无铅压电陶瓷0.8Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-0.2K0.5Bi0.5TiO3表面采用化学改性预涂晶种作为基底,分别以微乳和澄清溶液法在基底上水热晶化合成了A型分子筛膜。通过XRD、SEM和FTIR对晶种及分子筛膜进行了表征,通过压电谐振法测量甲烷吸附性能。结果表明:微乳和澄清溶液法均合成单一A型分子筛相,1次合成分子筛膜的时间分别为6、9h,通过不同镀膜次数生成A型分子筛膜的形貌、膜厚不同。经A型分子筛膜修饰压电振子后,其对甲烷气体的灵敏度可分别达到59Hz/1%CH4、68Hz/1%CH4。 相似文献

A new chalcanonol glycoside dimer, bis-O-[(I-4′) → (II-6′)]-α-hydroxyphloretin-2′-O-β-glucoside (1), in addition to six known compounds, namely ( ? )-epicatechin (2) and ( ? )-epiafzelechin (3), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (4), protocatechuic acid (5), methylgallate (6), β-sitosterol (7) and β-sitosterol-3-O-glucoside (8), was isolated from the seeds of saw palmetto. The structures of the isolated compounds were established from the analysis of their MS and 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic data. The antiproliferative activities of the isolated compounds towards PC3, the human prostate cancer cells were investigated. Amongst the isolated compounds, the new compound and the sterolic derivatives showed antiproliferative effects. Screening of the antioxidant effects of the isolated compounds by 2,2′-azino-bis-(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid radical assay revealed that the isolated phenolics were active free radical scavengers. 相似文献

Greatly improved zeolite membranes were prepared by using high‐aspect‐ratio zeolite seeds. Slice‐shaped seeds with a high aspect ratio (AR) facilitated growth of thinner continuous SAPO‐34 membranes of much higher quality. These membranes showed N2 permeances as high as (2.87±0.15)×10?7 mol m?2 s?1 Pa?1 at 22 °C while maintaining a decent N2/CH4 selectivity (9–11.2 for equimolar mixture). On the basis of these thinner high‐quality SAPO‐34 membranes, fine‐tuning the local crystal structure by incorporating more silicon further increased the N2 permeance by 1.4 times without sacrificing the N2/CH4 selectivity. We expect that application of large AR zeolite seeds might be a viable strategy to grow thin high‐quality zeolite membranes. In addition, fine‐tuning of the crystal structure by changing the crystal composition might be a feasible way for further improving the separating performance of high‐quality zeolite membranes. 相似文献

The process parameters of supercritical CO2 (SCCO2) plus modifer for the extraction of geniposidic acid from plantain seeds were studied using a Box–Behnken design. The effects of independent variables, that is, ethanol concentration (0–70%, ethanol:water, v/v), extraction pressure (10–30 MPa), and temperature (50–80°C) on the yield of geniposidic acid were evaluated. Results indicated that the data could be well fitted to a second-order polynomial model. The effects of ethanol concentration and temperature, as well as the interaction between ethanol concentration and temperature were significant (p < 0.05). The yield (8.9 mg/g) of modified SCCO2 extraction at optimal conditions was compared with that obtained by Soxhlet extraction or ultrasound assisted extraction. 相似文献

The cationic polymerization and physicochemical properties of a biobased epoxy resin, epoxidized castor oil (ECO), initiated by N-benzylpyrazinium hexafluoroantimonate (BPH) and N-benzylquinoxalinium hexafluoroantimonate (BQH) as thermally latent catalysts were studied. As a result, BPH and BQH show an activity at different temperatures in the present systems. The cured ECO/BPH system showed a higher glass transition temperature, a lower coefficient of thermal expansion, and higher thermal stability factors than those of the ECO/BQH system. On the other hand, the mechanical properties of the ECO/BQH system were higher than those of the ECO/BPH system. These have been attributed to the differences in crosslinking level of cured resins, which were induced by the different activity of the latent catalysts. 相似文献

Chenopodium quinoa Willd. is recognized to be an excellent nutrient with high nutritional content. However, few genotypes of quinoa were analyzed, so we found a knowledge gap in the comparison of quinoa seeds of different genotypes. This study aims to compare the physicochemical, antioxidant, and anticancer properties of seed oil from three C. quinoa genotypes. Seeds of three genotypes (white, red, and black) were extracted with hexane and compared in this study. The oil yields of these quinoa seeds were 5.68–6.19% which contained predominantly polyunsaturated fatty acids (82.78–85.52%). The total tocopherol content ranged from 117.29 to 156.67 mg/kg and mainly consisted of γ-tocopherol. Total phytosterols in the three oils ranged from 9.4 to 12.2 g/kg. Black quinoa seed oil had the highest phytosterols followed by red and white quinoas. The chemical profile of quinoa seed oils paralleled by their antioxidant and anticancer activities in vitro was positively correlated with the seed coat color. Black quinoa seed oil had the best antioxidant and anti-proliferation effect on HCT 116 cells by the induction of apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner, which may play more significant roles in the chemoprevention of cancer and other diseases related to oxidative stress as a source of functional foods. 相似文献

