稀土偶联剂对Mg(OH)_2的改性作用及其在PP/Mg(OH)_2体系中的应用

研究了稀土偶联剂 (ReC)对Mg(OH) 2 的表面改性作用及PP/Mg(OH) 2 体系的燃烧性能、流动性能、力学性能及老化性能。稀土偶联剂可显著改善Mg(OH) 2 在非极性介质中的分散性 ;PP/Mg(OH) 2 体系当Mg(OH) 2 填充量超过 5 0 %时 ,氧指数 (OI)≥ 2 8.5 ,但这时冲击强度不足纯PP的 30 % ,熔体流动速率 (MFR)低于 0 .6g/1 0min ;而填料用 2 .5 % (质量 )ReC处理后 ,填充量为 5 0 %的体系冲击强度接近纯PP ,MFR达 2 .8g/1 0min ;Mg(OH) 2对体系光氧老化过程有加速作用 ,而对热氧老化过程有阻滞作用 ;稀土偶联剂对体系光氧老化过程有轻微的促进作用 ,而对热氧老化过程无明显影响     

Influence of the structure of organic phosphonate compounds on chiral separation on a pirkle type chiral stationary phase

Summary The enantiomers of eightO,O-dialkyl-2-benzyloxycarbonyl-aminoarylmethyl-phosphonates are directly separated on anN-(3,5-dinitrobenzoyl)leucine (DNBleu) column. The influence of the mobile phase composition and the column temperature on the retention and the enantioselectivity are investigated. The influence of the length and steric hindrance of alkoxyl groups of the phosphonate ester and the nature of the substituentp-Cl and pH on the benzene ring which is attached to the chiral carbon atom on chiral separation are discussed also.     

Enantiomeric resolution of some imidazole antifungal agents on chiralpak WH chiral stationary phase using HPLC

Summary The enantiomeric resolution of (±)-econazole, (±)-miconazole and (±)-sulconazole was achieved on a Chiralpak WH column. The mobile phase used was hexane-2-propanol-diethylamine (400:99:1,v/v/v). The flow rates of the mobile phase used were 0.50 and 1.00 mL min⁻¹. The values of α of the resolved enantiomers of econazole, miconazole and sulconazole were in the range of 1.68 to 1.23 while the values of Rs varied from 2.42 to 1.10. The resolution of these antifungal agents on Chiralpak WH column is governed by ligand exchange mechanism. Hydrophobic interactions also play an important role for the enantiomeric resoltuion of antifungal agents on the reported CSP.     

On the Stereochemistry of Vincetene

Summary.  The absolute configuration of the centre of asymmetry in the side chain of the alkaloid vincetene (1) was determined by ozonolysis and subsequent unequivocal transformations affording the (S)-enantiomer of 1,2-propanediyl dibenzoate (4). 锌卟啉对氨基酸甲酯手性分子识别的理论研究

用Tripos力场和分子力学方法研究了手笥锌卟啉的最低能量构象,并用分子动力学模拟了锌卟啉对氨基酸甲酯的识别过程,发现锌卟啉与D-氨基酸酯结合能力强于L-氨基酸,这与热力学实验结果一致.     

N-方酰麻黄碱配体的合成及催化前手性芳酮的不对称还原反应

方酸与醇反应成方酸二酯,后者与天然麻黄碱反应得到N-方酰麻黄碱或N-方酰双麻黄碱。单N-方酰麻黄碱与脂肪胺及硫氢化钠等反应合成了C-3位含氮和含硫的系列配体。首次将这些方酰麻黄碱配体经原位制备手性恶唑硼烷催化前手性芳酮及二酮的不对称还原反应,得到化学产率和e.e.值分别为85%-98%和52.5%-87.4%的手性仲醇。新化合物的结构已IR,^1H NMR,MS和元素分析所证实,化合物4b的晶体结构用X射线射确认。     

新型复合环氧光学树脂的制备与性能研究

通过2,2-二巯基乙硫醚(MES)与环氧氯丙烷反应合成了2,2-二巯基二乙硫醚二缩水甘油醚型环氧树脂(DGEMES),通过FTIR和MS对其进行表征;用乙二胺作为固化剂,将DGEMES与双酚A型环氧树脂(DGEBA)复合固化,得到了新型高折射率和低色散的光学树脂.DGEMES是一种较好的共聚单体,可以同时提高共聚树脂的折射率和阿贝数;DGEBA/DGEMES/乙二胺共固化树脂的nd=1.59～1.62,νd=35～39;当DGEMES的质量分数为40%时,固化树脂的折射率达到1.60以上,冲击强度22.5kJ/m₂,且其它性能较均衡.此外,以甲基六氢苯酐(B-650)为固化剂,还合成了具有中等折射率的DGEBA/DGEMES/B-650共固化树脂(nd=1.54～1.56,νd=38～40),并对其光学和机械性能进行了研究.     

染毒水样中神经性毒剂水解产物的分析

考察了对水中6种神经性毒剂水解产物固相萃取的萃取剂,洗脱剂等因素对萃取率的影响,以LC－CN小柱为萃取剂,1％冰醋 甲醇溶液为洗脱剂,测得萃取回收率为59．7％－100％,相对标准偏差为1．4％－7．2％,采用气相色谱和色质联用－选择离子检测法对水解产物三甲基硅烷（TMS）衍生物进行分析鉴定,水中水解产物最低检测浓度为0．002－0．02mg/L。为今后水中神经性毒剂未知样品分析提供了简便,快速的分析方法。     

用MM2力场模拟手性金属配合物[Co(phen)_2dppz]~(3+)的新方法

配位键并非典型价键 ,所以在模拟金属配合物时若模拟方法和参数选取不当 ,将会导致不能成键或构型发散。本文将探讨一种能在微机上用分子力学模拟手性金属配合物的新方法 ,该方法以CsChem3D中MM2为支持力场 ,通过搭建和优化配合物Δ ,Λ [Co(phen) 2 dppz]3+获得其几何构型 ,并将其构型特征量与文献值或实验值进行比较以确定该方法的可靠性
