CaCO3 whiskers were synthesized controllably by introducing simulated flue gas containing CO2 and N2 into a CaSO4 suspension. The effects of solution pH, reaction temperature, and simulated flue gas on the formation of CaCO3 whiskers were studied. The growth mechanism and growth model of CaCO3 whiskers had also been provisionally recommended. The reaction product was characterized by scanning electron microscopy analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, and X-ray diffraction analysis. CaCO3 whiskers with 97% purity were synthesized at pH 7.5, 80°C, 0.1 L/min CO2 flow rate, and 16.7% CO2 purity, with a length between 15 and 20 μm and an aspect ratio of about 12. 相似文献

Red fluorescent organic nanoparticles (FONs) based on a cyano-substituted diarylethylene and tetraphenylethene derivative conjugated molecule (R-TPE) were facilely prepared via surfactant modification with lecithin for the first time. The obtained R-TPE-LEC FONs were characterized by a series of techniques including fluorescence and UV spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. Biocompatibility evaluation and cell uptake behavior of R-TPE-LEC FONs were further investigated to explore their potential biomedical application. We demonstrated that such red FONs exhibit anti-aggregation-caused quenching property, broad excitation wavelength, high water dispersibility, uniform morphology (40–60 nm), and excellent biocompatibility, making them promising for cell imaging application. 相似文献

Surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) has evolved from an esoteric physical phenomenon to a robust and effective analytical method recently. The need of addressing both the field enhancement and the extinction of nanoparticle suspensions, however, has been underappreciated despite its substantive impact on the sensing performance. A systematic experimental investigation of SERS enhancement and attenuation is performed in suspensions of gold nanostars, which exhibit a markedly different behavior in relation to conventional nanoparticles. The relationship is elucidated between the SERS enhancement and the localized surface plasmon resonance band, and the effect of the concentration of the gold nanostars on the signal propagation is investigated. It is shown that an optimal concentration of gold nanostars exists to maximize the enhancement factor (EF), and the maximum EF occurs when the LSPR band is blue‐shifted from the excitation wavelength rather than at the on‐resonance position. 相似文献

Radix et Rhizoma Asari is a traditional Chinese medicine, and has many pharmacological effects, such as calming, analgesia, anti‐inflammation, antiarrhythmic, antihypertensive, antivirus, etc. But few studies have screened the active compounds from extracts of Radix et Rhizoma Asari for tumor therapy. In this study, a two‐dimensional liquid chromatography system was built to screen active compounds acting on epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) from Radix et Rhizoma Asari. The screening result showed that asarinin from Radix et Rhizoma Asari was the targeted component that could act on EGFR specificity. The competitive binding assay and molecular docking assay results showed asarinin binding with EGFR in similar manner as with gefitinib, which was used as a positive control drug. Then the antitumor effect of asarinin was studied through cell growth assay in vitro. The results showed that gefitinib and asarinin could inhibit highly expressed EGFR cell growth in a dose‐dependent manner in the range of dose from 0.10 to 102.4 μM. This two‐dimensional liquid chromatography system will be a useful method in drug discovery from natural medicinal herbs for searching potential antitumor candidates. 相似文献

A consecutive preparation method for the isolation and purification of paclitaxel from the Taxus Chinensis cell culture was developed in this study. The process involved alkaline Al2O3 chromatography, fractional precipitation, and high‐speed countercurrent chromatography. The original cell culture materials were first extracted with methanol using ultrasound‐assisted extraction, and then the extract (the content of paclitaxel is 1.5%) was separated by alkaline Al2O3 column chromatography. Subsequently, fractional precipitation was used to obtain paclitaxel. In particular, response surface methodology was used to optimize the factors of fractional precipitation (methanol concentration, material‐to‐solvent ratio, and precipitating time were optimized as 48.14%, 8.85 mg/mL, and 48.71 h, respectively) and the yield of fractional precipitation product was 30.64 ± 0.60 mg (the content of paclitaxel is 89.3%, 27.37 ± 0.54 mg) from a 100 mg fraction by Al2O3 column separation (the content of paclitaxel is 32.4%). Then, the product was used for further isolation by high‐speed countercurrent chromatography. About 1.00 g paclitaxel (200 ± 2 mg in each loading) with a purity up to 99.61% was isolated from 1.25 g of fractional precipitation product with a solvent system of n‐hexane/ethyl acetate/methanol/water (1.2:1.8:1.5:1.5, v/v/v/v) in one run of five consecutive sample loadings without exchanging a new solvent system. 相似文献

Allergy is an abnormal reaction of the body to an allergen. Histamine is responsible for many of the acute symptoms of allergic diseases. Many of the allergic and inflammatory actions of histamine are mediated by the histamine H1 receptor. In the present study, we established a two‐dimensional histamine H1 receptor/cell membrane chromatography with online high‐performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry method for screening potential histamine‐activating components in a traditional Chinese medicine injection. The specification of the method was validated by screening, separating, and identifying a mixed standard solution of diphenhydramine hydrochloride, gefitinib, tamsulosin, and nitrendipine. The Yujin injection, an example of traditional Chinese medicine injection, was screened and potential allergic components acting on the histamine H1 receptor were identified. A Ca2+ flux assay showed that houttuyfonate and Yujin injection induced calcium release in a dose‐dependent manner. This suggests that houttuyfonate is an activator of the histamine H1 receptor. The mechanism of houttuyfonate activation involves phosphorylation of the inositol‐1,4,5‐trisphosphate receptor. In conclusion, this two‐dimensional method can rapidly detect and enrich target components isolated from the Yujin injection. This indicates that individuals with an overexpression of the histamine H1 receptor should be aware of possible allergic reactions when receiving the Yujin injection. 相似文献

In this investigation, the application of citric acid was explored for the removal of extracellular polymeric substance (EPS) from waste activated sludge (WAS), followed by ultrasonic pretreatment, which enhanced the subsequent anaerobic biodegradability. EPS was removed with 0.05 g/g SS of citric acid. The chemical oxygen demand (COD) solubilization and suspended solids (SS) reduction that occurred for specific energy input of 171.9 kJ/kg TS, in deflocculated (EPS removed and ultrasonically pretreated) sludges were found to be 22.70% and 20.28% and was comparatively higher, than the flocculated (with EPS and ultrasonically pretreated). The biogas yield potential of flocculated and deflocculated sludges (specific energy input – 171.9 kJ/kg TS) was found to be 0.212 L/(g VS) and 0.435 L/(g VS), respectively. Accordingly, the deflocculation and ultrasonic pretreatment improved the anaerobic biodegradability efficiently. Thus, this chemo mediated sonic pretreatment is an effective method for enhancing biodegradability and improving clean energy generation from WAS. 相似文献

Butyl acrylate-acrylic acid copolymer and poly (butyl acrylate) were synthesized via suspension polymerization by using butyl acrylate as the main monomer and acrylic acid as a secondary monomer. Then these polymers were swollen in ethanol and hydrolyzed in an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide. Finally, water-soluble sodium polyacrylates were obtained by washing and drying the hydrolyzed resultant. The influence of the mass fraction of acrylic acid in the monomer feed ratio, swelling time, and hydrolysis time on hydrophilicity, solubility, and absolute viscosity of the prepared sodium polyacrylates was researched. In addition, an Ubbelohde viscometer was used to determine the intrinsic viscosity of the aqueous solutions of the prepared sodium polyacrylates. The Mark–Houwink equation was applied to calculate their viscosity average molecular weight. Finally, their chemical structures and heat resistance properties were analyzed by using nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis; additionally, the changes of the surface elements before and after hydrolysis were researched by using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. 相似文献