Metallic silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) were prepared by using Foeniculum vulgare Mill seeds extract. The silver nitrate was used as silver precursor in an aqueous solution. The photooxidative dissolution of AgNPs with persulfate (K2S2O8) under UV light was investigated. Effects of initial concentration of K2S2O8, AgNPs, initial solution pH, and temperature were studied on dissolution of AgNPs. The 100% AgNPs dissolution was achieved in 60 min under typical conditions (pH = 4.0, 1.2 mM K2S2O8, and 30 0C). The experimental results showed higher temperature brought faster dissolution rate, and the activation energy was 65.2 kJ/mol. The effects of ethanol, tertiary butanol, and nitrobenzene were studied to establish the role of SO4? and HO radical species. AgNPs dissolution was inhibited by Cl?, Br?, I?, and NO3? ions. Staphylococcus auerus (s. aureus), Escherichia coli (E. coli) and Candida albicans (C. albicans) were the effective human pathogens against the AgNPs. The lag phase, growth kinetics, minimum bactericidal concentration, death rate, and antimicrobial efficacy depend on the concentration of AgNPs. 相似文献

In the present work, a cost-effective Indian jujube seeds derived activated carbon (IJSAC) prepared via o-phosphoric acid chemical activation, is studied for the sequestration of acriflavine (AF) and Victoria blue B (VB) from the aquatic environment. The activated carbon is characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, N2-adsorption/desorption isotherm, scanning electron microscopy techniques and point of zero-charge measurement. The specific surface area (SBET) of 571 m2/g with a pore radius of 22.45 Å specifies mesoporous nature of the IJSAC. The implication of operational conditions on the adsorption of both dyes onto IJSAC assessed by batch methodology, establish the optimal conditions as dosage (1.5 and 2.5 g/L), contact time (60 min), pH (8 and 10), and initial concentration (130 and 140 mg/L) for AF and VB uptake, respectively. The Freundlich adsorption isotherm model (R2 = 0.99) appropriates the equilibrium data suggesting multilayer adsorption onto heterogeneous surface sites, while pseudo-second order (R2 = 0.95–0.99) is the best fit kinetic model. The liquid film and intraparticle diffusion modelling demonstrate that the adsorption process of these dyes is governed by both the steps. Maximum Langmuir adsorption capacity is 113.6 mg/g for acriflavine and 92.78 mg/g for Victoria blue B. Thermodynamic studies indicate endothermic and spontaneous adsorption of dyes. The adsorption mechanism for the uptake of AF and VB by IJSAC most probably involves hydrogen bonding, electrostatic and π-π interactions. Based on its high adsorption capacity, relatively faster kinetics, and reusability, IJSAC can be perceived as a proficient and effective adsorbent for cationic dyes removal from the liquid waste. 相似文献

Toughening polylactide by dynamic vulcanization with castor oil and different types of diisocyanates
Dynamic vulcanization of polylactide (PLA) with castor oil (CO) and three different diisocyanates, namely 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), was performed to study the effect of diisocyanate type on the vulcanization process and on the morphology as well as mechanical properties of the PLA/CO-based polyurethane blends. The reactivity of the three diisocyanate followed the order of MDI > HDI > IPDI when reacting with castor oil. Interfacial compatibilization between PLA and the CO-based polyurethane occurred when the less reactive HDI and IPDI was used. Among all the blends, PLA/CO-IPDI showed the finest morphology and the best toughening efficiency. Incorporation of 20 wt% CO-IPDI increased the elongation at break and notched impact strength of PLA by 47.3 and 6.6 times, respectively. Cavitation induced matrix plastic deformation was observed as the toughening mechanism for the PLA blends with CO-based polyurethane. The effect of CO-IPDI content on the morphology and mechanical properties of PLA was studied in detail. The particle size of dispersed CO-IPDI and the elongation at break increased gradually, the tensile strength and Young's modulus decreased gradually, while the impact strength first increased and then decreased with increasing CO-IPDI content from 5 to 30 wt%. The aim of this study was to compare the influence of the extraction method, chemical composition, antimicrobial effects, antioxidant activity, and cytotoxicity on human cells of the non-polar extracts of grape (Vitis labrusca) and blackberry (Rubus fruticosus) seeds. The Soxhlet (Sox), Bligh–Dyer (BD), and ultrasound (US) methods were used for extractions. For blackberry non-polar seed extract, extraction via the BD method showed the highest mean values of total phenolic content (TPC), expressed in milligrams of gallic acid equivalent per 100 mL of non-polar seed extracts (102.37 mg GAE/100 mL), and higher antioxidant activity in relation to the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical, expressed in milligrams of gallic acid equivalent per 100 mL of non-polar seed extracts (11.50 mg AAE/100 mL), if compared with the Sox and US extractions. Similar results were obtained for the non-polar grape seed extracts, where BD extraction obtained the highest values for TPC (28.61 mg GAE/100 mL) and DPPH (35.36 mg AAE/100 mL). The type of extraction method had an impact on the composition of fatty acids. Only the non-polar blackberry and grape seed extracts obtained via the Sox method showed some in vitro inhibitory effect against Escherichia coli (IAL 2064) and Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 13565). Regardless of the extraction method used, the non-polar blackberry and grape seed extracts did not decrease the cell viability (IC50 >1000 µg/mL) of cancer and normal cell lines, thus indicating the relative safety of the extracts. All the seed extracts decreased the generation of reactive oxygen species in the cell lines. Blackberry and grape seed lipid fractions can be utilized as antioxidants, and the extraction methods used cause significant changes in relation to their bioactivity and chemical composition. 相似文献
