱乙酰度甲壳胺及Ｎ－取代甲壳胺的接枝聚合反应结果，表明：甲壳胺中氨基参与了接枝聚合反应的引发过程．     

Application of the pKa rule to synthesize salts of bezafibrate

ABSTRACT

Co-crystallization frequently employs forces such as hydrogen bonds, halogen bonds, and π-π stacking to assemble molecules in a multi-component crystal. In an effort to increase the strength of the intermolecular interaction between the anti-cholesterol drug bezafibrate (BEZA), a wastewater contaminant, and hydrogen-bond-acceptor molecules, we modified the pK_a values of the acceptors. Here, we describe the first series of salts incorporating BEZA and achieve a variety of supramolecular architectures including discrete assemblies, 1D chains, tapes, and 2D sheets. We discuss exceptions to the pK_a rule, and demonstrate that the presence of hydrogen-bond-donor atoms on the acceptor molecule supports salt formation.     

壳多糖与丙烯酸丁酯的乳液接枝共聚研究

以十二烷基苯磺酸钠为乳化剂，过硫酸钾－亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂，研究了壳多糖与丙烯酸丁醋的乳液共聚合，结果表明当［Ｋ２Ｓ２Ｏ８］＝［ＮａＨＳＯ３］＝２．５７×１０－３ｍｏｌ·１－１，［ＢＡ］＝０．６８ｍｏｌ．１－１，［Ｃｈｉｔｏｓａｎ］＝１９．２ｇ·ｌ－１，在７０℃下反应５小时，共聚反应的接技率和接枝效率均较高．用红外光谱，差热分析，Ｘ射线衍射，扫描电镜对接技共聚物进行了表征，此外测试了共聚物胶乳成膜的机械性能，表明用丙烯酸丁酯对壳多糖进行接枝改性，可提高壳多糖的韧性，扩大其应用范围．     

壳聚糖对鞣酸絮凝作用的研究

以壳聚糖为絮凝剂，采用絮凝法除去中药药液中的杂质。以鞣酸为研究对象，从鞣酸浓度，体系温度，ＰＨ絮凝剂用量粘均分子量等方面探讨其絮凝规律，用正交试验优化其絮凝条件，为实施中药药液的絮凝法精制工艺提供参考。     

A mild, highly selective and remarkably easy procedure for deprotection of aromatic acetates using ammonium acetate as a neutral catalyst in aqueous medium

Ammonium acetate was found to catalyze efficiently the selective deprotection of aromatic acetates in the presence of various sensitive functionalities in aqueous methanol under neutral conditions at room temperature to yield the corresponding phenols in excellent yields. The method has been utilized for deprotection of acetates of several naturally occurring bioactive phenolic compounds and for preparation of venkatasin, a natural coumarino-lignan, from the anticancer compound cleomiscosin A.     

一阶导数吸光光度法测定碘酸钾碘盐中碘

采用一阶导数吸光光度法测定碘酸钾碘盐中碘 ,线性范围为 0～ 12 μg·ml-1,检出限为1.6μg·ml-1,对盐样进行重复测定 ,相对标准偏差≤ 1.9% ,对样品进行加标回收试验 ,回收率在 97.0 %～ 10 2 .5 % ,结果良好
