成骨肿瘤细胞在纳米氧化钛陶瓷表面的生物活性研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
以羟基磷灰石和氧化镁为晶粒生长抑制剂制备的纳米氧化钛陶瓷为研究对象, 采用体外成骨细胞Ros17/28与材料复合培养的方法, 通过MTT法、荧光染色法和SEM细胞形貌观察等手段综合判断细胞在材料表面的活性, 以此评价纳米氧化钛陶瓷的生物活性. 结果表明, 以羟基磷灰石为晶粒生长抑制剂的氧化钛陶瓷晶体颗粒尺寸达到纳米级, 其生物活性超出了以氧化镁为晶粒生长抑制剂的氧化钛陶瓷和纯羟基磷灰石陶瓷, 具有优异的生物相容性, 是生物活性陶瓷.  相似文献

采用分光光度计分别测量了受不同剂量X射线照射后继续培养48h时的人上皮样喉癌细胞株Hep-2的培养基RPMI1640的紫外吸收光谱,分析了该培养基中蛋白质的紫外吸收特性.结果发现:各组培养基的吸收光谱存在明显的差别,新鲜培养基RPMI1640(10%胎牛血清)233nm处的吸收峰在细胞生长过程中位移至235nm,275nm处的吸收峰位移至278nm.反映出各组培养基中芳香族氨基酸中各种氨基酸如色氨酸、酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸的含量的变化,说明癌细胞在生长过程中对这几种氨基酸的改变不是按等量比的.实验还发现细胞培养基的吸收光谱强度与各剂量组细胞数基本成正相关,进而与细胞所受X射线照射的剂量有内在的联系.这些结果将为利用光谱技术研究人喉癌最佳X射线放射剂量奠定基础.  相似文献

We are interested in a robust and accurate finite volume scheme for 2-D parabolic problems derived from the cell functional minimization approach. The scheme has a local stencil, is locally conservative, treats discontinuity rigorously and leads to a symmetric positive definite linear system. Since the scheme has both cell centered unknowns and cell edge unknowns, the computational cost is an issue and a parallel algorithm is then suggested based on nonoverlapping domain decomposition approach. The interface condition is of the Dirichlet–Robin type and has a parameter λ. By choosing this parameter properly, the convergence of the iteration process could be sped up. Numerical results for linear and nonlinear problems demonstrate the good performance of the cell functional minimization scheme and its parallel version on distorted meshes.  相似文献

A new on-off fluorescent probe 1 for Cu2+ based on Schiff base compound was designed and synthesized by one-step reaction. The single probe 1 exhibited strong green fluorescence emission. A fluorescence quenching effect and faint color change were observed as soon as the Cu2+ was added to the probe system in H2O/EtOH (v/v = 8:2, HEPES buffer, 0.05 M, pH = 7.4) solution. Other common metal cations did not cause the changes in the fluorescence and color of the probe 1. The optical properties were studied by the fluorescence emission and UV–Vis spectra. Meanwhile, the geometry optimizations of probe 1 and the [1-Cu2+] coordination complexes were also carried out by DFT using the Gaussian 09 program, in which the B3LYP function was used. Based on experimental measurement and theoretical analysis, we can know that the combination ratio of the probe and Cu2+ is 2:1 and the limit of detection (LOD) is as low as 5.3 × 10?9 M Besides, the probe 1 was also used to analyze the Cu2+ in living cells.  相似文献

Composites formed by poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene) and alumina (PEDOT/Al2O3) have been prepared by in situ anodic polymerization. For this purpose, the stability of 1:1 and 4:1 monomer:alumina aqueous solutions has been examined as a function of the pH (2.3, 4.0, 7.0, 8.8, or 10.8). Results indicate that the monomer behaves as a dispersant that remains stable at the studied basic pHs despite they are close to the isoelectric point of alumina. Although the thermal stability of the composites is considerably affected by the pH of the reaction medium, its influence on the surface morphology is very small. Independently, of the synthetic conditions, the electrochemical properties were better for PEDOT/Al2O3 than for pure PEDOT, reflecting that alumina particles promote the charge mobility. The highest specific capacitance (SC; 141 F/g), which was 55% higher than that obtained for pure PEDOT, was achieved for the composite prepared at pH = 8.8 using a 4:1 monomer:alumina ratio. These conditions favor the participation of OH groups as secondary doping agents without degrading the polymer matrix and enhance the specific surface of the films, facilitating the ionic mobility. On the other hand, application of a multi‐step polymerization strategy has shown that interfaces originated by consecutive steps enhance the SC. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. The deployment of Small Cells in fourth generation (4G) communication systems is aimed at providing significant capacity improvements and higher availabilities. However, the design of Small Cell systems in indoor environments is especially challenging due to high shadowing attenuation induced by clutter and human blockage. This paper studies node cooperation and multiple relaying and proposes novel analytical formulas for the outage probability of cooperative Small Cells suffering from shadowing. The channel fading gains are modeled as correlated lognormal random variables, in order to reflect the properties of indoor propagation environments. Various cooperative strategies are considered, taking into account the use of one or two relays and different receiver combining techniques. In addition, the relative performance of each cooperative configuration and the benefit of cooperation over non-cooperation are investigated. Finally, interesting and useful insights are produced regarding the impact of the correlated lognormal environment parameters on the configuration of cooperative Small Cells.  相似文献

High-frequency ultrasound (HFUS) signals backscattered from RBL-2H3 cell pellets prepared under different centrifugal forces were analyzed to investigate the packing effect of cell aggregates. The measurements were performed in a pulse-echo setup with a 40-MHz transducer. The changes of ultrasound signals from cell pellet in backscattered power, statistical parameter, and pellet thickness were monitored after centrifugation at between 100g and 1600g. Experimental results showed that the HFUS backscattered power from cell pellets was inversely proportional to centrifugal force and increased to a plateau within 1-2 h after centrifugation. The initial thickness of cell pellets decreased with higher centrifugal force, but the changes in thickness and time that took to reach a plateau increased at higher centrifugal force. The envelope statistics of backscattered signals with Nakagami distribution indicates that the centrifugal force and elapsed time after centrifugation affected the backscattering characteristics. The present study suggests that centrifugal force and data acquisition time after cell pellet formation should be considered in in vitro cell packing method with centrifugation to emulate the tissue in vivo.  相似文献

To obtain novel low‐bandgap materials with tailored hole‐transport properties and extended absorption, electron rich 3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene is introduced as a comonomer in diketopyrrolo[3,4‐c]pyrrole copolymers with different aryl flanking units. The polymers are characterized by absorption and photoluminescence spectroscopy, dynamic scanning calorimetry, cyclic voltammetry, and X‐ray diffraction. The charge transport properties of these new materials are studied carefully using an organic field effect transistor geometry where the charge carriers are transported over a narrow channel at the semiconductor/dielectric interface. These results are compared to bulk charge carrier mobilities using space‐charge limited current (SCLC) measurements, in which the charge carrier is transported through the complete film thickness of several hundred nanometers. Finally, charge carrier mobilities are correlated with the electronic structure of the compounds. We find that in particular the thiophene‐flanked copolymer PDPP[T]2‐EDOT is a very promising candidate for organic photovoltaics, showing an absorption response in the near infrared region with an optical bandgap of 1.15 eV and a very high bulk hole mobility of 2.9 × 10?4 cm2 V?1 s?1 as measured by SCLC. This value is two orders of magnitudes higher than SCLC mobilities reported for other polydiketopyrrolopyrroles and is in the range of the well‐known hole transporting polymer poly(3‐hexylthiophene). © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
